A well organized and easily read book to help women mature women figure out their best colours in clothing, make up and hair. However I was confused by the choices of celebrities chosen as examples of a 'clear dominant' colouring since neither of them had the required eye colour. This is important to me because it determines whether or not I fall into the category. In that sense, the book's guidelines did not definitively help me identify my best look.

The book is from 2008 and it shows. Telling women you can't go bare legged in the summer if you have varicose veins? Screw that noise! However, the colour and shape of clothes tips are still useful. Was worth the scan.
