This book helps a parents plan a well thought out post partum recovery. I don't understand why it isn't online, so there can be multiple copies, easier access, and sharing. I had to purchase a hard copy. I'm happy to support the author in this way, but I would prefer some type of digital format for the actual working of the plan.
