It’s time for her to return home…

Eight years ago, Kennedy Frazer was too afraid to hand her heart to another. Terrified she’d repeat the mistakes of her mother, she fled. Now she’s back and determined to fight for who she knows is rightfully hers.

He thought he’d never see her again…

When it comes to love, Gunn Arnot has been there and done that. It’s not something he’s interested in repeating. But when the love of his life walks back though his door, and he’s forced to pretend to be her fiancé as they complete a mission for the IDA, what he thinks he wants and what he actually needs are two very different things.

I wanted to throat punch this dick immediately multiple times and idk i feel a bit icky about old loves second chance type romance but i love this series and it turned out like properly good and not as cringey or woe as me misunderstanding drama for dramas sake that some second chance romance books are notorius for which if thats your thing cool but i personally cant stand it but i loved the first book so much i just went balls to walls and read it and im glad i did i still wish it wasnt second chnace though lol but its my personal thing i hate so the fact i can love this book and give it 4 stars and read it in one sitting while knowing i hate that trope/genre should tell you how much this makes up for that to me. So yeah enough good and very small amount of cringey awkward ickyness. So read it if you dont like one brother youll like another. This brother is kinda the teddy bear douche bag style. The last one is more decent adorkable gentlemen the first well hes a bit of a grumpy prick really but it comes from a good place and hes not so dumb as to remain that way so all their issues are tolerable and understandable except for gunn in the intro he defs deserves a kick in the nads - hard.

Finally Gunn is here! Continuing in the Intergalactic Dating Agency World, Gunn has loved and lost, and has never found another. But rather many others willing to share a night. When Kennedy waltz's back into his life, his attitude is less than stellar. Even more so when he finds out he is paired with her in a mission.

Kennedy, long lost love, has decided it is time to return home after an eight year absence. Knowing Gunn is hers, she is willing to do what needs to be done to get him back. Even if it means being his 'pretend fiancé' during the mission to bring a new mail order bride to Bayou Springs (to be continued in Echo's story).

Romance, deception and action make the novella a quick and exciting read by Kenzie . I voluntarily reviewed Gunn as an advanced copy from the author.

Old flames... ahhh, how nostalgic ;)
I feel ya Gunn, after a night like this, you wake up and she's gone again... so not cool :(
Ok, she didn't run, but still, she should've though about leaving a note, with that history you both had... I meen, come on...

In all fairness, I listen to the majority of my reads and today I felt my mind wandering. Not sure I can fault this novel for that so I am listening to book #3 Echo.

Cheers

Excellent fast paced romance

These alien dating agency books are fun and fast. There is an element of danger as well as a quick hot romance.

Gunn by Kenzie Cox
I received this book from the author for an honest review.
AHH Another nice and yummy read for me!! This is a fast, quick but fun read for anyone who likes a little alien love.
Gunn was a lot of fun to read in his brother’s book so I was excited to finally get his story. He had his heart broken 8 years ago and lost his fist love. He is kicking himself over letting her go without a fight but at the same time is too much a coward to go and get her. Now 8 years later it’s too late. When Kennedy strolls back into the family bar, all bets are off. He is dying to find out why she broke his heart and what happened.
Kennedy is still in love with Gunn and has regretted what she did but she needed to do it. When her life is in danger, she must hide out back at home. However, the going home reunion party was harsh to say the least but when we find out the whys and what they must do together, it makes the action of the story start to flow.
I love these stories because they never disappoint.

Kennedy is back in town and ready to face the man she left behind - Gunn. She ran when they got engaged, fearful of the strong feelings that she felt for him. But working undercover to find a cure for the addiction that Azurites get when they consume female human energy, she has come a little too close to the sharp end of the trouble and Audrey has pulled her back to town.

Gunn has always been at a loss as to why Kennedy ran. Now she is back and Audrey wants them to not only rekindle their love but go back to Kennedys new hometown and rescue another possible female in distress..and Echo's bride!!!

Oh these Quatzian boys are easy on the eyes and tuggers of the heart strings. They may be big, buff and aloha to the core but they have a well hidden sensitive side! Gunn may have turned into a bit of a manho but you can get why he acts that way. Kennedy does eventually explain why she fled and again you can see how she might have felt overwhelmed...but why didn't she talk to him!!!

Love this series and can't wait to see what lies in store for Echo!

Kennedy had grown up in Bayou springs and loved Gunn but when the bond clicked into place she freaked and ran to give them both time to grow up. At least that was her plan. 8 years later she gets the call from a long time friend and the head of intergalactic dating agency Audrey. She knew the time had come to come home for good but she is not sure how her mate will feel about it.
Gunn is one of the Quartzians brothers who own the lunar Eclipse brewery. When he promised to pose as a fiancée to protect a women he never tough it would be his fiancée that ran from them 8 years ago. Now can they work together to save someone else as they head right into danger?
I love this series and this book was a great add to the series. It's awesome, it has great characters, drama, and action. I couldn't put it down. Its really a fun read.
Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.

Gunn and Kennedy.

Gotta love intergalactic, alien politics combined with drug experimentation and of course Gunn a bayou bartender who is so much more than people think.

Kennedy left Gunn 8yrs ago she also left her engagement ring behind without an explanation, well now its time to head home and hope Gunn can forgive her.

Is love enough? Is a shared bond enough ? Can there really be a forever after a betrayal? So many questions to be answered.

I loved the second instalment in the Bayou Brides series it was hot and steamy with a good mystery wrapped around an alien romance that i just couldn't put down.

When Kennedy returns to Bayou Springs to help Audrey with an IDA mission, she does not know what scares her more, the Azurites or seeing Gunn again. When Kennedy left 8 years ago, she tore Gunn’s heart out and he is so over relationships. Their first meeting does not go so well as past resentments and guilt color their interactions and endanger their mission. When Kennedy’s life is in danger Gunn’ real feelings for her come out and so does his desire to kick some butt! Love these brothers! Great storylines and hot aliens make for excellent reads.

This is another fast paced fun short read by Kenzie Cox that had me roped in from the beginning. I have enjoyed her other books and with Gunn, The Bayou Springs Mail Order Brides 2nd book she doesn't disappoint.

Loved the story line, the mystery action and the twists she incorporates to keep us guessing. Loved the connection Gunn and Kennedy have and what it means.

Reading Zeke isn't necessary before reading Gunn but you would be missing out on another great story
