After years watching my own back trying to just make it out of a dodgy foster home alive, I thought I'd finally caught a break. As the nanny in a ritzy lake house upstate, I escaped the city and every bad-luck turn a girl could meet there.

A modern day fairytale. The dialogue was often quaint and in keeping with what was the Victorian era. Found the storyline interesting enough and a little intriguing but there was still some questions that arose that disappointingly I didn’t get answers to
