A warm welcome awaits…the charming new arrival from the No.1 bestselling author of The Canal Boat Cafe.

Robin is devastated that a rift has come between her and her neighbour Will. To add to her anxiety, the other residents of Campion Bay are relying on Robin to halt a property developer’s assault on the Bay’s unique charm. But Robin needs Will’s help to stop them − perhaps it’s time to reveal why she really came home to Campion Bay.
In between finding the perfect English breakfast tea for her guests and checking her reviews on Tripadvisor, Robin decides that only the personal touch can bring Will around. Could Lorna, the quiet and enigmatic new guest offer a solution, or will Tim, her single-minded ex, make sure that it’s he − and not Will − who gets the five-star treatment…

This is the third part in four-part serial.

I grew up in London surrounded by books and with a cat named after Lawrence of Arabia. I studied English Literature at the University of East Anglia and live in Norwich with my husband David.

I'm a total book nerd and my TBR pile is out of control. I would quite like to be a ghost hunter, and I'm a huge fan of a fictional hero.

When I'm not writing, I spend my spare time reading, returning to London or exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastline.

I love hearing from readers, so please get in touch if you have a question or if you just want to say hello.

I am really enjoying the story, but it is another single star simply because it's so brief.

Am I the only one who feels ripped off by reading a so-called novel which is only 59 minutes reading time, then I go on to the next "book" and find it starts exactly where the last one left off, but I have to read 3-4 pages (4%) of the author bringing me up to speed on what the previous book is.

I just find it incredibly frustrating that an author churns out what is basically an easy-to-read romance, but manages to pass them off as novels.

Books 1-4.

Enjoyed the first book so much decided to read all of as one book. A brilliant and relaxing read that I didn't want to put down. A truly lovely story about heartache and friendship and really friendly seaside town.
