Good talking points, lack of detail and editing

For anyone new to Subject-To deals, this book can help understand at a high level the steps involved and the benefits. It is comprehensive but not very detailed. For the details, the book references Cash flow University and the author's YouTube channel.

This book is in desperate need of an editor. Throughout the book, there are run-on sentences, improper punctuation, typos, and poor grammar that make it difficult to read at times.

Great information

I didn’t know anything about Subject-to until I read this book in one setting at midnight. Yes, I read this book at midnight and finished it and I have to be at work at 6.30 am. That’s how much I enjoyed this book. I’m looking forward to watching the YouTube and checking out the course.

Get the Deed! Subject-To the Existing Financing gets a four because is do provide some brief useful insight and guidance for this powerful strategy. However, the clear purpose of the text is to herd readers into an additional on-line course where you are promised the real details and information required to execute this strategy.
At least for me, in Feb 2024, the free resources promised within the book to assist, were no longer available.
