Good weres and bad weres

Werewolf Samurai is another action packed book that has Kelly in the middle of two different groups of weres and one wild were and his family. Lots of twists and turns. Always a great read!

This is an action-packed story full of bloody battles, werewolves, Ninja and Samurai warriors. When Kelly is asked to rescue a mother and child, she becomes embroiled in a very unusual Japanese family’s feud. I enjoyed seeing the slightly softer side of Kelly when she was dealing with Cho, and I loved her sarcastic repartee with her friend. This is a fun read with tons of action and some great characters. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

Quick and furious

The story flowed well but was short fast and furious. Liking Kelly Chan more and more. Seems like there should be a longer story with a little more expansion of the world and supporting characters coming soon.

Kelly Chan can kick anyone's butt, and make humorous remarks while she does it.

She is also a champion of abused women.

In this story, we see her softer side as she bonds with a little girl caught in the middle of a werewolf war.

Go,Kelly!

A decent followup, but nothing overtly special. Kelly Chan just isn't the same character without Jonathan Shade in the mix (Or Esther, Et al.), so while the book was okay, it misses the "spark" that makes Gary Jonas' other books a bit more interesting.
