The fifth book in the Club X series by New York Times and USA Today bestselling author K.M. Scott!
Life after Club X has been good for the three brothers who used to run Tampa's most exclusive fantasy club. Cassian and Kane run one of the city's up and coming restaurants, CK, and Stefan has his own successful bar in the old Club X building.
Two marriages, three kids, and three happy couples make up one big happy family.
But there's another son of Cassian March III out there, another illegitimate child who never knew his father. The three brothers don't agree that they should find him, and even more importantly, what they don't know about Sebastian could risk everything they cherish so dearly.
(NOTE: This book focuses on the three original brothers, Cassian, Stefan, and Kane. Also, Acceptance was originally released in the Complete Club X Series Set.)

REVIEW: 4.25 stars--ACCEPTANCE is the fifth (and final?) installment in K.M. Scott’s contemporary, adult CLUB X erotic, romance series focusing on three brothers: Cassian and Stefan March, and their half brother Kane Jackson. ACCEPTANCE is their continuing story with an emphasis on Kane and Abbi’s struggling relationship, and the introduction of another potential sibling thrown into the mix.
NOTE: ACCEPTANCE was first released in the Complete Club X series boxset in July 2016.
Told from several first person perspectives (Cash, Stefan, Kane, Abbi and Sebastian) ACCEPTANCE advances the series several years and follows the fall out of Kane’s search for another one of his father’s b*astard sons. While Kane and Stefan risk meeting the young man who bears a striking resemblance to both Kane and Cash, not everyone is aware of, or on board, with inviting another brother into the family. To complicate matters, Kane’s relationship with Abbi begins to crack when he refuses to reveal the secret about where he goes and why- to protect the woman and the family that he loves.
We catch up with all of the series couples and their growing families, and witness the struggle as three brothers contemplate a future that may or may not include a younger sibling. The family dynamic is slightly fractured when tensions between brothers is thick with the possible fall out of acknowledging another one of Cassian March III’s illegitimate spawns, as well as the ongoing unease and uncomfortable situation between sisters in law for sins of the past. Club X is now a memory, and the brothers are now focused on their nightclub and bar.
ACCEPTANCE is a fascinating story line with heart stopping moments and emotional force; a culmination of one man’s collective progeny, their growing familial relationships, and the struggle to accept what is and what may never be. The premise is inspiring; the characters are colorful and passionate. We can only hope that there is a future story focusing on Sebastian March.
Where do I begin? This was the final book to the series and although I gave it five stars this book felt almost...pointless. I predicted it was going to deal with Stef and Shay...it didn't. It was yet again a Kane and Abbi book (not that I'm complaining) it showed a little insight to all three brothers and what they were doing with their lives, but the main focus was a new brother--Sebastian and this is where it felt pointless. We don't learn that much about Sebastian and in the end he's not really apart of the family, they don't welcome him in and Kane only has contact with him once or twice AFTER he was shot. Which brings me to, Kane was shot at the end and while I was tearing up and praying he didn't die--he doesn't. Kane lives and time passes to show that the brothers don't keep in contact with Sebastian, and the only thing that gets resolved (sorta) is Abbi apologizing to Shay. Stef and Shay to my disappointment don't get married. As much as I enjoyed the book and love reading about the brothers, the series could've ended with 4.

I was really surprised with this book. And darn it, reading Acceptance made me feel full of angst and made me cry. I really think I cried through this whole series. I was emotionally drawn and still wanted to give Kane a reality check. Years later and Kane is still up to some of his old shenanigans that only bring stress into his relationship with Abbi.
It was great revisiting the brothers. I love to see what happens after these three had their HEA. But the drama continues and are divided between the search for Sebastian. I wonder if we will hear more from these guys?
Acceptance will still give you the hot and heavy sexy times. You will have another emotional ride. You will want to knock these guys in the head. I am glad that they have such strong woman behind to somewhat ground them.
"She was the angel who saved me, no matter how much she wanted to believe I rescued her."
I really enjoyed this series! I've watched Cash, Stefan, and Kane go through so much, and finally find the loves of their lives. I've wanted to hug them and smack them all at the same time. I've fallen in love with all of them.
In this final installment of the series, we find the three brothers facing the possibility that they have yet another brother. But is this a good thing? Will bringing Sebastian in to the fold add to their happiness or tear it all asunder?
Kane's desire to figure all of that out may just cost him everything, including Abbi and the kids. Will it forever tear him away from Cash and Stefan?
I got the ending I was hoping for, but for a while there I wasn't sure! Great series!
The latest book in the series is Acceptance, and it occurs after the guys have shut down Club X and moved on. In this book we get a glimpse into their lives now and what they are doing, but the main focus is on Kane and his feelings toward a new person that has come into their lives. As always in true Kane fashion, his main concern is protecting the ones he loves, no matter what the cost. Great addition to the series, and thank you K.M. Scott for such a lovely surprise. Five stars all the way, for each book and for the series as a whole. Don't miss out, if you love books loaded with romance, steamy sex, passion, sexy handsome men and women not afraid to tell them what they think, then this series is definitely for you!
Such a great book in a fantastic series! There were so many ups and downs. And after five books, you become completely invested in these characters and their stories. Poor Kane and Abby seem to have had more than their share of drama and heartbreak, and finding another "brother" fathered by Casian March III just led to more trouble for them and their family. I still want to know what ultimately happens with Shay and Stefan...still seems unresolved. Maybe (hopefully) there will be another book?? I could read these books for years!
What a great book! I love seeing friends turn into lovers and then so much more. The way the book is written is amazing and didn’t skip anything where you weren’t sure what was happening. The narration by Megan Kelly is, as usual, spot on. There is no part where you don’t know exactly who it is that is speaking. Definitely a book worth listening to.
This just wasn't a favorite series for me. The characters were weak and at times immature, especially the women. I just like characters with grit, intelligence and a little bit of arrogance. I think I will wait to read the NeXt series. I can't bear more of the same.
Once again I am amazed at this series. And the ending has me wondering if and where are the other children by Mr March. This could go on and on and never get old.
I fell in love with the March brothers from ClubX , Cash is the sexy rich brother, Stephen, the playboy younger brother and Kane, the rough outside brother. Each has a gripping story and Kane has two books featuring him. Now there appears to be another brother who carries their genes. However, this brother brings something to the mixture not all of them want. Kane wants to bring the new one in to the fold. Someone nearly loses their life in this book. It was a short, but all of the old players make an appearance.. Good Read,...
I fell in love with Kane in Possession and this book just made that love go even deeper. He's such a good, good man. Abbi is perfect for him. This book made me feel so muc, so many emotions. I just really loved it!! I also really liked catching up a bit with Cassian and Stefan too but I really hope there is more to come. This is such a great series, from Temptation to Acceptance!!!
This story is of family all of it the good the bad and the ugly. I love this series because these men find something out about themselves that the past my have made the the man but the future made them the men they can be.
