Low-carb? Hardly!

Low-carb does not include flour, potatoes, beans, or other such starches. Disappointing to say the least. I'm completely baffled as to how one could think recipes that include flour, starch, legumes, etc., could qualify as low carb. Please do some research into what actually qualifies as low carb. Do not waste your time or money on this if you are serious about a low-carb lifestyle.
