Deception...this trilogy just gets better and better

Travis Pearson you have restored my love of pleasure reading and fiction. The Dan Icor trilogy is excellent and I want more. Although the book is fiction the themes of the story are easily relatable and eye opening . This being the third book the central characters now feel like friends and family. The book expands on the last two and this time our heroes face their greatest peril . The story revolves around a political campaign and the lengths certain people will go to to keep secrets hidden . There are new characters thrown into the plot and it soon becomes apparent which side they are on . The wealthy Phineas Steadman has plans and his eyes on Dan Icors wife Jennifer. He plays a central role in the story and the shocking climax.... The wrap up to the story is shocking and surprising. No I did not see that coming is all I can say.

One of the things I love about this trilogy is the fact that while it is fiction some similar things have happened and the other situations and themes discussed easily could have. That is what makes this trilogy a page turner . My greatest endorsement is that I want more of Dan Icor and this town.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves thrillers with great story lines

The Crown Jewel of the Dan Icor Trilogy! This book ties everything together! I thought it was realistic, suspenseful and scary in the way it portrays our country and the values of our leaders. Funny, sarcastic, with wit. While portraying a sobering look at values and morality! Very unique, I highly recommend!
