Rate this book
Midlife Pathways is the first in a series of writings by the author where she delves into life's most challenging issues and mines them for the jewels of personal and spiritual growth. The challenges faced at midlife provide the perfect opportunity to go a little deeper into ourselves and reconnect with the person we were born to be. It is a chance to set our course on a path that is more in alignment with our deepest values and beliefs.

The difficulties inherent in the midlife process are the building material for the development of greater self-awareness and resultant self-esteem. It is an opportunity to make adjustments so that we can make the next fifty the best fifty. Midlife is not an ending; it is a beginning. . . a gateway into a richer, more meaningful and satisfying life. Transformation is the process.
