The book touches on the roles of yoga, the chakras, basic diagnosis of energy flow and basic yoga and meditation steps to work the chakras. Definitely a short read, with a target audience of beginners, I wish it had more illustrations of the yoga moves or links to videos. Nevertheless, it’s a decent basic introduction to chakra yoga.
All what you need to know about chakras in few pages and well-written way <3 I would reread it again I believe, it would be my guide book in yoga practice :) I think it is a good choice if you just step in yoga-life (y)
Lovely book, simple but complete... easy english and filled of knowledge. Four star 'cause there is no image, may the beginners one need a more easily way to do the exercises
