No estuvo tan mal... pero fue muy cortito, y no le dio chance a la autora para desarrollar más el romance y que no fuera tan apresurado.... en la anterior ya tenían tiempo conociéndose pero aquí fue casi que amor instantáneo,si hubiera sido más largo donde tanto Chris como Trina hubieran tenido tiempo para conocerse e irse adaptando a su nueva situación hubiera quedado mucho mejor :/
Pero estuvo entretenido y para pasar el rato esta bien!!
Lo que si me gustó fue la parte en la que participa Ellie.... me pareció muy divertido espero que en su libro sea tan divertida y chevere como se ha mostrado en estos primeros libros!!

Esta segunda parte no me gusto tanto como la historia del Capitan America, principalmente porque el final me parecio demasiado precipitado y brusco y tambien porque algunas actitudes de la pareja protagonistas no me resultaron del todo verosimiles.
En general esta bien para pasar un ratito entretenida, es agil y corta aunque no resulte del todo creible. Ideal para cuando quieres leer algo rapido y un poco cursi.

La serie es una buena idea, pero su desarrollo deja que desear. Los mejores libros para mí, aunque tampoco sean para tirar cohetes, son el primero (que además es el más sexy) y el quinto (la prota es una fan loca de Star Wars y eso no me puede gustar más). El resto son un poco mñe, este incluido.

Trina Mitchell met Chris Evans in Chicago two months ago. Only she didn't know at that time he wasn't just Chris Evans, hot contractor. He was actually Christian Taylor Evans, the Addition Magician, a hot reality show contractor who also spent time on a famous dating show. For that one night in Chicago, Chris was able to relax and be the real him, not the "public" him that has to always be "on" for his fans. Trina was clueless as to who Chris was when she met up with him in Chicago for one hot night. He had to leave the next day, but they exchanged numbers and continued getting to know each other. At least until circumstances led to each of them thinking the other was no longer interested. Now Trina is pregnant and desperate to track down to let him know. His people are used to quacks trying to get a piece of him and stop her every attempt to reach him. That led her to show up to a public appearance in Minnesota to try and sneak in to see him. While in line for the meet and greet, she ends up in line behind Ellie, who is still trying to track down her Chris Evans. Ellie plays a part in Trina getting to see her Chris Evans. Once Chris learns the truth, will he be ready to rekindle his love with Trina? Or is he just ready to move on with his life? This was a very enjoyable read, although I would really like to see what happens between these two in the future!

Remember Ellie's stop at the mall to meet Construction actor Christian "Chris" Evans. He is there promoting his latest book and his Tv show where he is known as the Addition Magician. He is the guy to go to if you need any additions to your house but after a bad time with a reality Tv show model etc, he just wants to step away from the fame and fortune and settle down. While standing in line to meet this Chris, Ellie meets a girl Trina whom we learn had a one-night stand with this Chris Evans and now is pregnant with his baby. She has tried everything that she can to get a hold of him, but his publicist team, etc has been dodging her calls. This is her last resort. When it looks like she might have missed this opportunity to get him face to face, Ellie realizes this Chris isn't her "one" but Trina's and decides to stage a diversion. Will the diversion work and will Chris step up and take responsibility as it takes two to tango? Does he still feel the same way he felt that night when he visited the Blues music bar with Trina especially now that there is a baby on the way? Find out whether Mr. Hollywood and Miss. Medical Student will get their HEA and will Ellie continue on her quest to find her "Chris Evans". The Finding Chris Evans series is perfect for all those wanting stories of true love, soulmates, and fate/destiny.

She thinks he is a contractor; however, quickly she learns he is a Hollywood version who is in the midst of contract negotiations and having a family might not be what he needs. This beautifully written story is by a new Author and I loved it!

September 22, 2020The premise to this series is just so much fun! A woman, Ellie, goes to a fortune teller who then tells her that she'll find true love when she meets a man name Chris Evans. Totally specific, I know, but read the free prequel to this series and you'll understand why the name was so specific. But unfortunately for her there are six Chris Evans' in her little small town. Her first encounter is Chris Evans, an EMT, who is already interested in his coworker, Britt. That love story is told in the 9-1-1 Edition. This is the second story in this miniseries and Ellie finds her second Chris Evans who is a popular TV show contractor. But unfortunately for her he is not her Chris Evans either. He doesn't know it quite yet but he's already taken by Trina Mitchell. I don't want to spoil how Trina and Chris know eachother but it's really cute and something you need to read for yourself. But they do get their HEA and now Ellie needs to move on to Chris #3 in The Hotshot Edition. I can't wait to continue Ellie's adventure to finding true love and the other love stories for the remaining Chrises.

I love that Elle was able to help Trina and Chris get together and is such a fun way.
Ms. Shane is a new to me author, but I look forward to reading more of her work.

This finding Chris Evans story is a cute one. An unexpected one night stand with Trina and Chris changes their lives. Ellie is there when Trina tries to meet up with Chris again. Love Ellie's distractions. Chris and Trina are opposites that work well once they find each other again. Love them.

This installment of Finding Chris Evans- The Hollywood Edition keeps the story going. My favorite part actually includes our Ellie, from the stories beginning. She is lined up with Trina to meet Chris Evans. When time runs out at the meet and greet before they have their chance to meet him wasn't that big of a deal for Ellie, until she heard Trina's need. What Ellie does then was one of the highlights of the book for me. Can't wait to see what the next book has in store.

Oh man, I wanted this story to be longer! Chris Evans #2 in the series is really a celebrity home improvement show guy who runs into Trina a few months before the story begins. You do get a little bit of their story in the middle of the short novella, but I so wanted there to be more to this story. The tidbit of the next story has me salivating...

I love this concept for a series... six men all named Chris Evans live in the same town in Minnesota and only one of them is the love match for Ellie Mittlestadt. Six authors have teamed up to write this series and I can't wait to read all the books. Ellie is sent on a mission by a psychic who is trying to find a love match for her nephew whose name is Chris Evans. Ellie knows nothing more about him than his name. So when she discovers there are 6 of them in their small town, she is a bit perplexed. In this second installment, Ellie tracks down Chris Evans, the “Addition Magician,” but soon realizes he is not the Chris Evans she is fated to meet. He wants a bit of anonymity and a break from the rat-race of his career and spends an evening with Trina without completely revealing his identity.
Trina is starting a new phase in her life.. she is headed to medical school in Chicago and is fully focused on this new adventure. She does not have time for or the interest in a relationship…. That is until she meets Chris Evans. Chris is a celebrity contractor with a hit t.v. home-makeover show who is trying to keep his image squeaky clean in order to advance his career to the next level.

In the prequel, Ellie Mittelstadt visits a fortune teller, who reveals that she will fall in love with someone named Chris Evans. Problem is, there are 6 Chris Evans in town. So she meets all of them. Along the way, the first 5 Chris Evans she meets find their true love.
So with The Hollywood Edition, Ellie is waiting in line with other fans to meet celebrity contractor and reality star, Chris. But Ellie and Trina don't get to meet him. Problem is, Trina has been trying desperately to contact Chris, and this is her one chance. So Ellie creates a distraction which allows Trina to finally see Chris again.
Chris thought Trina didn't want to see him again because when he wanted to go on a date with her, she never responded back. But Trina did respond to Chris -- just a few days later because she accidentally dropped her phone in the sink. He's the one who didn't respond back. Nevertheless, it was a simple misunderstanding. He's happy to see her, but what she tells him, leaves him shocked and surprised. And of course, all his adoring fans heard Trina's bombshell!
I really enjoyed this novella! It was the first story I've read of Lizzie Shane's, but it definitely will not be my last! Chris and Trina had instant chemistry, and they were so fun to read! My only complaint is that I wish this story was longer! Can't wait to read the rest of this series!

This is the second in the multiple authors novella series - Finding Chris Evans. This installment is brought to us by Lizzie Shane. You don't really need to read them order but I suggest you do. No long wait in between the authors are releasing and episode on Monday and Friday. So, if you are in the market for a quick read - I suggest this series. I'm loving it so far. Ellie, had her fortune told and was promised true love with a man named Chris Evans. These are the tales of her attempts to find HER Chris Evans.

Another story about Ellie Mittelstadt looking for “her” Chris Evans. This series is hilarious, in that some of the situations Ellie finds herself in are outrageous. There is a free prequel that is an overview of the stories, and the reasons for why Ellie is on the hunt for “her” Chris Evans and will really give you the background of the stories. I love the ones I’ve read so far and this one, The Hollywood Edition? So touching and so heartwarming…and Ellie’s small part was freakin’ hilarious! Ms. Shane’s story is about Trina Mitchell and Christian Evans. In my head, I like to think of them as two lost souls that meet up, get torn apart, and then meet up again. It’s that meet up again where Ellie “helps” out that made me belly laugh. And of course now I want to read the next story. But this story, about Trina and Chris, will really touch your heart. I REALLY wanted to take Chris’s agent and find a remote planet where I could ship him as the author writes a great story that truly sucked me in. It will do the same to you and make you care about this Chris Evans couple. I won’t go into their story but suffice it to say there is hope and love and a huge misunderstanding that of course, works out in the end. I highly recommend!

I love Lizzie Shane’s writing style and this is no exception. It’s a cute story about a fortune teller’s prediction of happiness with a slight bit of difficulty – she names the guy but there are six guys with that name. The challenge is to find the right one! This particular novella is about the reality TV star and his one night of bliss with a woman in Chicago.
Trina Mitchell is a medical student who has arrived in Chicago to attend school. She has order to her life and researches everything so there are no surprises. The day she arrives in town, she decides to go to a jazz club and finds the best recommendation. Chris is trying for a quiet night himself – this reality tv stuff is exhausting and definitely not for the faint of heart – and ends up in the same bar.
They exchange numbers, text several times, and then nothing. Then Trina finds out she is pregnant and knows that she has to tell him. After getting shut down by his manager on multiple occasions, she decides to drive to the town where he is scheduled to have an appearance. And it goes downhill from there.
A delightful, albeit short, story of love and happily ever afters.

In search of her HEA with Chris Evans, Ellie heads to a "Meet and Greet" for a chance/planned meeting with Christian Evans-the home renovator/contractor. While waiting in line, she befriends Trina. Trina doesn't tell Ellie why she's there, initially, but when the security guy cuts the "Meet and Greet " off right before they get to meet Chris, Trina breaks down. She tells Ellie her "secret" and Ellie hatches a plan. She creates a diversion so Trina can tell Chris her "secret".
Chris has always wanted to be a famous contractor. Now that his dreams are coming true, he feels as though he's missing out on something. He thought he had something special with Trina back in Chicago, but she suddenly stopped texting him. So when she drops her bombshell at the "Meet and Greet", he doesn't quite know what to do or choose.....
I love this concept and truly enjoy Ellie's willingness to help everyone else find their HEA. Great novella! I can't wait to read the next one! I read a complimentary copy of this novella and all opinions expressed are all my own.

I'm really enjoying this Finding Chris Evans series and Lizzie Shane's offering, The Hollywood Edition, was a very enjoyable read. Trina Mitchell had no idea who Christian Taylor Evans was when she spent a magical night with him in Chicago and through no fault of her own, or his, they lost touch. They have a one night stand that takes both characters by surprise in more ways than one, and now they're left to try to find common ground. I immediately liked both characters and felt an instant connection to them because they're both a little lost when they meet. That emotional vulnerability makes this a great story and left me rooting for their happy ending. I'm happy to say I've found another author whose books I know I will thoroughly enjoy. Once again, I am impressed how the authors of this series of short novels have blended the storyline, and are so talented, that they condense really good stories in these books. Kudos to them.
The theme of the series is that a young lady, Ellie, has gone to a fortune teller and has been told she will fall in love with Chris Evans. The problem is there are six Chris Evans in town !!! As she searches for Chris Evans, it seems, there is someone else who has already taken their attention and /or heart. In this one it’s Chris Evans , the hot TV celebrity contractor, and Trina, a med student with whom he had a one night stand in Chicago. That one night created an unexpected addition and thus starts our jammed packed story.
So, enjoy this story. I suggest you you read the free prequel, Finding Chris Evans: The Fortune Teller so you can embrace the entire series.
