Alice
Moving to Los Angeles for college is a frightening step for a small-town girl from Colorado who always gets straight As, has never taken a sip of liquor in her life, and scores a perfect zero when it comes to experiences with boys. Dad doesn’t want anything to happen to his only girl, so he's sent me to stay with his ex-military friend who lives near the university. How could he have known I'd fall for the man who's meant to protect me?

Marcus
What the hell is wrong with me? Alice is pure, innocent, and my good friend’s daughter, but every time I look at her I keep having these crazy, rabid, dirty thoughts. She's completely off-limits to me, and yet I can’t seem to keep my eyes and hands off her. I’m going to burn in hell for doing all the things I’m doing to her, but you know what? I don’t give a shit. I was in love once before, had my heart split wide open, but I’m willing to go there again if it means I get to have her.

Hot fast safe read
Divorced H for over 2 years, celibate during that time
Slight S&M theme to it
Not a satisfying ending!!!!!! Like it ends so abruptly and confusing.... no epilogue

Hot Hot

This was a quick hot story. Older man and younger girl. These two were hot together. I didn't for some reason care that much for the girls father and the guys daughter together. For some reason it felt creepy lol. I wish I knew how all this played out though at the end.

Alice is 19 years old, getting ready to start college, she lives in Colorado but she's going to school in Los Angeles. Her Dad has a friend who lives close to the college who also has a daughter starting the same school so Alice is going to live with them. Marcus was happily married for 18 years when he found out his wife was cheating on him. At the time he was devastated and started drinking until he lost his job. That was the wake up call he needed to get his act straight because he had custody of his daughter, Crystal. He started his own business and it's now two years later and he's a millionaire and they're living in a custom built mansion. When Marcus and Crystal pick Alice up at the airport he's not expecting the instant attraction he feels towards her.

Not a satisfying ending!

I really don't mind short stories. I really like them actually, especially with the insta-love element. This book, however, fell short, literally. You need to give a better ending. The epilogue needs to make you feel satisfied of the HEA. this book does not do that at all.

Great Book

This was a very interesting story. Keep me hooked from the 1st page. Only thing would be the ending... what happened with Candance and Barry? Do the main characters stay together? Babies??

He Opens His Home and Heart to the Coed

Marcus lets his old friend's daughter move in with him (and his same-aged daughter) to smooth out the adjustment to attending college out of state. Neither he nor Alice expects the sizzle between them, and what happens next is all steam.

Alice and Candace (Marcus' daughter) are truly modern young women, and they aren't interested in blushing or prevaricating. They want what they want, and they go for it. The story is truncated and ends with some loose ends, although this is not a cliffhanger ending. More story, plot or character-side, would have been nice.

I am unsure how to rate this book. I really liked the interaction between Marcus and Alice. I just wanted more or a bit of an idea if this would just be a fling or if they would stay together. I also felt the second relationship that happened in the book made the whole situation a bit sleazy.

What the hell?!?! The Epilogue was NOT epilogue at all! What the hell why?!?!? I'm so disappointed! It had started out so well. It was so hot and I liked Marcus. Why not giving them a REAL epilogue?

I enjoyed this steamy read but I will admit that I was disappointed that I didn’t get to see what happened when Candace found out about her fathers relationship with her new best friend. I just wanted more, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the ending, and I guess I wanted more of a happy ending. I liked both Marcus and Alice; they had sizzling chemistry and shared a lot of red-hot panty melting scenes. I liked Candace and would like to know more about her, but I wasn’t a fan of Alice’s father, he was abrupt and treated Candace like a common wh*re in my opinion. This book is panty melting hot and is a short romance. It is easy to follow and delicious to devour.

When Alice moves across the country to start College, her father arranges for her to stay with his best friend and his daughter. When Alice meets Marcus she struggles to fight her attraction to him but she quickly bonded with his daughter Candace and they soon became fast friends. When Marcus agreed to let his best friends daughter live with him he didn’t expect to want her with every fibre of his being. It isn’t long until both Alice and Marcus cannot fight their attraction any longer and they soon give in to their passion. Candace also takes a liking to an older man, Alice’s father! And they both end up in bed together.

Steamy, hot read.

Instant attraction at its best. A little flip when the best friend is attracted to his friends daughter also. Good story.
