The explosive finale of these Book Shots featuring Jon Roscoe .. how will the story end ??
I have finished these 5 books, and I must say first that I do not like this format .. I want to get to know a character and feel involved with the storyline - sadly, this was not up to the high standard I've come to expect from JP ..
The overall premise was a good idea, a strong main character and the beginnings of a good plot - but to me it seemed more like a pitch of an idea for a book, rather than a complete read .. the ending also left me disappointed ..
I'm better off with the JP I know, and thoroughly enjoy, Alex Cross & the WMC etc ..
Would score 2.5, but I'm being generous with 3's ..

Really enjoyed this series, it was a very light hearted and easy series to read.
Suspense and thriller books, that keep you guessing.

Very Disappeared with each book only lasting 30min and real end to the story. I have been reading James Patterson books for years and love them but as for bookshop never again.

Bad news !!!
A very expensive trick on me. I thought that I was buying a whole book but apart from book one I had to buy it virtually chapter by chapter. Never again, be warned.

Was quite disappointed with the ending, but the rest of the book was enjoyable

This ended really well, you do have to read these and follow the part by part by part. Very unpredictable at the end when all is sorted out.

A bit ridiculous, not particularly likeable characters, and a rushed ending. Overall it was decent, but should have been in no more than 3 parts.
