Book II in the adventures of six wild and sensual Regency gentlemen.
Making his way back to London through the English countryside, Gyorgy seizes the chance to visit a country fair, and have a little fun – something sorely lacking in his life as he fought with his comrades against Napoleon in Europe. What he discovers there, however, leads to something hotter than simple fun—and it starts with the flick of a whip…and an alluring pair of china blue eyes.
Meanwhile, Mat and Luc, brothers-of-the-soul, take some quiet time to camp deep in a tranquil forest. At least it was tranquil, until some ugly characters decide to go hunting there. Their prey? A very scared woman. Rescuing her is first on the agenda, and after that? Well, Mat and Luc soon find out that Priscilla is the answer to their most outrageous desires. And Priscilla discovers what a little freedom can offer to a woman with nothing to lose.
I'm really rather boring... Honestly. I live a pretty hum-drum life as a wife and mother. I shop at the local supermarket and use coupons now and again. See? Boring stuff.
I live in Virginia now, so I am learning all kinds of new things - such as being able to buy beer and wine along with bread and toothpaste. Wow!
Having been born and raised in England, I do possess a well-developed feel for the English countryside. Comes in handy for those Regency tales. Even though I was transplanted over to the US side of the Atlantic, I still have ties to all things Brit. I bake sausage rolls and make Christmas pudding. You can take the girl out of England, but not England out of the girl, I guess.
I'm not sure anyone can write really well unless they read. A lot. I read anything and everything these days. And mostly on my couch with a book on my knees. Yes, the technology is out there for electronic versions, but there's not much to compare with a shiny new hardcover from a favorite author.
Control and Compassion was a super steamy second book to the Gypsy Gentlemen series. This book is packed full of adventure and romance for such a short book, and it has many parts that will make you laugh as well, which I love in romance novels. Each book in this series has two stories that intertwine, and make for a great read. I highly recommend this book as well as the series.
Gyorgy is traveling the English countryside when he sees a country fair and enters a contest. After having some fun with the whip, he has peaked the interest of a beautiful woman.
Mat and Luc are traveling to England to visit some friends and stop to camp in the peaceful forest. They are bonded together as brothers, not by blood, but by love. Their peaceful scene after the war is interrupted by a group of hunters chasing a woman. Mat and Luc take it upon themselves to rescue her from the drunken men, but could she possibly be the one to rescue them?
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It picked up right where the first one left off and continued right on seamlessly. These Gypsy Gentlemen and their lovely women each have unique stories that wind together brilliantly. These are not your typical novels that tell the story linearly from beginning to end. Each man eventually finds happily ever after with the woman of his dreams but they may be sidenotes or little vignettes to check in on the other gentlemen of the group. That said, the stories work together to move the larger plotline along and Sahara Kelly does a fabulous job with it! I can't wait to read the final book in this trilogy and see how it all works out.
This is the second book in the Gypsy gentlemen book. I this book we have the story of Gyorgy as ell as brothers Mat and Luc. Gyorgy is making his way back home when he makes a stop that becomes hot and spicy. Then she leaves and he is on his way. Luc and Mat are brothers not by blood and they like to share. Things became interested when they meet a women in distress. This is for the over eighteen reader it is short hot and steamy. I really like the way these stories, mesh together. They are really short and sweet
** I received this book and I was given an advanced copy and all opinion expressed are my own**

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This story will leave a smile on your face. It's very sweet and entertaining, the characters are likable and fun. And it's a sexy story. I can't wait to read more about these characters, and Fabyan.
