Why would you recommend pairing something with mashed potatoes or French fries in a no carb diet book? Also definitely not the ONLY low carb diet book one will ever need to read🙄 but I still liked it nonetheless

Very short list

It was a good read, but it was limited in choices. I do recommend, but build up on other no carb or low carb meal books.

Some good recipes but...

There are some decent low and no crab recipes, but the author suggests as side dishes mashed potatoes and uses bread crumbs as coating for a recipe. If you know anything about low carb/no carbs eating; then bread and potatoes are out! She also uses a bow sauce (off the shelf) which generally has sugar in it = CARBS. I loved the cream cheese egg "pancakes."

As I said, some pretty good recipes - just make sure you read the ingredients first. Lastly, I wish instead of the author stating low carb she would list the carb count for each recipe.
