Best friends, business partners, billionaires. Two men used to getting what they want – until they want the same woman.
Rob Avondale and Liam Bradley are on top of the world – a billion-dollar company, a lifelong friendship, chiseled good looks, and a reputation as some of the city’s most eligible bachelors. They have it all – and they certainly don’t intend to give it up by falling in love.
Especially not with the same woman.
Curvy twenty-something Adelaide Williams is the reigning queen of bad decisions. Fired from her last job and dumped by her fiancé, she’s now determined to make the best of her new temp job as a secretary at Avondale & Bradley. No screw-ups, no mouthing off – and no falling in love with the boss.
And definitely not with two bosses.
Despite their best intentions, Liam and Rob find their feelings for Adelaide deepening, and in a moment of passion, a thrilling new possibility presents itself – one that just might offer up more than any of them have ever dreamed of. But can they convince Addie that being with them is more than just another bad decision?
Two Bosses is a super-steamy standalone MMF bisexual menage romance with explicit scenes of MF, MM and MMF. HEA Guaranteed.
I really liked the author's writing style in this story. It's a while since I've read anything menage related and especially about wealthy businessmen so this was a refreshing change.
There was lots of drama, possibly unnecessary but hey, that's par for the course with novels. I thought the characters were special individually but together they became something even better, on the whole. I thought the sexual connection between Rob and Liam came about all too easily, I mean life-long friends and business partners who fall into each other's arms, literally, without reservation or self-doubt but clearly they lurved each other so that's ok.
Liam's mother's story was sad and I really felt for him but despite his emotions, he managed to have sex...
Addie was strong, feisty, funny and at the same time vulnerable. I loved her.
Rob was a bit of a p***k to Addie, but someone had to add the drama I suppose.
Liam's sister needed a slap throughout the story.
Liam was fun-loving and complemented Rob's seriousness perfectly.
The sex scenes were thought provoking but could have been written slightly better - longer, more detail, more emotion, more adjectives etc etc. Although enjoyable, nothing blew my socks off if you know what I mean!
Overall, I found myself reading, and enjoying, this book with ease. I'll definitely hook-up with the author again.
We are proud to provide honest and unbiased reviews written from the heart.
I went into this thinking it was going to be a quick and dirty book. Her two bosses are probably going to be players who like to share women and it was going to be one sex scene after the other. Instead this story was so much more. In fact, the sex came a distant second to the development of the characters and their relationships with each other.
Adelaide/Addie is a bit down on her luck and completely self-aware. She’s the type of friend you want to have in your corner with a sassy mouth and understanding shoulder to cry on. Rob & Liam are childhood bff’s & now business partners who run off their many assistants by being nightmare bosses. Addie is their new temp, but it turns out she met Rob the night before during a brief but memorable exchange. Liam knows Rob and knows he feels something more for Addie. But Liam is starting to have feelings for Addie, too.
Well, they all get feelings for each other and their unconventional relationship goes from there. Up until that point, I thought it was interesting Rob & Liam were always very close, but never saw each other in that way. At first it’s awkward for them, but also feels right. The author did a great job getting me where I could see how the two of them evolved in their own relationship. The bond between Rob and Liam was my favorite, particularly as they were dealing with an emotional family crisis.
I really loved this book and read it in one sitting. The story flowed and the characters kept me engaged from the first page. This is my first book by Elle Everton and I loved her natural style of writing. I will definitely try more books by her.
I received a copy of this book from the author through Hidden Gems for an honest review.
I actually really liked the character development in this. It surprised me more than anything. I didn't agree with how fast she gave in but I get it. In the end it was a pretty good book.ps. I hope harry and the cat are okay. They were not mentioned again. Not even in the bonus chapter.
I liked this book - one of the better menages I have read, mostly due to the great slow burn attraction between Hs. They are long term friends and business partners, and when a sister caused trouble, it felt a bit silly. They knew each other well enough to not fall for it.
Adelaide (goes by Addie) has a habit of attracting the wrong guys and make horrible decisions. She’s aware of this and despite wanting to turn things around, she manages to f*ck a stranger in a bar, about 10 seconds after spilling his drink over his suit. Admittedly, I was a bit put off by her personality in the beginning. She’s self-aware but despite wanting to do better she just kind of shrugs and goes “told you I make bad decisions”. So, I had a hard time taking her serious in the beginning.
Rob and Liam are childhood friends and now business partners. Actually, they’re more brothers from different mothers (and fathers), than friends. Both men seem to have a knack for running off their assistants, since none of them last very long.
When Addie’s temp agency calls she has to accept the temporary job they offer. That’s how she meets Liam for the first time, and Rob for the second time.
Addie completely grew on me throughout the book. Honestly, the character development is through the roof and Elle does such a great job with these three. I especially love their little love triangle which includes some M/M and not only M/M/F
This book was honestly...not bad. I didn't think that a bisexual polyamorous romance would be my sort of thing, but it was at least entertaining, even if the cover is abysmal. I don't think I'd reread this one though.
I loved this book. Strong characters with real issues. Still not a fan of Claudia though. Would love to know how she reacts when she finds out. I highly recommend this author's work.
This ending was trash. Both of them dropped her like a bad habit, FIRED HER, then when they found out it was a simple mistake? They just rolled up like wanna try again, we love you. No groveling. No grand gestures. Addie, stand up for yourself girl! He took the word of a woman who was ACTIVELY trying to get with him over you and dragged Liam along without even an opportunity to defend yourself. So frustrating.

Three and three quarter stars. Neither the word "billionaire" nor the word "boss" is of any interest to me, and I generally pass on any stories that use those terms as selling points. But since this book had such great reviews and was available in the Amazon Prime lending library, I decided to give it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by this self-published novel, especially considering I've come across very few polished MMF books.
The humorous first person voice of Adelaide, who narrates the bulk of the story, really made the book for me. She is an intelligent, sympathetic character, whose flaws are very believable. The author has a great ear for dialogue, and the story kept me engaged. Rob and Liam the two other main characters were reasonably hot, but it was hard to get past their initial jerky behavior and accept that they were actually decent guys. They each get a few chapters here and there which helped flesh them out, but their first person viewpoints were generic. They could have benefited from more interactions with each other. In particular their abrupt switch from straight friends to lovers was ignored as they both just accepted it without reservation. I did appreciate though, that all three characters had personal stuff to deal with.
I won't categorize this as erotica as there is no more sex in here than a typical romance with explicit extended sex scenes. There was some heat, but the author seems unaware of the mechanics of anal sex, resulting in scenes that lacked realism. Adding to the lack of realism is that protection is never mentioned, aside from some weird Houdini trick where it magicked into place in the first sex scene.
The boss situation was largely unappealing. Brad and Liam both abused their power, which at one point resulted in a terrible situation for Addie and made me dislike both of the men. Also, the work environment was strangely sterile. Although a large portion of the book transpires at work, I still have no idea what business the company was in, and where they hid all of their other employees. All of the office scenes are just the three of them, which meant they didn't have to deal with any fallout from their unusual and unethical relationship.
The author promises a HEA ending, and while it ended on a hopeful note, there is so much left unsolved that it felt like the book stopped short.
Adelaide has bad luck when it comes to men and now her job, she bases it on lots of bad choices she has made. One night out with her best friend and she runs into this man who is pissed as between the both of them spilled all his drink over the both of them, and they go into the bathroom together and yet she makes another bad decision but lives it up to one more mistake wont hurt her also thinking she will never see this mystery man ever again. She gets a call for a temp job and runs into the last man she thought she would see again. Rob is a playboy and never goes for seconds but when it comes to the woman at the bar he just can not get her out of his mind or dreams.
What I enjoyed most about Two Bosses is watching Adelaide wanting to be good and to not do anything with her new boss as she wants her job to work, but Rob is hot then cold the next minute, but when he see's his best friend Liam being friendly with him that gets his blood to boil and for him to have to make up his mind on if he wants her or not. Both best friends want her but will she be able to choose or will she let them go? or go with another option? They are all getting closer since she has started to work for them, and both Men are going to leave her to decide.
This is a great book, a fast, easy, entertaining read. This book has a Woman who has just lost her job and Fiance in the same time frame basically and wants to do better with all parts in her life, A Man who is a playboy with a attitude to match who doesnt do relationships and never see's himself settling down with any woman until Addie walks back into his life, Liam his partner in their business that also falls for the same woman as Rob, all together they will all be vulnerable together and see what can happen between them. If you like stories like this, then Two Bosses is a must!!

➵aaaaaaaaa➵ What I liked or Didn’t like: I loved this authors sense of humor throughout the book. I will definatly be reading more from her. Way to go Elle
Adelaide Williams is at a low point in her life. She’s recently lost her job and her fiancé. After a night out with her best friend and a surprise encounter she gets a break with a temp job; only to discover that not only does she have not one but two gorgeous new bosses and that one of them she met the previous night. They say 3 times the charm right?! If you love reading taboo stories, or just stories about ménages in general, than you will love Two Bosses. This story is full of passion, love, life and a ton of sex appeal. I personally loved Liam. He always seemed to bring light into any room. My heart did break for him but I was happy that he had his best friend by his side. Rob, oh what can I say about Rob. He was just so closed off and intimidating. It was nice getting to see his soft side though, and what a soft side. I was sad that the story ended so soon. But then I went and got the bonus chapter and I was delighted to be able to read just that little bit more about these three. DEFINITELY get that bonus chapter. This is the second book that I have read by this author and I am already looking forward to reading more! Thank you for giving me the chance to read Addie, Rob, and Liam’s story!
I received an exclusive ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Adelaide has problems. She's lost her fiance to another woman and her job to her big mouth. She goes out drinking with her best friend and hooks up with a hot guy in the restroom. Although she feels a connection, he is insulting to her afterward to the point she doesn't tell her friend about it. The next day she gets a temp office job and it happens to be in the office of the guy from the bathroom, Rob. He and his best friend Liam are CEO and COO. They're both attracted to her, but fighting it for different reasons. Liam is fighting it because Rob wants her and Rob is fighting it because he avoids relationships. They decide to make her choose between them, but she refuses and instead picks both. This brings out some feeling that Rob and Liam never saw between themselves before. The three of them begin a relationship until a misunderstanding causes Rob to fire and completely cut off communication with her and Liam follows suit to keep his best friend happy, nearly destroying them all.
There is a lot of emotion in this book. A lot of loneliness.
Really enjoyed this one, surprisingly so. I started with this series just looking for some fun sex scenes (which, oh yes, this delivers. Super hot MMF, MM, MF, all the Ms sex), but was surprised by the emotional depth and individuality of the characters, as well as realistic portrayals of people who have jobs and lives which are impacted by their romantic decisions. The two bosses in the title are best friends who are as close as brothers, except for if brothers wanted to bang each other. It takes their new temp secretary, who bonds with both (including one of them hard and fast in the bathroom) to realize that they were always meant to be a triad. Fun fireworks abound at every turn as these three get frisky just about everywhere. But what I liked most about the book was that each of the characters has enough family and professional things going on in their life that they never feel like the erotica porn props that is often the case with smut (I say with love). Fun, quick steamy read. Very much looking forward to what else Elle Everton has next.
I received this book free as an ARC for my honest review.
Adelaide Williams’s life is in chaos. Her sister has it all together, married and with a child on the way. Adelaide has just been sacked from her job, recently dumped by her fiancée, and is the queen of bad decisions. Rob Avondale and Liam Bradley are childhood friends, billionaires who are co-owners in a finance business. Adelaide has a one night stand with Rob, and the next das gets a temp job as an administrative assistant. She rocks up to her temp job and finds out Rob is the CEO. Liam realises that Rob has feelings for Adelaide, and he pushes them together. She is trying her hardest to do the right thing, to not get involved with one of her bosses. In a twist both Rob and Liam devise a plan for a threesome, with the death of Liam’s mothers, a lie by Liam’s sister and Adelaide struggling on going public with their relationship does it last?
I must admit I didn't think I would like this book since in the beginning Addie meets a guy in a bar after colliding and spilling a drink and they end up having a quickie in the restroom. When Addie discovers that the man she had the quickie with is her new boss Rob things get interesting. I was happy that after discovering they work with each other they didn't just pick up where it left off and bring in Liam as an afterthought. Liam and Rob have a great friendship and they decide to take that friendship to a new level when Addie shows up and they both realize they have feelings for her. This is a good MMF book and the characters are developed well to the point that you understand why each has misgivings going into the relationship and while the relationship is happening.
3.25-3.5 stars. This was a pretty good book. It's been so long since I read this that I don't remember a lot of details. So I only have just a few comments. This was another MMF menage book that I enjoyed but didn't totally love because of the fact that the two men were in a relationship before they added in Adelaide. Rob and Liam are BFFs since childhood/ business partners that are pretty much in love with each other, but never acted on their feelings until Adelaide comes into play. They all fit together pretty well, but when there is a big conflict, it ends up being the two men together for quite awhile with a separation from Addie. I liked Addie and I felt bad for her. The men did eventually come to their senses and get her back, but I felt like they could have been just as happy as a couple without Adelaide. Other than that, I did enjoy the book for the easy, sexy read it was.
If you want something sexy, exciting, and taboo then this is the book for you. It has humour, fun, a tad sadness and extremely hot menage scenes. The two bosses Rob and Liam are best friends and business partners who both fall for their PA temp Addie, when asked to choose which of them she wants she can't as she's fallen for both of them, then Rob comes up with a solution that will change all of their lives. This is a hell of a sexy book, Rob, Liam and Addie are great characters and I love the well written storyline. It's the first book I've read by Elle Everton but it certainly won't be the last. If you're into menage stories I'd recommend this one you won't be disappointed.
Who doesn't love a great MMF romance, right? Adelaide has had a lot happen in one day lost her job lost her fiance to another woman, so she's out with her BFF when she ends up have sex, with a stranger, in a bathroom. while trying to figure out her life she takes a temp office job where the stranger from the bathroom, Rob who happens to work along with his friend Liam, both men find themselves attracted to Adlaide but they both fight it for different reasons but decide to make her choose and that's something she isn't ready to do which opens a whole new set of possibilities. wow this book is so hot. absolutely loved it. ARC given in exchange for an honest review.
Two Bosses is MAGNIFICENT!!! It sucked me in from the very beginning!!! I could NOT put it down!!! Rob and Liam have been best friends for years and own a company together. Adelaide is their temporary secretary at their company. She is attracted to both Rob and Liam and cannot decide which one she likes more. So when they ask her if she wants to be with both of them, she accepts. The sex is HOT! HOT!! HOT!!! I thought my kindle was going to burst into flames!!! I will be reading this book over and over again! Two Bosses is a MUST read!!! I cannot wait to read more by Elle Everton!!! *I received this book in exchange for an honest review.*
I thoroughly enjoyed this addictive page-turner. I am a junkie book-whore and this fed all of my desires. The powerful alpha friendship is touching. Liam & Rob, opposites drawn together, brought up as brothers, but maybe their brotherly love needed stirring into something hotter. Adding Addie to the mix made the passion burn like a furnace until someone doused the growing heat. Quick to react, this story has many facets to it you won't have time to get bored. It's fast paced, which I love, Elle hasn't wasted a single second on inconsequential rubbish, this book is finely tuned and gets top marks for me!
Wow!! Talk about a book that will melt you e-reader, this one will!! Extremely hot, sexually erotic ménage that will leave your panties wet. Two best friends who run a very successful business are in desperate need of a secretary. What they didn't expect when they hired Addie was all the sass that came with her. Addie is just trying to get her life straight and stop screwing everything up. Rob and Liam have other plans for her. This book is a little treasure waiting to be opened. It will not only leave you panting but it will pull at your heartstrings some too. So much more of a story than I thought it would be. Extremely enjoyable in every way. You will not be disappointed.
Who decides what is conventional or unconventional? That's the underlying question in Elle Everton's story, Two Bosses. "Love has its own sense. It doesn’t follow rules. If your heart’s in it — and so is his, or hers, or theirs — you can make anything work.” The electricity is there. The players just need to figure out if they are going to follow their hearts or allow society to decide for them. Great story!
Wow this book is not one that I would typically read however I had the opportunity to read and give an honest review. Wow just wow with this book. Let's start by saying I did not expect it to end like that but I'm happy it did. There are a lot of questionable topics or choices in this book however for a fantasy and great read it makes a complete 5 star must read if you are open minded . If not this book is probably not for you.
Man I love me a good MMF book. I also LOVE a good friends to lovers, and a gfy situation. This book has all 3! The stuff they are going through with Liam’s mom breaks my heart. I personally know what that is like. There was a good balance of real story and connection and heat in this book. I received an exclusive arc for an honest review.
I love the story, Rob and Liam thought they had it all but they were wrong. Adelaide was the missing piece of their lives to make everything right. It is a great story. A story that was more then sexual encounters but the healing and merging of three hearts. Not your typical love story, but HEA that everyone deserves. I great book steamy read I would recommend to anyone.
