Star Watch #5

Space Chase

Rate this book
Hang on for dear life -- what a ride!
At first, young Ryan Chase thought it was no big deal. A minor space collision with a creepy- looking, refurbished Paotow Tanker. Hey, these things happen … right? Sure, unless the one you’ve plowed into is a murderous psychopath, who’s been lying in wait for the young Consignment Freight delivery pilot. The relentless cat-and-mouse galactic chase is on, and Ryan must either match his pursuer’s cunning or die trying.

Unbeknownst to Ryan—there’s much more going on than he realizes. By the time his aunt, ex-president Nan Reynolds, and Captain Jason Reynolds, plus the rest of the Star Watch team, are alerted, a much larger conspiracy is also occurring, and Ryan could already be captured—or worse—dead.

This was his best book ever. Get this if you miss his writing. I hope he’s a millionaire cause he writes like one.

Love Love love this series

Another barn burner non stop action and in this book we find true horror. Someone so vile you may not ever recover. Will have nightmares from this one. Mr McGinnis does it again. If you haven't started this series you should get going. You won't be sorry!!

Interesting book

This book was a interesting plot, which l am sure will lead Jason and his crew into a new series of books. I have a feeling that the crew will find it has a few new members. Looking forward to seeing what Mark gives his readers in book 6.

Pretty good read

Not quite up to the previous books but well done. A tad draggy in spots. All in all a good COVID remedy. 27 books since quarantine started two different authors. Looking
Forward the the next one.

Space Opera Romp

Great villian. New hero. Good plot. Enough connections to the previous books in the series to maintain continuity. It was fun.

Great story. A bit different setting and crazy nasty bad guys from Earth as opposed to aliens. Kept you turning the pages!

Went to fast

Like a few other good books, it spun by and was over a bit to fast. I do regret having a high reading speed and comprehension. A good read, right story, good characters.

A calm before the storm?

The book was ok, it seems like a filler to keep the series going. I look forward to a story with more activity of the other supporting characters.

A continuation, a good one.

I look forward to the next novel. Five stars. That they insist on more words is not right. I don't like.
