Samantha L. Strong (formerly S. L. Saboviec) writes dark and beautiful sci-fi and fantasy stories about complicated characters. Like many Elder Millennials, she’d like to become an herbalist and live in an abandoned (and probably haunted) nunnery somewhere far away from people. She loves drawing sigils on everything, growing plants, and playing with her three adorable daughters.

i got this from instafreebie but i didn't realize by 'short story' they meant like ...3 pages short. i guess it's kind of an interesting concept - if a bit overdone - but it's just so short there's not really any point to it

This is an extremely short story. I read it in just a few minutes. The title says it all so I don't want to say much about the storyline. I liked the writing and think the author could add more to make to an interesting dark novella.

This is an extremely short story, readable in a few minutes. The title says it all and the story is a lead-in to the author's Fallen Redemption series. I enjoyed the author's writing.
