To the practitioners of meditation and pranayam on a daily basis the pranic healing techniques are not new. Yet, every time we try to go to a different guru we learn something different. Bharatbarsha seems to have created so many of these healing techniques that one do not need to turn to medication for any healing of one body and mind.

The pranic healing techniques that Bharatiya religions offer display in-depth knowledge of ancient Bharatiyas in human body and mind. The techniques explained in this book are no different.
I have been practicing meditation and Pranayam for a long time now, about seven years. I try to learn about these techniques through different sources. Yet, everytime I learn something new.
This book describes some very unique meditation techniques that one will not find elsewhere. These are all very new to me. Earlier, while reading about Ashtavakra Muni and the principles he explained to King Dasharatha to solve one of Dasharatha's issues, I came across one technique explained by Ashtavakra muni.

I must say, that the author has done a really commendable job in bringing these unique techniques to us through this book. Anyone who wants to practice meditation and Pranayam and live a healthy life, must read this book.

This is such a fascinating guide and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I found it to be engaging, entertaining, and an informative well researched book. I found the history of buddhism detailed and interesting as alot of history not taught in schools, raisng awareness and especially to stop wasting Time and Energy on things that don't matter (and thats quite alot!!), and changing perception and create happiness and peace really resonated with me and im glad i found this book!! The information is written in a clear, concise way that will attract the reader's attention.
