“Win the love of the wolf with the hardest heart.”
Faced with eternal banishment to hell, Anubis, god of the underworld, has found a loophole in one of the oldest laws which will allow him to unleash his evil on an unsuspecting human world. Orion’s only hope to stop him is to accept his challenge: send a champion to win the love of the wolf with the hardest heart. It will take someone with a pure heart to soften a closed one, so faced with the threat of losing not only the werewolves, but the destruction of the human race, the gods can only do one thing — send Adam, one of their own.
Adam quickly realizes that the werewolf whose love he must win is Jed. Wounded after the loss of his wife and son, Jed promised he would never love again or be responsible for someone else’s happiness. Adam has been given a near impossible task.
Anubis is eager to see Adam fail, and unbeknown to everyone takes matters into his own hands to make sure of it. Everything happening now is part of his master plan, and finally it has come full circle.
Even if Adam succeeds and wins Jed's heart, will that love survive when Jed discovers the whole thing was nothing more than a bet? Or when Adam does the one thing he mustn’t and falls in love himself, will he not only break Jed’s heart but completely destroy his own?
Victoria writes about guys loving other guys in between dodging bullets, kidnappers, and serial killers. She enjoys putting them through hell to get their happy ever after—it’s a character flaw she embraces.
She also believes that family is who you choose, that dogs are often much wiser than human beings, and that we’re steadily destroying the world we live in.
And if people read more books, they'd be much happier.
I didn't even know until yesterday that this is the last book in this series. I am so disheartened to know that. This series has been an awesome series, with one masterpiece after another.
I have loved the whole concept, all the characters, the plot, the pacing, everything. It has been the perfect series for me. The hurt/comfort, the thrilling plot, the memorable secondary characters, the sweet and cuddling romance - all of it was ace!
This book was nothing less than its predecessors. An amazing end to an amazing series. I loved Adam and Jed. And I find there are really no words other than discussing the plot, which I just never do.
I'm going to miss this series and all the characters. But I guess I can console myself with reading the books again and again. :)
Thank you, Victoria Sue, for writing this piece of awesomeness. I am truly grateful to you for making me experience a vast variety of emotions.
This series has gone from a 3 ish starred shaky start to 5+ stars, seriously. It's been one hell of a series about pack, love and friendships that went from strength to strength. However, as much as I loved Adam and Jed's story, the last part was so rushed.
This book felt very different to the others, not in a bad way, but I think the pace at the end needed to be slowed down a lot. There were way too many biggies just left hanging so I really hope the author will give us another book because that ending .... WTF was that?? I NEED more about what Adam was alluding to at the end, not left hanging!! I got whiplash they way these biggies were brushed away so fast. Damn, the author missed the mark there and I'm really really hoping there's more to this series to tie it all up with a pretty bow, I'm not a fan of frayed edges!
This would have been a 5 star read but I don't like being left hanging *shrugs*
The 'Sirius Wolves' series by Victoria Sue has been one exciting, action-filled story after another and this seventh book is no different. 'Full Circle' is the final battle between Anubis and Orion, and not only the fate of werewolves hangs in the balance, but also that of the human race. I was on pins and needles from the moment I turned the first page.
"Jed. It was an impossible task. Not only was Jed obviously not attracted to men, but he guarded his heart because he had loved deeply once, only for that to be taken away from him."
I'm not going to reiterate the plot line because it's fairly obvious from the description. Adam is Sirius's champion and he has to win Jed's heart in two weeks and then destroy it all over again. I was really beginning to loathe Anubis. Jed's first pack wasn't very large and definitely not knowledgeable in terms of humans, so when Jed's human mate got pregnant, they didn't know to be concerned and take extra precautions. Very few human females can carry a werewolf's child to term, much less either of them living through the experience. It has been twenty years since Jed lost her and his son, and his heart has been walled off ever since.
Holy smokes! That was...OMG! Wow! The final book in this awesome, amazing, great, wonderful..(did I mention awesome already?) series is a glorious conclusion. I couldn't put it down for long without the urge to get back to it asap! Dang. It was great to see the old gang again and how their little families have grown, but it was even more amazing to see some new faces. And Jed, my heart was bleeding for him, oh my, to see this tough wolf brought down to his knees, I don't even find the words for that...and then the ending, I wouldn't have seen that coming! Great Job, Victoria Sue, great Job! I love this series and I can highly recommend the great big bang ending she gave us with "Full Circle". It's a must read for every fan of the Sirius Wolves series.
This final installment of this interesting and entertaining series does just what the title implies – comes Full Circle. You really have to have read the rest of the books in this series to fully understand everything that has brought things to this point and who is who in the grand scheme of things.
The whole time I was reading this story I had looming feelings of heartbreak. Just knowing what Adam had been tasked with, knowing he had to succeed for the greater good, even at a cost to one, or two (if you count himself), spread a tiny layer of sadness over just about every page. As things progressed, there were the other aspects to enjoy – Adam’s selflessness; his feeling things he never felt before (being the son of a God and Goddess) as a human; Jed feeling something again after the loss of his wife and son all those years before; seeing the other relationships doing well with more children running about, etc. So, it wasn’t all doom and gloom with nothing to be happy about.
And, just when I thought things couldn’t happen any differently, we get to the truth with many questions being answered and new possibilities on the horizon. I can’t say too much more without giving anything important away, but, suffice to say, it was a happy ending for all and a beautifully fitting end to a wonderful and entertaining story about the Sirius Wolves, how they came to be, what they had to face and what they were able to accomplish.
These stories all have the mpreg tag, but while that possibility exists throughout, more extensive details are only given and followed through in one or two of the books. It is talked about briefly and implied that it is possible or even happens in the others, but it isn’t really focused on other than to say that it’s possible or that they have had children that way. So, if you are squeamish about mpreg (like I am), this was a great series to enjoy. If you are looking for a story that focuses heavily on that, you might be a little disappointed. But, I highly recommend you give this well-written and clever world a try. It has enough emotions, twists and turns and happy endings to satisfy and is one I have really enjoyed from beginning to end.
This book was hands down the BEST in the series. I LOVED Adam and Jed. I needed more of them. At first I thought it was going to be a triad and I got really upset. Then the story went on and I was relieved.😂 I loved the other books and the relationships there, tho anything but monogamy in this book would be awful. All in all this series was a beautiful experience.
For fans of the Sirius Wolves series you will be used to getting three books covering each group of four and having to deal with some pretty epic cliffhangers from our dear Victoria Sue. This one is different for a number of reasons not least that it’s just one book so you are not left hanging/dying at the end of it.
The title is apt as the story does indeed come Full Circle and there are a few “aha” moments along the way. Anubis has been a pretty sneaky baddie throughout the series and just as it looks as though he will finally be sent back to hell he comes out fighting once again with a challenge to Orion and Sirius. The gods are left with little option but to accept his challenge however this one hits very close to home.
Adam is sent to earth to “win the love of the wolf with the hardest heart” – not an easy task for someone who isn’t au fait with the ways of wolves or humans and who has only been given fourteen days. The consequences are dire if he should fail and there are dark powers at work to ensure that he does – for this is a game that has been in motion for many years and Adam, unbeknownst to him, is the prize.
Jed lost his wife and child and is resolute in not feeling that kind of pain again. Dedicated to his pack but adamant he will never fall in love again he is left shaken yet curious after meeting Adam. Their relationship left me nervous throughout – for Adam to succeed in his task Jed was going to get hurt again and I really didn’t want Jed to get hurt.
Lots of twists and turns along the way as you would expect from this author and in my opinion a perfect complement to one of my favourite recent series. Now to start nagging for more of our favourite wolves!
I'm at a loss how to write a review and NOT give anything away.
If you have not read the previous 6 books in the series, please do yourself a favor and do that first. This is the wrap up of the story arc and you'll be lost, dazed and confused otherwise... LOL! If you've already read the prior 6, then you're in for a treat.
Jed and Adam are spectacular and the secondary characters shine and may just bring you to tears.
The epilogue is amazing and I truly hope Victoria Sue has kept some "behind the scenes" out-takes or that there will be short revisits to the cast of characters that made up the series, I don't want to let them go!
I wondered if I would like a Sirius Wolves book that was so different from the others, and the answer is: OH YEAH, it blew my mind! I loved Adam and Jed!
Jed vowed never to love again after his family died, but little does he know that sweet beautiful, seemingly perfect Adam, with soften his granite heart, but has the whole thing been a lie? Can Adam make Jed see that he became more than a mission?
This book is amazing, and you will see your faves from the series, and the cutest pack members too! Thanks Victoria, for a great addition to this series!
A breath of fresh air compared to the last few installments, I was worried the the series was getting pretty repetitive, but this was a lovely conclusion!
Original review on Molly Lolly Four and a half stars! Oh my goodness this book was so good! I loved getting to see Jed get a happy ending. He deserved to be happy so much. Plus we get all the answers about the whys and whatfors through the series. It was a fabulous story to finish off the series. The story pulled me in right from the first page and I couldn’t stop reading until the middle of the night and had finished the book.
Jed broke my heart a little bit. He didn’t think he was worthy of love and affection. Once he let himself feel for Adam you could feel his relief at having someone to have feelings for. His love for Adam came shining through in the story even if he was reluctant to admit it until later. But Jed was so happy and in love by the end of the book. It was wonderful to see.
Adam hurt my heart some. He had far more of a sad history than appears at first. He was truly pure of heart and agonized over his goal. Adam was quick to show his feelings for Jed. He also became a part of the pack easily. he took care of the pack members any way he could and he thrived while there. I loved seeing him happy and deeply in love at the end of the story.
Jed and Adam were quick to get together and fall in love. Jed was in denial for a while but he admitted it quickly when things were rough. The misunderstanding and pain from that went by fast. But I loved how it was redeemed and the scene where Jed and Adam are showing their feelings in front of the council. They so clearly love each other and are going to be together forever in love with their pack and family. I would love to see more stories in this world and the characters in it. There isn’t anything left dealing with the Gods and Goddesses or The Winter Circle. But I love the world built and characters created. I don’t want to let them go.

Total Score: 5/5
Summary: This story brought the gods of old up front as their ages old struggle brokers a challenge that could potentially effect all life, both human and werewolf, with its outcome. Orion is manipulated into using his own son to try and win over one werewolf. This son who they name Adam is only supposed to briefly on Earth, but even for the gods things rarely go as expected. Adam arrives to find the world different than he thought and Werewolves not as mailable. Everyone figured that Adam's beauty would win Jed over, but that didn't work that well. Long ago Jed vowed to never open his heart again and in spite of his instant attraction he is determined to do just that. Adam's charm is hard to ignore especially after he saves one of the Supreme Alpha's children. It was amusing how the pack children always gravitated towards Adam so much that they were thinking to have him be a guard in the nursery sense they were always taking off to find him anyways, As the story unfolded, the many difficulties that Adam and Jed had to overcome were made more complicated when the pack was one again threatened by outside forces. Don't forget that the manipulations from the gods shouldn't be overlooked. This was a wonderful edition to the series and it is my hope that we haven't heard the last from the Sirius Wolves.
This last book was solid but too many questions were left unanswered for my tastes. The future and purpose of the Supreme Alphas felt hazy. They are supposed to save human wolf relations, but then it's supposed to be the hybrids. Yet, we never really see this. We never completely learn what happened to the missing soldiers. We do get a statement of what Chris and Daniel could (will?) accomplish in the future. The ending felt rushed almost. Plus, who will reign after Orion now that Adam is human? What will happen when he and Jed die? How do all the babies fire into fate etc...? I could go on, but I won't. So the question remains, why 3 stars and not less? I struggled with that, but ultimately decided there was enough I could make educated guesses for the possible futures. Plus, there have been holes and issues all along the series. What ultimately matters is - Was I entertained? Did I stay mostly engaged? Yes. Sometimes even without the best or enough "ingredients" the "cake" still turns out okay for ones tastes. This was a guilty pleasure that just somehow worked for me.
I enjoyed and loved this final book in this series. Anubis stands trial before Orion and the other Gods for the heinous crimes he had committed with the humans and werewolves. The evil God of hell, Anubis, plays his last wicked twist to get out of his crimes by making a bet with Orion and Sirus to send a champion to win the love of the wolf with the hardest heart. If, the champion loses all werewolves, humans, Orion and Sirius, and their son Horus are condemned to hell for eternity.
Sirius chose their only son to be their champion, renamed him Adam, and sent him to earth with nothing but the clothes on his back.
Finally, Jed has a chance at happiness; a kindling romance between Jed and the son of two Gods, (Horas) Adam. But of course, Anubis doesn't play fair and creates trouble for the werewolves in the Supreme Alpha's pack.
Wow. Okay, that was crazy. I just read the entire seven book series in 8 days. Anubis is up to more tricks and he convinces Orion to take up a challenge. Unfortunately, the challenge involves Orion's son, Adam, and he is tasked to win the heart of Jed, Marcus's head of security. Of course, the gods can't leave well enough alone. Adam and Jed both have issues to overcome in order to win each other's heart.
KU, book in series, death of a side character, mystery, paranormal, wolf shifter, mpreg, gods
I just finished book 7 of the Sirius Wolves, and this was very very good series to read. From the very first book it was like oh I got to see what happens next. And each book had its own puzzle and character that stood out and became a shining light in that particular book. From the meeting of the supreme alphas and their mate Aiden; to Jed meeting Adam this has been a fun series to read I wanted to jump in at times to slap some of the characters, but it kept me well entertained.
This is my favorite story out of all 7. Finally, Jed will get his story, and everyone of the previous alphas are there to participate. Adam is definitely one of my favorites of all the main characters (next to Blaze and Marcus). I hope to have more of this series, and maybe we will get Chris and Daniel's story soon? PLEEEEASE 😆😻💜
I'm sorry this is the last book. What a series. I loved the last chapter where Jed tells Adam he loves him. The epilogue is so sweet at how Jed gets his hea with Adam. I can only hope that someday Victoria writes more in this series as I would love to see what Chris and Daniel do as adults. As well as Beth and Saska, Marcus' children and all the children Jed and Adam will have.
I wanted to scream an shout by the end of this book! Having read though and loved the climax, I was on the edge of my seat as all was revealed...only to have it resolved within half a page later and skipping three months! I wanted reactions, emotions and conversations but got nothing! So frustrated.
Maybe not worst final bk, but close. Couldn't get into it bc no matter what you know it's gonna end up with an overall HEA. The conclusion felt rushed? Or maybe the series/unv needed/wanted to be finished by the author? Bc there were open next generation character threads & plot lines that could have been pursued (Chris/Daniel; Aden's kid/Marcus' kid; future w hybrids).
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this series. I had book 1 on my kindle forever. I finally had a chance to read it and ended up reading all 7 books in 2 days. I wish they were on audio. I would love to hear Blaze's voice or any of the characters. Great read.
Words do not do Justice for just how good the last book in the series as it has everything excitement heartbreak terror everything you could Asfoor and it definitely makes you cry at more than one point this is an amazing series
