I flove this series and was so excited to get Irrevocable into my hands! John and Jasmin's story is super hot yet emotional.

The Fated series has been one of my favorites to read! All of the characters are strong and it's fun reading them weaving in and out of each other's lives. In Fated 2, when John was pushed into Jasmin's life to protect her I KNEW something was going to come out of it. When I read the blurb for this I may have squealed out loud because my wish came true!
"I also needed you to understand I am not a little woman who comes to you when you click your fingers and goes away at the wave of your hand."
You go girlfriend! We got a glimpse of John and Jasmin in the previous books but not really together. So you have the bones and some background there without having to retell the story all over again. Jasmin is one of my favorite female leads. Its quite comical to me, she put this strong leader of a man set out to protect her, in his place. She knows who she is and what she wants.
The emotions are REAL... and heavy. It seems John has some work to do, in more ways than one! He has to protect the woman he's trying not to fall for. The one he already DID fall for. Love always gets in the way.... along with the past. The two don't mix well together.
Read this entire series, from start to finish! Each character plays a part in every book. They fit together like a puzzle and you need them all! Romance, mystery, suspense with hot and heavy sexy times.. this series has it all. The good AND the bad.

Irrevocable is the highly anticipated third book in the Fated Series by A.S Roberts. It is a wonderful, erotic, suspenseful contemporary romance.
Jasmin Carpenter (the older sister of Bella Carpenter who we met the first two books in this series) is twenty-six years old and is a bit of a ‘free-spirit’. She lives a relatively simple life- working three odd-jobs, is very artistic, loves reading and lives in her lovely old cottage with her gorgeous dog Coco. She carries a lot of grief and heartache, since experiencing tragedy and betrayal at a young age and has become an expert at pushing people away, in an effort to protect her heart from more hurt. Even so, she is a true romantic at heart, who longs to find her ‘soulmate’ and have her own fairy-tale ‘happily-ever-after’.
“What I wanted, when I was being most truthful with myself, was a simple life. I was completely different to a lot of women my age. Home and family meant everything to me….
I wanted to be married. I wanted to belong to someone else so wholly that they wouldn’t know where they ended and I began I wanted to be the very centre of some man’s universe. To be chosen above everyone else they had ever met and to be given unconditional love, was what my heart desired more than anything else. In other words, I wanted the fairy tale love story.”
When sinister threat from her sister’s past surfaces and places Jasmin and the other members of her family in grave danger, they are whisked away by a security team to find a safe place to ‘hide out’ until the threat can be neutralised. “Safety” involves them all boarding a cruise ship and sailing the Mediterranean, while they wait for the ‘all-clear’, and being somewhere so totally unexpected should throw any pursuers off their track.
But, what Jasmin didn’t expect as part of the safety protocol, was to have to marry the man assigned to protect them. Even if he was everything she’d ever dreamed of.

John Edwards is an ex-navy helicopter pilot, who now owns a personal security business. He is also the head of security for the wealthy and renowned Blackmore family. John doesn’t do emotions; he has more of an analytical mind, ever the master of control he prefers his life to be predictable, structured and orderly. John doesn’t do relationships, as they involve emotions- emotions are messy and completely unpredictable; instead he puts all his energy into his business and his security details. He has had experience with emotions in his past and the experience has taunted him ever since- it left him shaken, and burdened with pain and guilt. He won’t allow that to ever happen again.
When his expertise is called on for a protective detail that involves a whole family, John is in his element. This is what he does best and he is extremely good at his job. He is focused on his investigation and has a plan in mind. His plan involves getting married, but it was only for the duration of the job and once his clients were safe then the marriage would be over and dealt with. What he didn’t foresee was the immediate emotional response he got when he laid eyes on her. She took his breath away and stirred up everything he had been supressing for all these years. All he knew was that he had to have her, at all cost- he would make her his.
“The feelings that entered my body through my hands when I touched her, seemed to be strong enough to break through the cocoon that I had weaved around myself years before. The cocoon that was so multi-layered I had deemed it to be impenetrable, until now.”
“Every professional, reasonable and controlled thought left my head in a single second. Gone was every strand of F***ing reason…..”

But they aren’t as safe as they thought they’d be, as their whereabouts are discovered. Can John keep them all safe, or will a miscalculation cost someone their life? Will the sinister threat be neutralised in time? What about the sham marriage- is the intense attraction and sizzling chemistry between John and Jasmin all there is to the situation, or is there a much deeper Connection? Will they be able to just walk away? How could there possibly be a future for them, after all they haven’t known each other for very long and then there is all the added ‘baggage’ that they each bring into the mix. I was completely immersed in this story from the moment I opened the book. I LOVED it. I really wasn’t expecting to love it soooo much, especially since the first two books are just so brilliant. But Ms. Roberts has outdone herself, yet again and delivered her best work so far. I can’t explain how wonderful this series is, and especially this book- but it manages to weave its way into your heart and overwhelms all your senses. It is a book/series that I will long remember and revisit often, to read time and again.
The characters are really wonderful, both the main characters as well as the supporting cast. They all bought something to the story and worked together really well. I loved John and Jasmin and I spent the whole book cheering them on! The witty banter and funny quips between them had me laughing out loud. Their steamy, knee trembling, lip nibbling, and panty wetting sex scenes were VOLCANICALLY HOT! I loved that the characters from the other two books also make an appearance in this story; it’s like catching up with old friends.
This story has a fast pace, flows well and is so easy to read and get lost in for hours… you really won’t want to put it down. It can be read as a standalone, but why would you want to miss out on the first two fantastic books- after all they introduce a lot of the characters and back story that are carried through to this book.
I have loved every word of all three books in this series- but this one has clawed its way much farther under my skin and into my heart, and has become my favourite so far. The next book sounds incredibly intriguing and I am anticipating another superb read and can’t wait to get started on it!

Irrevocable (Fated series Book 3) by A.S. Roberts is the third book in the Fated series. This can be read as a stand alone but you will love how the author refers to characters from the previous books in this series. If you love this one you will love the other two. This story is full of action, suspense and of course hot, sexy romance. This story will pull you in from the first word forward. The author has created characters that will pull at your heart strings and you will find yourself relating to them in one way or another. These characters will take you on an emotional journey of pretend and leaving things to see what fate has in store. Find out what will happens when safety is the most important thing for these characters.
Jasmin Carpenter is a young woman who seems to be content with her life the way it is with her dog and her little cottage. What will happen when a stranger shows up out of the blue? She doesn't realize that life will never be the same after this. When he takes her to meet up with the rest of her family on a cruise ship and waits to see what is going on. Are they in danger? What is going on? When the boss of securities shows up, there is an instant connection or lust you might say. When he proposes what needs to be done to keep her and her family safe, what will she do?
John Edwards is head of security for the Blackmore family. He has been hurt in the past and has put up a guard around his heart so no one gets in, until her. This is my third story by A.S. Roberts and I for one hope that we see more from this series. I love the characters that she creates and they just make the story flow together. A.S resides in south-east England and is married to the love of her life, they have four boys and lots of dogs. When she is not reading or writing, you can find her drinking enormous amount of tea and wine. Once again, this author has created a story that has twists and turns and will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to see what is going to happen next. I love how her stories pull you in from the first page and I totally lose track of time. I read this story in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down. I highly suggest this story as I know you will fall in love with these characters and this author as much as I have.

Irrevocable by A.S. Roberts is the 3rd book in The Fated Series and can be read as a stand-alone.
John Edwards is a man of mystery. He is the head of security for the Blackmore Family and we’ve seen glimpses of him in books 1 and 2. From the very beginning, there was something about him that intrigued me and I’m so glad he got his own story. He’s a good guy and deserves the attention.
Jasmin Carpenter is Bella Carpenter’s sister. Jasmin was given her beloved grandmother’s cottage after grandmother’s death, lives life on her own terms and scrapes by week to week. She is proud of who she is and makes no excuses. As with the other women in this series, she is strong and can stand on her own. She owns her voice and speaks her truth.
John and Jasmin meet when an adventure forces them together and into a fake marriage to make their relationship appear valid. John has the plan set in motion even before meeting Jasmin and she just goes along with the flow. Jasmin knows that this adventure and fake marriage is for the greater good and will protect her family. John and Jasmin both have a past that they have buried. Oddly enough, it creates a common bond that neither of them realizes. They have a “soul connection” that they both feel, a connection that neither of them have felt before with anyone else.
I have enjoyed each of the Fated Series books; there was something about this one that had me tearing up a few times. The feelings were a little more intense for me.
As with Inevitable, the continuing thread of the series is a nice tie in. I like the way we get the background thread of the adventure and continue on from there.
While each book in this series is a stand-alone, do yourself a favor and read them in order. This is one of those series that you will want to read back to back.

Irrevocable by A.S. Roberts an unmissable Five-star read. This is the third book in the Fated series, and we finally get to see behind the brick wall that is Head of Security for the Blackmore family John Edwards. This series has just gotten better and better as we have grown with the characters, growing to love their foibles as well as the things that make them great people.
John Edwards is the strong silent type, blends into the back ground, trying to make sure everyone is safe, but sadly no matter how hard he tries it’s not always possible and for that he will never forgive himself. The people he has lost in the past will always haunt him in the same way his OCD does. He is always in security mode, never allowing himself to switch off, the only fun he allows himself is the occasional woman with no strings. He has no plans to have a serious relationship. Even after he realises that the best way to keep his latest charges safe is to marry one of them, it’s just for the job. At least that’s what he keeps telling himself.
Jasmin Carpenter lives a quirky quiet life, she works three jobs, and lives in the cottage that her gran has left her with her dog who seems to be the only thing she can rely on sometimes. On the outside, she is an independent fierce woman who could take on the world, but inside she just wants someone to keep her safe, give her the security she craves and the unconditional love that she deserves. When her sister is at risk and her family get swept away on a cruise for their safety, she agrees to do anything to keep them safe, including marrying a man she just met. He is a hottie after all.
What starts out as a sham, soon turns into something neither of them realised. It’s something they both fear for different reasons, but fear non-the less. The only thing left for them is to figure out if fear is something they can overcome, will they get the happy ever after? Or will the happiness only last as long as the cruise they are hiding on?
A.S. Roberts has fast become an author I would happily recommend to anyone, normally I am hesitant as I read several genres so my recommendations aren’t always what people want, but she writes with clarity and dedication that every word leaps off the page. You can’t help but read the next page and so on until you have finished. She is the only author I have recommended to several friends and the have all loved her no matter the genre they usually read.

The third book in the Fated series, Irrevocable by A.S. Roberts definitely did not disappoint. The first two books have characters that are in al three books. For a third book it had all the wit, charm, humour and sexiness of the first two books.
Jasmin, a very simple, small town girl that was badly heartbroken years back refuses to let anyone get close again. She enjoys her many jobs and friends and doesn't let boys get to close.
John, a sexy, no commitment type guy also has a past that will not allow him to feel any emotions other than lust. John owns the security company that is in charge of keeping Bella’s family safe, that means her sister Jasmin also.
Together, Jasmin and John are forced to marry each other to not blow a cover and protect her family. To make it believable it has all the bells and whistles, including wedding bands John had forgotten to get and instead have to use rings near and dear to his heart. So, let's start with boring bits shall we...
Book 3 in a series but can read as a standalone. but I suggest you read the first 2 first, just to get a real for this leading man.
now, onto my feels.
John. I love John. I love his mardy self. I love his big fierce, brooding, handsome, intelligent self. His protective instincts, his dominant streak. I always have done, right from the first time we met. But now he has his own story... I also love his inner turmoil, his fears, his love, his vulnerability. It's a new side to him and it just really makes him shine.
I have to say I was really drawn in by the blurb. I was expecting more of the suspense. I kind of felt it fizzled a bit and although I loved reading about their relationship, I was a bit disappointed it didn't quite stretch into the second half of the book.
All in all, a really good read. I am so pleased Ive stuck with AS Roberts through this series. Ive been with her since book 1, when she was a debut author and I've seen her flourish and grow. This series is getting better and better and I hope to see so much more from her in the future.

This series has been an emotional journey not only for the characters but the reader as well. Jasmine & John's story is just as compelling as the previous ones. Amazing how one's childhood influences the person we become. Our thoughts and beliefs of ourselves are from others, usually our parents. Moreover, those words or deeds have a way of making a tape, which even once the person is no longer in our lives has a way of playing and making us believe the story they want to tell, not our actual story. A.S. Roberts makes it so that her characters are true to themselves and overcomes the most difficult situations giving her readers faith that this can happen to them as well. Love her writing!

I'm so pleased to see this book getting the recognition it deserves... it reeled me in..chewed me up.. and spat me out.. a 5+star read !! I have loved each and every book in the fated series and couldn't wait for this 3rd book and boy was I not disappointed ! A.S. Roberts never fails to deliver a story with all the feels, she drags you in to the lives of the characters, feeling every emotion possible, love, tears, angst..it's all there!! John is so damn hot.. and we see him fight with his past, feeling that Jasmin doesn't deserve him but wanting to give her everything and wanting everything back in return. Jasmin has so much hurt in her past too, but she craves for John to open up to her as she can see the love he has to give. we start to wonder if they can get past their issues as John shuts down on her again, will they get their HEA... well go download this amazing book and you'll find out !!

What happens when you are pushed together under the guise of protection? Jasmin, the unassuming English girl and sister of Bella (book 2) lives a quiet life in England. When Bella's past comes into the present there is only one controlling hulk of a man you want in your corner, John Edwards. The large dominant man with the impenetrable heart comes into Jasmin's life like a whirlwind. Events occur that lock them together. She becomes his everything. But can it be forever? Great emotional ride and gripping story. Lots of book 1 and 2 characters make an entrance which was good to read. In depth characters that you love from the get go. Well done on another fantastic story. Enjoyed it from cover to cover.

What an amazing addition to the series. The characters in the series become your new addiction, I couldn't wat to turn the page to find out what happens next. Even though it can be read has stand alone, I recommend reading the series from the beginning. Each book will be little more richer that way. I can't wait to read Jack's story.

Fabulous book, entertaining reading. Didn't want to put it down and read it in one day! Was kept in suspense, lots of twists and turns and kept on edge until the end. Looking forward to next book!!!

I loved LOVED this book. OK.. I love (its not in past tense) I fell for the main female lead Jasminn right away. Which is good for me. I can not and do not like crap female leads.. and Ms Roberts did not disappoint me at all.
This story pulled me in so quickly. I had a hard time putting it down, and was extremely mad when I had to! I loved their love... and watching it grow. At one point I just felt like it was sweet.. 2 lovers spending the time needed to fall in love (I don't want to say anymore in case it spoils it)
But well written Ms Roberts, again another book I have totally fallen in love with and am so glad I was able to read!

Sexy, steamy, emotional, soulful, suspenseful.
Just a few words I'd use to describe this book.
We first met John Edwards in Fated, Ms. Roberts' debut novel. There was just something about him that I was immediately drawn to. He had a quiet strength about him and you just knew that there was something about his life that caused him to build up the walls that made him the stoic man that is head of security for the Blackmore family. I couldn't wait to dive into this book and find out all about him.
He is assigned to protect Jasmine and the rest of her family. This was just supposed to be a job. What more could it be for a man who is convinced he is incapable of making personal connections? Facts are what he knows. They are predictable. Feelings, they are not predictable. Can Jasmine be the compass that leads him home?
This book has so many feels. From the emotions of revelations of their pasts, to the sexy times of two lost souls searching for a connection, I couldn't put this book down. I even found myself reading late into the night only to wake early in the morning to pick up where I left off.
Ms. Roberts set the scene for the next novel in the Fated series in the epilogue. I cannot wait to get more of these sexy alpha males connected to the Blackmore family.

Oh my gosh! I need a John Edwards. In the first book I needed a Jabby. In the second book I needed a Nathan. But now I know I need a John Edwards. In this story we continue through this great family of Blackmore men and the women they love. Jasmine is our leading lady and quite the character. You'll learn to love her caddy smart mouth responses as well as her outgoing bubbly personality. She's beautiful inside and out and a character you can easily relate to and learn to love. However she's in danger due to something historical with her sister. She and her family have to temporarily go into hiding in the form of the cruise. John Edwards, who is Head of security for the Blackmore family, goes along to ensure that nothing goes wrong for this family. What he didn't count on was meeting the woman he was to fall for!
Action-packed and full of steamy scenes this is a book you're going to want to read and read again. It's the third book in her series. You won't believe the level of writing by this new author.

Outstanding! The build up and anticipation of John and Jasmine's story is everything and more! The descriptive writing had me from page one. The comedy, danger and romance enhanced the storyline and A. S. Roberts created a world where not everything seems as it appears.
Jasmine's journey to discover true love was a joy to read while John's troubles were felt deep. Can these lost souls find love? Will past secrets find them too difficult to overcome? Will family interfere? Book 3, Irrevocable, is an absolute must read in the Fated series!

This is the third book in the series and each one is amazing. I love Jasmine and John's story. Their characters were touched on in the previous books but now you get to know them on a personal level and all of the baggage they carry. In this book you get to see the other side of John. Yes he is still dominating and powerful but he does have another side of him. He does not open up to many people but Jasmine is different for him. I can not wait to see what book will be next!!!

Eight Years Ago: Jasmin was on her way to her Grans house in severe pain. She hoped on the way there no locals would stop and talk to her so they wouldn’t have to see the condition she was in. as she got to her Grans home she felt very wet between her legs and saw that she had blood on her fingers. Jasmin knew Gran would know what to do now that she had lost her baby.
Seven Years ago: John is at the hospital with his wife who was not well. His wife’s pregnancy caused a complication and now john watched as his wife and baby passed away.
Present Day: Jasmin is waking up to the day but would love to just stay there unfortunately for her she can’t as she has her three jobs to go to today. After her day, had finished Jasmin went to the local with her friends for a night out. Three hours after getting home she heard a banging on her front door. She decided to ignore the knocking and looked out of her window to see a man in a suit staring up at her. Scared she had not locked her front door she went down stairs to see the stranger starting to open the door. He told her that even though she lived on a small town she still needed to lock the door. He also told Jasmin to put the umbrella she had picked up as a weapon. The stranger told her the Blackmore family had sent him and his mane is Brett. Brett went on to explain there was every reason her and her family were in danger because of the undercover work Bella had done and he was here to take her to safety so she needed to pack and leave with him straight away.
Brett didn’t tell Jasmin where they wer4e going uncase they were stopped by the police. Eventually Brett pulled up in front of a cruise liner explaining that her parents were on board and they were waiting for a little time to pass before they boarded in case someone was watching and they also were waiting for her brother Jack to arrive. Jasmin and Jack were also now on board in the safe keeping of the security officers. However, the team had concerns about some passengers on board so they called their boss John Edwards who decided he should come aboard and help his team.
Two days later John Edwards boards a plane where he studies the files on the Carpenter family. He is immediately taken with Jasmin’s beauty and can’t stop thinking about her. When John boards the ship, he tells Jasmin they are to be married in two hours. This plan is to make it look like a family occasion while the family are being watched by the criminals after them. John and Jasmin show immediate interest in each other but on their wedding night he tells her not to get feelings for him as this wedding of theirs is only to be for a couple of days until he has those after the family arrested. But it was too late she found herself already falling in love with him. Would this marriage be over in a couple of days or will they stay together? Only time will tell.

Irrevocable by A.S. Roberts is another must read. This is the third book to her amazing Fated series. This book could be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend reading the other books Fated and Inevitable. These characters stories build up in these books. Plus you will love these other characters as well. This author keeps on making me addicted to her characters. They feel like real people to me and also they go through real life situations. I read this book in a day and a half. This book will grab you at the first page.

The story Irrevocable (Fated series Book 3) by A.S. Roberts is a contemporary romance book. The third book in the Fated series is awesome. It tells the love story of John Edwards and Jasmin Carpenter. They both meet when John is sent to protect Jasmin and her family from criminals who would stop at nothing, not even murder, to achieve their goals. When they both meet there is a spark that it lit in both of them and a chemistry that they can’t deny. While there is much for both of them to overcome will they finally see that their love is irrevocable?
I love the characters of John and Jasmin. Their lives up to when they meet have been filled with situations that have produced scars on their hearts and in John’s case, it causes him to shut everyone out. Jasmin is going along with her life, however, has not found what she really wants. She wants a man that will love her unconditionally and children that she can love. When she meets John she feels in her heart that he is the one. At first when John would annoy her she would immediately act out, however, she begins to realize that there must be a reason for John keeping her at arm's length. John doesn’t let anyone in because of his past. He is a man that deals in facts, not emotions. That way he believes he can keep those around him safe. When he meets Jasmin it takes him by surprise that way that she makes him feel. He didn’t think he would feel such a deep connection to anyone ever again. John is someone that takes the world on his shoulders. If there is something that goes wrong he believes it is his fault. Can Jasmin make John see that they are meant to be and to take a chance? Or will John retreat back into himself and push Jasmin away as he has done all his life? Will they get their HEA?
Sometimes a book and series comes along that you love so much that no words seem to do it justice. That is the way I feel about the Fated series and the book Irrevocable. I love the storyline and the characters. I also love that the characters starting from the first are woven into the next book. I went through so many emotions while reading and I know that it touched my heart deeply. I highly recommend this book and series to anyone looking for their next “must read.” Although it can be read as a standalone I highly suggest reading all three. This book does include adult language and situations. John and Jasmin’s relationship makes for very steamy reading. It would be for those 18 years of age or older.

Irrevocable is the third book in the Fated series by A.S. Roberts. This book can be read as a standalone but having read the previous two I would highly recommend reading them first as these characters also appear in them as well.
So if ever there was a series that deserved more than 5 stars it would be this one! I LOVED book 1, then I read book 2 and LOVED that but then came along this book and well, I’m still thinking about it now! I can’t say that this is my favourite because I have loved every minute of all three books so to pick between the three would be impossible but it’s safe to say that John Edwards has just set up camp in my heart and I don’t think he’s going to leave anytime soon! I was (as with the others) hooked from the very first word until the end. It was hot, steamy and full of action. The writing was just amazing, the description of the places visited by the characters was outstanding and I could imagine what I was reading.
Irrevocable is John and Jasmin’s story. John is head of security for the Blackmore family who guards his heart as fiercely as he guards his clients. He likes casual with women but that is until he meets Jasmin. On board a cruise ship Jasmin Carpenter and her family are pretending to be on a family vacation in order to be kept safe from a threat to do with her sister Bella. Jasmin suddenly finds herself married to John so that he can keep her and her family safe. John says he doesn’t do relationships but Jasmin wants love and security.
I really liked Jasmin! She didn’t know just how beautiful she was and she desperately wants John to love her the way in which she loves him. Some of her problems from when she was younger were close to home for me so I instantly found that connection with her. I wanted her to be happy and I really wanted John to be the one to make her that way!
I think I may have mentioned before that I LOVED John! Oh my he was so sexy! He was strong, protective and dominant! There were many occasions that I would have happily traded places with Jasmin! There were moments when he shared his past where I could feel the tears threatening. It was easy to see what he was the way he was – he was guarding himself against more hurt and more rejection. If ever I wanted a couple to find their happily ever after it’s these two! The sex scenes between these two were insanely hot!

Jasmin suddenly finds herself married to John so that he can keep her and her family safe. John says he doesn’t do relationships but Jasmin wants love and security.
I really liked Jasmin! She didn’t know just how beautiful she was and she desperately wants John to love her the way in which she loves him. Some of her problems from when she was younger were close to home for me so I instantly found that connection with her. I wanted her to be happy and I really wanted John to be the one to make her that way!
I think I may have mentioned before that I LOVED John! Oh my he was so sexy! He was strong, protective and dominant! There were many occasions that I would have happily traded places with Jasmin! There were moments when he shared his past where I could feel the tears threatening. It was easy to see what he was the way he was – he was guarding himself against more hurt and more rejection. If ever I wanted a couple to find their happily ever after it’s these two! The sex scenes between these two were insanely hot!
I know in A.S Roberts I have found a new author to love. I have absolutely loved the Fated series and I can’t wait for the next book to come out – I know that I will love it as much as I have loved these!

Irrevocable (Fated #3) by A.S. Roberts is another 5 star book for this series. This installment of the Fated series follows John Edwards, former Navy officer and now head of security for the very well-to-do American family, the Blackmores. John heads up his security team as they work to protect a family and most importantly, Jasmin Carpenter. In order to make this sudden escape from danger, under the guise of the family taking a cruise vacation, several of John’s best security men board the cruise ship with Jasmin’s family to keep an eye out for the family and ensure their safety. Due to some suspicious men found aboard the ship, John decides he needs to join his team and be there personally to make sure everything goes smoothly. The only complication John sees as he is creating his plan to catch the bad guys red handed is with Jasmin herself and the plan becomes an onboard cruise ship wedding where John is the groom and Jasmine is the bride. Little did they know that their unexpected marriage would lead to so much more than just a cover story while on the ship. Chemistry, lust, passion, jealousy, possessiveness,vulnerability and love. The fake “cover story” marriage soon becomes something that both John and Jasmine want to stay real, uncovering feelings they hadn't ever felt so strongly before. They both have their pasts, secrets, complications, and fear of being vulnerable to contend with, but they both want to lay everything on the line, with no more secrets, and be each other's everything “forever”.
This book was wonderfully written. The passionate lovemaking scenes were on point. I think I found myself holding my breath at some points in the book when reading some really hot and steamy parts. The character development was good and the author did well at showing the strengths and weaknesses of the characters. We are able to see fear, heartbreak, vulnerability, and love, and through the author's writing you could actually feel all the feelings the characters were experiencing too. I want a love like John and Jasmine, not unrealistically easy, but complicated by their pasts, yet open and honest enough to trust one another and open their hearts to true love. I would highly recommend the Fated series with each book seeming to get better than the last.

Irrevocable by A.S. Roberts is another amazing story. A.S. Roberts continues telling the story of Jasmin and John, who is sister to Bella, briefly introduced in the Book #2 Inevitable. This story is the same time frame as Inevitable but it is not a retelling at all it is John and Jasmin’s story.
Jasmin is Bella’s sister, she is sassy, 26 year old free-spirited, artistic, enjoys the simple life living in her old cottage with her dog Coco. She carries a lot of left over grief after experiencing tragedy at a young age. She has made pushing people away an art form. But she longs for prince charming, soul mate, and that fairy tale ending.
John Edwards, uptight ex-navy helicopter pilot, who owns his own security firm. He is the complete opposite of Jasmin. Emotions do not exist for John, his life is thought through, analyzing everything. He prefers his life orderly and predictable which is nothing like Jasmin.
A threat from Bella’s past places Jasmin and her family endangered. John and a security team enter the picture taking the family on vacation, boarding a cruise ship sailing the Mediterranean, waiting for the threat to be taken care of. But Jasmin is shocked when she is required to marry John, her complete opposite.
Jasmin is pushing away love, even though she believes in love. John doesn’t do relationships and certainly does not do emotions; emotions are unpredictable, like Jasmin. Will John give emotions control and follow his attraction to Jasmin? Will he be able to keep Jasmin safe if he allows himself to feel things for her?
I have loved every book in this series. This author makes me feel it all, I have cried, laugh, and became frustrated with each character. Being able to feel these things from the words written is amazing and I cannot wait to read more from this series and from this author.

Irrevocable by A S Roberts is the third book in The Fated Series and my most favorite! This series has become one of my favorites and I can only hope that it's continued! I would recommend reading the first two in the series first just because it helps create a better back story, plus I love the series so obviously I would say to read them in order. A S Roberts has created a series that is much more than just a series, it's almost as though these characters are your friends and you can't help but want to see more of them, or hear how they're doing. I would give this book an amazing 5 stars!

He protects his clients in such a way that you can't help but feel at ease by being in his presence. He only lets himself have casual fun, he isn't looking for anything more than that because he feels he doesn't deserve it, after previous issues. Enter Jasmin Carpenter, she's the flirty British girl, who all the sudden has John thinking that maybe he could do more than casual. Jasmin is ready to be married, she's ready to have the security that marriage offers, she loves the idea of unconditional love. So the two end up getting married, under the ruse of Jasmin needing it for "safety reasons", but John isn't looking at it that way. This isn't pretend for him, this is it, but what he doesn't know, is that Jasmin doesn't feel like she will be able to give him what he deserves. Can these two prove to each other that this isn't a marriage of convenience? That they really both share the exact same feelings towards each other? Will Jasmin let herself feel that unconditional love that she's so desperate for?
This book was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I would recommend this to EVERYONE!! I loved this book, this series and this author!

SECURITY IS ALWAYS BEST!!!
This is the third book in the Fated series and let me say it is as good as Fated and Inevitable. It can be read as a stand-alone but if you read the first two you will recognize some of the characters mentioned in this book.
Jasmin Carpenter lives the life that makes her happy. Sure, her little cottage could use some fresh paint and repairs but when the funds aren’t there you just do what you can. Her clothes are about the same as her house falling apart. Jasmin’s under wear can’t be hung out to dry they are so worn out, but that is ok too. She has her beauty and is happy with her life. Little does she know it is about to change and will never be the same again. Jasmin is whisked away to join her family on a cruise and this is where it all changes.
John Carpenter is a closed off man. He has been hurt bad enough in the past to put up a wall so thick that no one can penetrate it that is until Jasmin. He is very good at his head of security job, after all he runs security for the Blackmore family. That is where he met Jasmin’s sister and family. He devises a plan to make it look like they are all on board for a family gathering. What a party it is, full of surprises, even before it starts. The bad guys will never recognize this con so it makes it perfect. All John wants he gets with the understanding that there are no feelings involved. When the ship docks they all walk away back to their own lives if they make it to dock alive. Will John and his detail be able to keep the family safe? Will Jasmin be able to walk away from a man of her dreams with her heart still intact?

Irrevocable by A.S. Roberts is the third book in the Fated Series. Yes, it can be read as a standalone and you will not feel like you are missing anything, but if you feel you may want to go back and read Fated and Inevitable, I would suggest reading those first as much detail in Irrevocable will give those other storylines away and believe me, you want to have those wonderful surprises to look forward to.
Irrevocable is the story of John Edwards. He is Alex Blackmore’s head of security and a definite enigma. He is perfectly polished, smart (both in intelligence and dress), silent, deadly and completely alpha male. He will do anything to protect his clients even if it means marrying a woman he doesn’t know in order to facilitate a ruse for the enemy. He is completely shut down emotionally. He doesn’t believe he has the ability to feel anything for others and that if he does, harm will come to them. He is happy to remain single and just have his needs met. But he never counted on Jasmin.

Well AS Roberts has done it again...another heart tugging story that will have you laughing, crying, angry, hopeful, frustrated and fanning yourself. This story was so well written and left me sleep deprived. I just couldn't put the book down.
Irrevocable is part of a series yet it can be read as a stand alone. After reading Irrevocable you'll wish you had read the others in the series~so you might as well one click them all and read in order.
Jasmin Carpenter aka Caxap has been through a horrific experience all while being abandoned by the person she thought she loved and would cherish her. Even since she has been afraid to let her guard down and depend on someone else. She continued to fear she'd never be enough and would have her heart broken again.
John Edwards is the head of security for the Blackmore family. He finds himself needing to go to extremes for his next case. He needs to pull off a marriage to a woman he doesn't know and has never met except from what he's learned by reading about her in his case file. John doesn't know the first thing about relationships since he doesn't believe he is any good at them. John always brings harm to those he lets in close to him. He needs to stay focused and on track even though Jasmin is a beautiful distraction.
Home and family meant everything to Jasmin so when she was told she needed to leave the country to help protect her sister, Bella, she went without hesitation. Little did she know that her protector was going to be dangerous to her heart. She had always wanted to get married, be the center of her husbands universe and be loved unconditionally. How did she end up under John's watch who would be such a catch if he wasn't guarding his heart and keeping everyone at a distance.

Jasmin is happy in her cottage that her gran left her with her dog coco and working three jobs, on the outside she is independent and strong and ready to take on the world but under that all she wants is someone to protect her and keep her safe, love her, cherish her which Jasmin completely deserves. When her sisters life is put at risk Jasmin is willing to do anything to keep them safe even if that mean marrying a stranger? John is always in security mode always on guard trying to protect and keep everyone around him safe which sadly isn't always the case no matter how dedicated he is and he's really hard on himself never forgiving himself for things he couldn't help. John really don't do much for fun the one thing he allow is women with absolutely no strings attached he isn't planning on having a relationship anytime soon but life don't always go to plan what happens when feelings develop will fear keep them from having a happy ever after? This is the third book in The Fated series you can read them as standalone but to get the full impact and character backgrounds I would read them in order. I have been loving this series so far and irrevocable doesn't disappoint full of edge of your seat drama, suspense and with scorching hot romance couldn't ask for more. Once again A.S.Roberts was able to pull you in right from the start where you get caught up in the emotional journey of Jasmin and John. I couldn't recommend this book enough it is truly amazing , you will fall completely head of heels in love with John and Jasmin's story. You need to get your hands on this series is full off everything you look for in a amazing novel!
