I'm a full time home 'supervisor' which is a nice word for saying I'm a housewife. I'm married happily, I met my dream guy 20 years ago, and we have 4 children. I live in Southern California and I can't function without iced coffee. I believe in romance, I've always been a daydreamer, and I'm a HUGE fan of books, always have been.
No, I didn't know that I always wanted to write. I inhaled books as a child. I read entire series (Pippi Longstocking, Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys, Trixie Beldon, The Borrowers, etc) in a matter of days at a time. By the time I was nine years old I had an adult library card where I visited often. I moved on to John Saul, Stephen King, Richard Laymon, Agatha Christie, and then found romance. I was hooked. I wrote poetry in my teens and then moved on to short stories. My first book was started after I read a real bomb of a book that ticked me off with really horrible characters and a plot that was shabby at best and I thought... I could do better. LOL.
I wrote my first book which will probably never see the light of day in the early 90's. I wrote a series of a few books from it. I'm a series fan! I kept writing for fun, wrote MANY books and then in 2009 I decided to try to get published. I wrote my first Sci Fi romance and Ral's Woman came to be. I submitted it and with a little tweaking, Ellorascave sent me an acceptance letter. It was kind of a 'Cinderella' experience for me. It's been a terrific ride so far and I'm really happy that I finally had the time to commit to writing full time. It's a dream come true.

Holy Shit!! I was NOT prepared for Smiley's book to be So Damn Hot!!! I have loved Smiley ever since meeting him in Slade's book when he helped rescue Doc Trish. The primates crave intimacy beyond sex. They desire cuddling and holding their lovers and are very affectionate. Smiley is a large, muscular man but he is also very agile when it comes to climbing...
Oh... and his upper body strength will leave men in awe, and have a woman daydreaming of ALL the possibilities.
Smiley and Vanni end up drugged with the breeding drug. Before they know it, they are sweating and panting with the need to fuck each other. Vanni is crawling all over Smiley, a man she doesn't know, in public. Though she is mortified by her behavior, she is unable to fight the effects of the breeding drug. It is causing her severe pain and the only cure is sexual release. Smiley is affected by the drug, but he still has his wits about him. He knows that they both need sexual pleasure in order for the pain to subside. And he intends to take charge of the situation.
"Just allow me to lead this, Vanni. I'm going to make you feel so good."
The NSO task force intervenes because this is a security nightmare, but HOT DAMN!! What takes place between these two reminds me of the original Lora Leigh Breeds books, when the "mating heat" would take over the ability to think of anything beyond screwing each other into a sex coma.
Smiley took charge of her mouth in a way that left her grasping his shirt just for something to cling to.
He inserted his finger deep inside her and she cried out. Amazing. His motion changed from drawing light circles across her clit to rubbing up and down while he fucked her with his thick digit. I absolutely fell head over heels in love with Smiley while reading this book. Laurann Dohner did an Amazing job staying true to his character, yet allowing him to be so much more. The past few books of this series were disappointing. I felt as if something were missing. That there was sex, but no emotion. This book renewed my faith that Ms. Dohner still has what it takes to sweep me off my feet and leave me begging for more!!

5 Vagina Annihilating Stars
So I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't all that excited for Smiley's story. I have kind of always thought of him as the too-nice, less than exciting, not-so-Alpha primate side character of the NSO - that's code for BADASS for those not-in-the-New Species-know - but let me tell you.
Smiley fucking brought it.

Anyway!
The story was pretty standard Dohner (which I personally love, but it's not War & Peace obviously); however, the AWESOME sexual dynamo that was Smiley drove my love of this book from 4 to 5 stars.
And I also apologize to Smiley. I doubted him. Shame on me!

“I remember when I used to be in charge,” Justice mused. “I even have the nice office and desk.”
Really? What a let down! Smiley is the first primate book of the series, and I really liked smiley in the other books , but this was just kinda sad. So Smiley is the 13th book in the New Species Series. Vanni, tricked by her fiancé to attend one of his father's church protest, is mad. She doesn't want anything to do with her soon to be father n laws hate church or want to support the lies they spit about the NSO. She goes to the bar to have a tea and finds herself drugged with the breeding drug . The nice NS male next to her, Smiley is also Drugged. With the drugs in their system they go at each other like animals. Now Vanni is all over the news and her life will never be the same!
“You’re so tight.” His voice deepened. “My dick is envious.”
Smiley for me was ok , there were times when I liked him , but then at times he fell flat for me. I liked that he was fun, playful, and at times he could be very sexy. Maybe if they spent more time together I could have got to see more of smiley and connected to him better.
“I’m already in love with you. I have been since we bonded in the back of that SUV. You trusted me to care for you and put your faith in me. You’ll never know what that meant. I went insane when I woke up and learned you’d run away from the task force members. I couldn’t eat or sleep. I worried that you were out there afraid and alone. That someone would hurt you. I want to protect you and keep you safe. I want you in my arms, in my home and with me all the time. I hate being apart from you. You’re all I think about.”
“I’d kill you but I don’t want Vanni to see it. You’re a piece of shit and you’re never going to see daylight again. You never deserved her. She will be happy while you learn what hell is.” He lowered his voice even more. “That doesn’t mean she will always be on the other side of the glass. I can visit you at any time. Let’s give you six months of living in a cage and I bet you will want to hit me then. We are going to fight at some point. Know that.”
Vanni was totally blah for me. I didn't like that she was with someone when the book started. I get that he was a jerk, but I still didn't like it. Vanni was naive , a little immature, boring , and flat! She didn't work for me at all. There is nothing that stands out to me about her , hell I can't even tell you what color her hair and eyes are ( was that even in the book? did I miss it?) Blah just Blah!!!!
“I think it’s so romantic that you want to kick someone’s ass over me.”
Vanni released Smiley’s arm and flipped Gregory off. “I always wanted to do that. Screw you, Gregory. Smiley and I are getting married. He’s the best thing that ever happened to me and I wanted you to know it. You did me the biggest favor of my life. Choke on that the next time you open your mouth and spew your hate.”
“I’m yours, Vanni. Say you’re mine. Let’s just do this. I know it might frighten you to take a mate this fast but trust me to be here for you. Take a leap. I’ll catch you. Always.”
There was some hot sex in this book, but Vanni and Smiley as a couple felt rushed, forced, and didn't feel real. They didn't spend enough time together and didn't really stand out. The secondary characters shined more then the main couple. The book as a whole was ok there are parts I really liked and then there was parts that felt boring , but I was really looking forward to smiley and feel really let down. I am hoping that Laurann Dohner writes books for Breeze, Flame, Jericho, and maybe Ven! I am still a fan and can't wait for the next book in this series. Below I leave my favorite moment from the book...
“I love you,” he blurted. “Fuck,” Jericho muttered. The male released him. He seemed to fix his attention on Beth. “Is she as nervous as he is?” “Like a virgin on prom night,” Beth stated. “Yes. I forgot. You probably don’t know what that means, do you? She’s good to go.” Smiley closed the distance between him and Vanni. He reached out and hoped she didn’t notice the way his hands trembled. He liked the way her cheeks turned slightly pink and how her tongue darted out to wet her lips. “You take my breath away.” “I hope you don’t mind that I put on a little makeup. I wanted to look my best.” “I’d have to throw you over my shoulder and carry you to our room to avoid taking you on the floor if you looked any better.” “Smooth,” Jericho muttered. “Hot.” Beth sighed.

The heroine: Vanni - she agrees to go for a romantic weekend with her fiancée Carl only to find out that they are staying in the hotel with his father. His father is a preacher who doesn’t believe in women wearing pants and talks them into attending a rally with him. It turns out to be him preaching hate about the New Species. Vanni hates the bigotry she has been hearing and won’t comment to the reporters that talked to her. She didn’t even recognize her fiancée and takes off to a local bar to drown her sorrows.
The Hero: Smiley - He was on security detail in California for a conference. The New Species Organization was promoting the expansion of the Reservation as a wildlife sanctuary. He was staying at the same hotel as Vanni and was down in the bar drinking a soda when the two of them meet. There were some members of the task force also in the bar, keeping watch on him.
The Story: While sitting in the bar talking, Vanni and Smiley get to know each other and are getting along nicely. They both all of the sudden start getting very hot. The bartender didn’t seem too happy to serve Smiley. Vanni started to feel dizzy and giggly, and she was saying things she wouldn’t normally say. Smiley soon figures out they had both been dosed with a breeding drug and they head to Homeland.
Some of the New Species think that it was Vanni that drugged both of them, especially after she sneaks away, and they find out she was at the hotel with the religious group that was demonstrating against the New Species. I liked the storyline, and the characters were terrific in this one. Smiley was a New Species with primate DNA, which is more rare than the ones with dog and large cat dna. I think this was the first book with a primate New Species as a main character.
This book was told via solo narration in dual points of view and was narrated by Vanessa Chambers. After this many books in the series, there isn’t much more I can say about her that I haven’t already, but she is a fantastic narrator and has been doing a bang-up job on this entire series. I hope to hear more from her as she is terrific.

★Book Basics★

★Review★
This was not my favourite of the series in all honesty. It was all a bit flat for me.
After the initial meet, it felt like they then spent too much of the book apart, and then when they are together again, the instant talk about marriage and mating felt a bit much. In general this series has a bit of an "insta lust" theme running through it, but it never felt even close to real here.
Vanni - I struggled to get a real feel to her. She was a bit boring and daft. And it felt a bit too much at times that it had to be made clear how pro species she was and opposed her finance/FIL views and thought they were vile. A bit like it had to be forced down out throat that she did not agree with them.
It felt like even toward they end, they were both still unsure of each others feelings and still held a lot of insecurity in the relationship - while talking about babies and marriage. A contradictory theme that made it feel almost unfinished and that we needed to spend a lot more time with them settling as a couple.
But saying that, I will continue the series ofc, there have been books I have loved and some less so in the series, but overall it is a winner for me.

This was not my favourite of the series in all honesty. It was all a bit flat for me.
After the initial meet, it felt like they then spent too much of the book apart, and then when they are together again, the instant talk about marriage and mating felt a bit much. In general this series has a bit of an "insta lust" theme running through it, but it never felt even close to real here.
Vanni - I struggled to get a real feel to her. She was a bit boring and daft. And it felt a bit too much at times that it had to be made clear how pro species she was and opposed her finance/FIL views and thought they were vile. A bit like it had to be forced down out throat that she did not agree with them.
It felt like even toward they end, they were both still unsure of each others feelings and still held a lot of insecurity in the relationship - while talking about babies and marriage. A contradictory theme that made it feel almost unfinished and that we needed to spend a lot more time with them settling as a couple.
But saying that, I will continue the series ofc, there have been books I have loved and some less so in the series, but overall it is a winner for me.

Unbeknownst to Vanni, her fiance drags her to an anti-species conference, held by a church group/cult that his father is the leader of. She is so disgusted with her fiancé, they eventually argue, Wanting to get away from all of the bigotry, she goes to the bar of the hotel they are in, and meets Smiley. Sigh* Here it gets a little interesting. Smiley feels an instant connection. BUT
it turns out, SOMEONE has dosed them both with the Mating Drug the new species were exposed to in captivity.
She claims innocence. He wants to believe her. The other new species are not so sure of her innocence. SMILEY IS SOOOOOOOO SWEET, anyone that has read this series knows this, but he goes super feral alpha primate with Vanni around and in trouble. I LOVED IT! INSERT SWOON HERE.
There is SUPER steamy scenes in this book... and a kidnapping!!

I’m not quite sure how I feel about a hero called Smiley.
It’s taking a supposedly alpha male like this
and ending up with this

OH MAN
This book was a hell of a roller coaster ride.
And I can say, without any regrets, that this has been one of the best NS books I've ever read.
It was intense, cute, emotional..There was a little action here and there, but overall, the plot was outstanding! And new characters were even introduced, so they might appear later on in the series....some might even have their own books in the near future.
And Smiley...Oh Smiley..

I guess they were right when they mentioned that primates liked to cuddle after sex, because Smiley was one helluva cuddler.

Whew! That male Smiley Had me like this through this entire book.
He's just so... sweet. Honest & extremely direct. He seemed more direct than the other Species. And that's saying something considering how literal they are in most, if not all things. But it worked. My Smiley had me from the very beginning when I met him in this series early on, and that has not changed. And the male had me blushing through this whole book. Dang he's hot.
Vanni? What to say about her. She's sweet. Not TSTL but she's extremely naive & very sheltered. There were moments when I just had to take a deep breath & be patient with her. Overall though I think she worked well when it came to a pairing with her & Smiley This was something that concerned me, but as the book progressed, I loved their interactions more & more. so I was very pleased with their outcome.
After coming off of such an intense & VERY different type of Species ride, with Darkness' book,(which I loved) I think I welcomed the sort of "Back to Basics" approach we got with Smiley's story. Concerning the overall plot, the Villains (which seriously made me laugh), to the romance itself. It, (This story) is what it is. A guilty pleasure that I enjoy very much when it comes to the New Species series.
I do love however, that Ms Dohner is sort of shifting the conflict between the Species & their enemies. The way things happen & come about & the motivations are the same for the most part, but the way they are executed or come about is still quite refreshing. So I do like that little minor change that we witness with this book & Darkness'

I liked Smiley's book but it's not one of my favourites in this series.

I've always loved Smiley in the previous books but there was something lacking in him here....and I wasn't crazy about Vanni....geez, what kind of a name is that!!!!!
I wanted Breeze....Flame.....more about the families....
And I absolutely HATED the cover .........the body looks misshapen...yuck!!!!

4.5 Smiley Stars
I was most looking forward to this book, Smiley is one of my favorite characters in the whole series.
His unique outlook on life and how he could always make light of any situation was just something I enjoyed.
Vanni hmm I liked her I felt for her. And I love how when she knew Smiley was the one for her, she didn't try to push him away she kind of embraced it. I loved that the most.
But Smiley wasn't the Smiley from other books he was more possessive and alpha-ish if that’s a word. I didn't get the fun-loving jovial Smiley we are so used to.
Don’t get me wrong it was a great story but I kind of missed that. So I was a little letdown but overall it was a great addition to the series one I will gladly re-listen to over and over again.
Love Vanessa’s narration, only her Smiley voice wasn't the same for this one. I was looking forward to that too but it wasn't the voice we know him to be from the other books.

Vanni thought she was going on a nice romantic weekend getaway with her fiancé but it turns out he’s got something else in mind. His father is the leader of a church/cult and a “New Species” bigot. After a heated argument with her fiancé, over his bigoted father, and wanting to get away from it all, she goes to the bar to cool off, and by chance meets Smiley and from that moment on her life changes drastically.

When it comes to his mate and the danger she’s in Smiley is not so sweet. he becomes as untamed, protective, possessive, and feral as the rest of the Species.
Smiley felt a bond between him and Vanni from the moment they met. Their chance meeting turns into a really extreme situation that put’s both of them in danger. Vanni is trusting and very sweet and chooses to see the good in everyone, she also shows that she has a passionate (after Smiley does an excellent job and coaxes it out of her) and fierce side. Vanni was perfect for Smiley, and I have to say had no idea that Smiley can be so…..passionate!. I loved them as a couple and hope to see more of them in future books!!.

I really liked Smiley and his story. He is so sweet. We definetely need more stories about primates.
I also liked the direction the stories have been taken in the last books with the species-haters and the species-lovers. Things get more intense.
Moreover, it is interesting to see the species getting out of the walls and mingling with the "normal" people.

The book was pretty enjoyable. One of the best stories in the series.
The beginning was very fast, but well it was forgivable: we could blame the drugs. So this time (as opposed to Darkness) I didn't mind it. And Smiley was so sweet
He was caring, protective, and thank god possessive :D
One negative thing: I so hate Vanni's name. I couldn't get used to it. It was really annoying. Is it just me?
But forget her irritating name, the book was amazing. Thank you :)

We've had some really gorgeous covers, I absolutely love Tiger's or Wrath's, but this one... You just can't get over it. Those muscles, so impressive. This man is kind of a beast, too big for my taste, but looks so good...

And as for the spoilers... I was 100 % sure that I want Vengeance story, and I don't care about any other characters. But after reading those damn good spoilers, well now I want Breeze's story, and Smiley's, and Jericho's and of course VEN's!!!

Laurann Dohner's New Species is one of my favorite series EVER. So it's not such a surprise that I loved its 13th instalment. Also it is the first time a non-gift Primat New Species is getting his mate!
Smiley had a special place in my heart since he showed up the first time in Slade, #2 in this series. For me it always was crystal clear that he needed someone he could care for, tend to and cherish dearly. And in Vanni he truely found his match.
What me bothered me a little bit was that Vanni was such a push-over!
Don't get me wrong. She was really likeable and sweet. For my sences she was just too un-independend.
Now everybody who read this book too will say: It was said that she is shy! Didn't Britta notice?
Yes, I noticed.
Shy is ok. I can deal with shy. God, I'm a shy person myself!
BUT if I wouldn't like to do something, I wouldn't do it! And I wouldn't let me be so dependend on anybody like she was on her fiance at first and later on Smiley.
And since this was my only negative point and, like I said before, Smiley needed someone like her.

This is another wonderful Lauranns work. My reviews of her books always starts with those words. Lol. But damn. You have to admint shes an amazing author. Her stories always make me happy.
I loved Smiley. He was sweet, charming, fierce. Which I was doubtful he could be. Yes hes New Species but Smiley is primate and they are viewed as "softer" than canines or felines. But I was so wrong. When its related to his mate and she is in danger Smiley becomes really untamed and feral. Smiley felt bond between him and Vanni from the first their meet. And they meet in really awful situation. In which Vanni looks like a "bad guy". All New Species and task force judged and found her quilty. This was a part where I wanted to put in my two or so cents. That they shouldn't judge Vanni so fast. They should have learned after Jeanie, Trues mate, that sometimes thinks are not how they seems. But on very bright side Smiley always believed in her innocence. Believed in his instincts. And that made me love him even more.
Vanni can come around as delicate and sweet because of her view to see good in everyone. But she also showed that she have a passionate and fierce side. Which Vanni showed when come an opportunity to get back at her transgressor. Vanni was so worthy of Smiley. She accepted all he is. They were a cute couple.
Can't wait for next book in the series. And I saw two potencial human female mates for New Species males. You would understand whom I'm talking about when you read this marvelous story.

Not my favorite of this series
I liked reading this book, but it was not one of my favorites in the series. Initially I was excited to read about Smiley since he is the first primate to have his own book, but it was kinda blah. All the other previous new species books most of them were alphas and would be totally possessive and say 'Mine!' a lot. Smiley did this, but I think to a lesser degree. I think Ms. Dohner wanted to state that the primates were different from the feline and canine breeds, but it just really made Smiley seem like a wimp. Smiley also kept saying that he didn't need to constantly sniff her scent and though I understood that this was because he was primate and did not have that great of a smell sense like the other breeds I did like it that they became addicted to their female mate's scent. I kept thinking this was going to change as I would read farther in the book, but this never happened. Also, the story wasn't as exciting as the previous books. I felt that I could skim large paragraphs and still would know what is going on in the plot. This was a little disappointing.

Couldn't wait to read this one and it was everything I hoped for. This was the first time a primate Species got a mate, though Beauty is a Gift primate and it was as sweet as I thought and hoped it would be, though of course with some action.

Scary cover IMO. One thing that I dont think I could ever find attractive is the bulging neck. :P I imagined Smiley a little more sleek. Probably because of his fun personality, and because when we first met him in Slade he was swinging through the trees. This guy would bring down the tree. He looks more like how I imagined Darkness, Jericho, or Vengeance. Some scary dudes.

I really liked the fact that Smiley was a bit more relaxed, a lighter character who was less possessive but still very protective of his mate....It made a real nice change from the rest of the series!

I'd have to put this one at 3.5 stars. There were some parts I really enjoyed and other parts that dragged. The sugar sweet interactions between Smiley and Vanni made my teeth ache. I liked both of them even though Vanni was kind of dumb. Not in a TSTL sort of fashion, but just not very smart.
I'm saddened that my favourites, Flame and Breeze(who wasn't in the book) didn't give me the usual pick me up. I love the small glimpses of Flame, but this time is wasn't enough for me. I wanted more. I want his book, damn it.
Oh and Vengeance's too while I'm whining for books. ;)

I loved Smiley. I am am a devoted fan of Laurann Dohner and loved all the New Species books, but I was skeptical about Smiley. For one it was released so close to Darkness and two Smiley's name just didn't scream hot sexy alpha male to me. I was all wrong LD did a great job with Smiley's character, he is a bit less dominate and not as aggressive as the other New Species males we have read about, but he had a like very endearing quality to him. He was so loving and romantic with Vanni. Vanni was a shy women not sure of her own sexuality and Smiley bought her out and she blossoms into a character you were happy to know. LD has also taken the New Species into what is called the Out World or outside of The Reservation, Wild Zone and Homeland. I like that they are venturing out into the real world and for the most part the outside world is very accepting an in awe of them. Well you know we have our crazies as usual in the storyline. This time it's another religious hate group run by Pastor Gregory Woods of the Woods Church. They remind me of many of the so called religious hate groups that are truly in existence today..I really enjoyed Smiley and Vanni's story. It is sensual but not erotic, romantic and very fast paced. You won't put it down. I highly recommend you read it. Just be sure you read the other 12 bks before or you won't recognize all of the other wonderful characters in this story and what they have come to mean to Laurann Dohner Fans.

I loved Smiley. I am am a devoted fan of Laurann Dohner and loved all the New Species books, but I was skeptical about Smiley. For one it was released so close to Darkness and two Smiley's name just didn't scream hot sexy alpha male to me. I was all wrong LD did a great job with Smiley's character, he is a bit less dominate and not as aggressive as the other New Species males we have read about, but he had a like very endearing quality to him. He was so loving and romantic with Vanni. Vanni was a shy women not sure of her own sexuality and Smiley bought her out and she blossoms into a character you were happy to know. LD has also taken the New Species into what is called the Out World or outside of The Reservation, Wild Zone and Homeland. You know, every bad guy was once good until he crossed a line. I don’t think they come out of the womb being assholes.
Aw, I kind of loved Vanni (Travanni, her name not so much but her poor sister Mortimia AKA Mia and brother named Count have it worse!) she was innocent and kind and because of that kindness she was taken advantage from that awful church *cough* terrorist group *cough* Jeez these people were evil. Smiley, also a dumb name even for a New Species, was too perfect. As the first book on a primate I expected more. I don’t know what that more was but damn it I expected it. The beginning with the whole breeding drug fiasco was hot, which makes me feel a little sick. Smiley and Vanni were drugged and I was totally digging it. I know gross. I obviously have deep issues. But then they got together and even though there’s lots of sex it lost its appeal to me. Like I said, Smiley was too perfect BUT then again Vanni needed a good guy...finally. After all the jerks she dated she finally got a good guy. So this was just meh for me. Still worth the read. I mean this is book 13 and here I am wondering when more books come out.

Ever since we first met Smiley I’ve been waiting for his book to come out and finally after hoping and waiting and receiving grey hair after grey hair my prayers had been heard. I frigging loved this book and I adore Smiley. I’d get into a catfight with Vanni on this one. 5 Smiley Stars.
Vanni was tricked by her fianceé Carl to go to a convention about New Species because his Dad runs one oft he extremist groups against NS. The Woods Church is certifiable. Vanni is shy and just wants to escape she is finding out a new side to Carl, fed up Vanni heads to the bar and sits next to Smiley without realising it. They also don’t realise that they have been drugged with the breeding drug until they get hot and heavy with one another. They help one another out and form a bond.
If I have mentioned that I adore Smiley then well I frigging adore him. He is so sweet but tough and he would do anything and everything for his mate and flashing his sexy pointy teeth. Need I say more? *sigh*. Vanni is accused of drugging herself and Smiley which is just ridiculous. I loved that the book solely wasn’t based at Homeland and that we get to see more and more of the outside world and the issues and how they are dealt with. To counteract against the accusations oft he church, Vanni and Smiley go on a shopping trip.
"You're acting irrational. You're Smiley, not Grumpy Ass, ready to off the heads of males who look at your female. Everyone knows she's yours."
"Don't snarl at anyone" Slash warned, his gaze locked on Smiley. "You smile. I don't care what your instincts say. Got it?" "I know." Smiley complied. "See?" "You look constipated but trying to look happy about it," Flame muttered.
We also see a bit of Reservation and Torrent who lost his mate. Now this is just speculation but I reckon that Cindy has her eye on Torrent as that was mentioned that she watched someone up at Reservation and I love her humor. Torrent has a great sense of humor as well.
"Torrent and he's ready to shoot the male himself. He said the human is wailing and whining constantly and it's hurting his ears."
Best bit was when Vanni was fangirling over Fury
I could also see Beth and Jericho. Beth is a riot.
“Did you have sex in that alley?” “Inside the SUV.” Beth unwound her arms and sat back. She lifted a hand in the air. “High five.” Vanni just stared at her blankly. “Bucket list, remember? Sex in a car.”
The hotness of the sex scenes was fab and I adore Smiley. Have I mentioned that yet?
"Toss your hair out of the way. Give me your neck." She did it but he didn't kiss her throat. His tongue wet her shoulder and then he bit down. It wasn't hard enough to break the skin but it ramped up the excitement. Those fangs of this were hot and sent the chills throughout her body. He gripped her a little tighter, fucked her a little harder and kept playing with her clit.
I know that Vanni is shy but she could have thrown Smiley a bone. He is so giving. I adore him. I’m gushing and crushing like a school girl.
"I want to share everything with you, babe. Life wouldn't have meaning without you."
I need more NS though. When is the next one coming out?
