Although relevant, it wasn't quite what I was looking for in my search to help deal with my own empty-nestedness. Quick and easy to read but I will keep searching.

Some good ideas here. Little mini page-long chapters on 100 ideas of ways to heal while grieving the empty nest

Out of all books related to the empty nesters, I think that this is the best. It is full of practical advices. Strongly recommended for the empty nesters.
