The Nights Box Set

Rate this book
This bundle contains all three novels in the series, Nights.

Book #1: Parisian Nights
The moment I laid eyes on the new photographer at work, I had his number. Cocky, arrogant and super wealthy -- women were eating out of his hand as soon as his tight ass crossed the threshold of our office. But not me. I knew better.

When we were forced to go to Paris together for an assignment, I wasn’t interested in his seductive smile, his sexy accent or his dirty laugh. I wasn’t falling for his charms.

Until I did.
Until Paris.

Until he was kissing me and I was wondering how it happened. Until he was dragging his lips across my skin and I was hoping for more. Paris does funny things to a girl and he might have gotten me naked.

But Paris couldn’t last forever.

Note: This book was originally published as the 3-part serial, "Lightning".

Book #2: Promised Nights
I’ve been in love with Luke Daniels since, well, forever. As his sister's best friend, I’ve spent over a decade living in the friend zone, watching from the sidelines hoping he would notice me, pick me, love me.

I want the fairy tale and Luke is my Prince Charming. He’s tall, with shoulders so broad he blocks out the sun. He's kind with a smile so dazzling he makes me forget everything that’s wrong in the world. And he's the only man that can make me laugh until my cheeks hurt and my stomach cramp.

But he’ll never be mine.
So I’ve decided to get on with my life and find the next best thing.

Until a Wonder Woman costume, a bottle of tequila -- and a game of truth or dare happened.

Then Luke's licking salt from my wrist and telling me I’m beautiful.
Then he’s peeling off my clothes and pressing his lips against mine.

Then what?
Is this the start of my happily ever after or the beginning of a tragedy?

Note: This book was originally published as the 3-part serial, "Calling Me".

Book #3: Indigo Nights
The only thing better than cake is cake with a side of orgasms.

Dylan James has no expectations when it comes to relationships. He uses women for sex and they use him for his money and power. It's quid pro quo and he's good with that. It works.

Beth Harrison has been burned. She's tired of the lies and the game playing that men bring and has buried herself in her passion -- baking which keeps her out of the reach of heartbreak. As she begins her career as a TV baker, a new world opens up to her.

Dylan and Beth both know that casual sex is all about giving what you need to get what you want.

Except that sometimes you give more than you need to and get everything you ever wanted.

Parisian Nights

Haven is vulnerable, prickly and closed off. She’s only her true self with her brother, Luke, and her best friend, Ash. She wears dowdy clothes and scrapes her Rapunzel-blonde hair into a severe bun, every day, for work.

Jake is comfortable in his own skin. He’s close to and protective of his sister, Beth. They are an American family unit living in London, away from their father, after a past tragedy. He’s never with a woman for more than three months. He’s happy with meaningless relationships with women he thinks he’s supposed to be with. Until he meets Haven.

Haven initially misjudges Jake, due to his obvious wealth and good looks. However, as they spend more time together, Jake slowly breaks down Haven’s walls to see the true Haven hiding beneath the tight bun and prickly demeanour. In turn, Haven gets to see the real Jake beneath the looks and riches. He gets her. Their attraction was compelling and charged.

They have quite a lot in common: personal loss, wariness of letting people get too close to them, fear of commitment, fear of showing their true selves, and deep love for their family.

I loved how their relationship developed and grew. They were both vulnerable people but willing to give in to the other. I loved how Haven opened herself up to Jake, and put her trust in him. Jake is a solid guy – desperate to do the right thing by everyone in his life.

I loved their HEA – there was real feel of serendipity to their final meeting before they finally came together, near the end of the book.

Promised Nights

I thoroughly enjoyed this friends-to-lovers romance.

Ashleigh has been in love with Luke pretty much all her life. Luke has been in a relationship with Emma for three years, but when she gives him an ultimatum about marriage and family, he realises that it’s not what he wants. Luke is really close to Ashleigh. He, Ash, and his sister, Haven, have been a family unit since they were kids. However, he’s never seen Ashleigh as more until….the blinkers suddenly fall off and he can’t stop looking at her as more. She quickly becomes everything he never realised he needed.

Ashleigh is afraid to trust that Luke isn’t just on the rebound. And, why would he suddenly be all in with her when he’s never seen her as more? Is it because she’s convenient and familiar? She wouldn’t be able to bear it if things fell apart and she ended up losing both Luke and Haven in the process.

This novel was full of good feels, angst, and passion. Loved it!

Indigo Nights

“Cake and orgasms – life didn’t get much better than that.”

Dylan and Beth! I adored them!

Beth is an alcoholic. She’s been sober for a few years but she’s never had sober sex. She started baking to focus on something else. Her baking leads her to her home city of Chicago. On the flight back to London, she meets Dylan. Broody, serious, gorgeous Dylan, who turns out to be dirty-talking, downright sexy Dylan!

Dylan was jilted years ago and now plays the field. Beth’s vulnerability and honesty hooks him in, and his possessiveness and tenderness of feeling for her surprises him, but doesn’t deter him from pursuing her.

They both want transparency in their relationship but Dylan is hiding a secret that could break Beth’s trust.

This book was seriously hawt! The chemistry between them was incandescent, and the ingredients of cake, sex and orgasms really worked for me! One of my new favourite reads from this author!

Parisian Nights (The Nights Series Book 1) (Kindle Edition)
Haven and Jake's journey to their HEA is frought with misunderstandings and so much drama. Haven is so smart, talented, and funny - she seems to have be so self assured. But underneath her tough exterior she hides away her insecurities of not feeling attractive and being socially awkward and not being able to hold a guys attention. Jake didn't realize that he was missing out on something great until he meet the sassy and saucy Haven. He knows that her walls are high and that will take a lot to scale them but he wants to try. But when trial after trail is thrown their way does it seem as though fate has it in for the pair?

Promised Nights (The Nights Series Book 2) (Kindle Edition)
Ash and Luke are going to lead you on a merry chase to their HEA that will not disappoint! Ash has been in love with Luke forever like literally forever but to him she has always just been like his kid sister or bff. She has tried to move on and has it never works even with genuinely kind and lovely blokes. She's doomed to a life of cats and spinsterhood if she cannot just let him go and find a way to open her mind and heart to new possibilities. Luke has been blind for years. He has been with his current girlfriend for years and when she issues the ultimatum of marraige or were over he realizes that he never wanted that with her or anyone else. He seeks the advise of his bestie Ash and in doing so his eyes are finally pried wide open when all of a sudden Ashleigh is the one he has been missing all along and cannot live without. Understandably she is leery and doesn't trust this sudden change of heart and doesn't want to risk their friendship and bond on what is likely just a rebound. Now Luke has to convince Ash he is in this forever, but how can he when he was never the forever guy to begin with?

Indigo Nights (The Nights Series Book 3) (Kindle Edition)
Beth and Dylan are cooking up something hot in this Louise Bay must read 🔥! Beth had been keeping parts of herself locked away for years following disaterous life choices she made while struggling with her alcoholism. But now that she has constructed all these walls bringing them back down is no easy feet and it will take a very cocky and sure man to scale the barriers she has erected. From the minute Dylan sees Beth he is intrigued she is all fifties bombshell and when she opens her mouth e is hooked. After a night he is head over heels but with Beth's walls and trust issues he has a long road to haul and it's not an easy journey. But things worth having are worth fighting for right? The one thing Beth values above all else(outside of bake goods that is 😉) is honesty but with things from Dylan's past lerking in the shadows can they survive the truth bomb?

Intense Set of Interacting Characters

Louise Bay is a master of character building, and in this set we meet couples who build complicated relationships around seriously hot attraction. Haven and Jake, Ashley and Luke, and Beth and Dylan are also intertwined through the books as family and friends who help each other through some intense situations, (and occasionally make things more complicated) until each couple finally accepts the imperfections of being human to give in to love. A fantastic weekend long escape that deserves a favorites spot for rereading.
