Today was supposed to be the best day of my life to date.
Instead, it’s the worst.
My long-term boyfriend just dumped me on our anniversary. Worse? He admitted to cheating on me. With seven other girls.
I’m not going to sit around crying over him. I’m going to make up for lost time. I’m going to make a bucket list of steamy adventures—my own personal f*ckit list.
And for starters, there’s my best friend. The one I’ve known all my life, the one it would be most impossible to hook up with. But he’s sexy, tall, built. Everything my ex isn’t. And he’s willing…
Then, I'll hit my

This is a complete, standalone novel with no cliff hangers and a guaranteed HEA! Super steamy fun with a sweet romance ahead!
So, what do you do when your boring, vanilla boyfriend, the one you've had since high school, the first and only one you've ever had, the one you think is going to propose, who, instead, dumps you over brunch and leaves you with the check on your six-year anniversary? Create a sexual bucket list, called a fuckit list, with the help of your best friend, and enter into a sexual misadventure, because why not?
As far as total smut fests go, this was an entertaining romp through the proverbial romance-novel cliches of hot one-night stands. Amanda allowed her inner slut (not meant to be a shaming remark on her character, just that she gets to unleash that inner slut we all have inside us) to make up for all the possible sexual encounters she may have missed while she was tied to the jerk for so long. She begins with her best friend, Scott, and compares all other encounters back to him.
I did not like how this naive woman is thrust into the foray of the world of kink so quickly. I feel that a more subtle approach, maybe starting with her encounter with the football guy, would have eased her into it better. Then each one after that pushed her boundaries further, making Scott's reactions more believable. But again, this book isn't meant to be a thought-out literary masterpiece.
I will say I don't like dumb heroines. Amanda? Not the brightest. But again... not the type of book to split hairs about that.
This book is delightfully smutty, plain and simple. I do not recommend reading it when your husband goes out of town for the weekend like I did. ;)
This was not the book for me. It started off great, but every time I got into it the main characters name would change between Alison and Amanda. That made it so I just couldn't fully get into it. I also found myself wanting to yell at the main characters a lot.
This book was literally all sex. That's pretty much it. There was very little dialogue, very little plot. Imagine watching a porn from start to finish and just writing down what you see verbatim and that was this book. I gave it a 2 bc I finished it and I liked Scott. Amanda (or Alison depending on what paragraph and chapter you were reading-which was annoying and not intentional ) was irritating. She just wasn't very likeable.
This book kept popping up on my Facebook feed so I felt compelled to give it a whirl. Bottom line, unless you want to read a cheesy porn multiple times, don't bother with this one.
I loved this book. It was a great friends to lovers book. It went a little fast at first but that didn't stop me from forging on with it. And it is definitely one that makes your panties wet.
I gave the book only 4 stars instead of 5 because there was 2 instances in which the main character Amanda was named Alison. I think it was a small editing error. But over all definitely worth the read.
Would have given more stars, however, I feel that getting only the first chapter from Amazon and then being force to join Kindle Unlimited to be able to read the entire book.
Sexy as hell!! The "list" was interesting and even exciting to experience as a reader. I was excited and at times frustrated. The ending was cute and the characters were absolutely adorable!
