Great book, does really help with anxiety as a distraction for starter and lowkey assurance when in need.
Will it help your momentary anxiety? Yes
Will it help you on the long term? That depends on you and what you take from it more than it’s about the book or it’s quotes
At the end of the day it’s a cute good book to help get you through it( whatever your struggle is) but don’t expect it to be a very well in depth book that will make feel like you just entered your appointed therapy session.

This was a well done book. It’s visually pretty and some good quotes and information. This felt like a very not in depth look into anxiety however. I wish there was more information here instead of a bird’s eye view. I want more than two breathing exercises. But a good overview of anxiety and social media affect and thinking positively.

I got this book after quickly flicking through it in the shop and thought it would be good to keep in my bag while out. It appears to be everything I've been learning and reading this year and as my memory is poor due to overthinking and such like I thought it could be my go to when struggling.

This is a little book you can read in one setting. Lots of quotes, funny quips and easy ideas on how to reduce your stress levels. Now this book won’t solve all of your issues but it will make you smile (more than once).

Nothing new here, and not an in-depth look at anxiety or remedies for it. However, it's a nice pocket-sized reference for days I'm feeling blue or anxious. I am a chronic worrier and this book made me smile so I will have to refer back to it on days when I just need to slow down my thoughts.

I liked this book. This isn't a high level book but it is a nice gift and something to look back at if you're in a moment of anxiety. Not for people looking to change their lives or help them from burnout or someone who deals with chronic anxiety. It does refer to seeking professional help if you cannot manage your stress or it gets too rough for you to handle. Which is a great suggestion if people don't realize their stress is unmanageable until they pick up this book.

Quotes are the main density of the book and provide little healing words or guiding phrases on how to take things in stride and look at the finish line rather than where you are in the race. Not too much content but great little reference book or gift. The book itself is very short so can easily read through it in a day but is calming in the arrangement and even the light blue colors of the book!
