This book is in desperate need of an editor. Throughout the book, there are run-on sentences, improper punctuation, typos, and poor grammar that make it difficult to read at times.
I didn’t know anything about Subject-to until I read this book in one setting at midnight. Yes, I read this book at midnight and finished it and I have to be at work at 6.30 am. That’s how much I enjoyed this book. I’m looking forward to watching the YouTube and checking out the course.

Good info on subject 2 , it will help the readers more if there’s more details on deals with actual numbers, showing the house or property actual price , what’s offer given what’s profit made etc,

However, the clear purpose of the text is to herd readers into an additional on-line course where you are promised the real details and information required to execute this strategy. At least for me, in Feb 2024, the free resources promised within the book to assist, were no longer available.
