This book was poorly written, often repeating entire sentences as if the author was too lazy to write a new one. It also shows a great deal of homophobia and misrepresentation about gay men, stating that violence and hatred against women stems from homosexuality which is widely false. It also makes shrewd and uninformed comments about the women he manipulated and seduced, implying that they were stupid and foolish instead of victims of a horrible killer. I was going to stop reading after the first derogatory comment about homosexuality but I gave the book the benefit of doubt, however upon finishing the book I can guarantee that there are other more intelligent and more informed books about Ted Bundy.
If you were to tell me the author was a high school kid given an assignment, and that at the last minute he opened Wikipedia and one untouched book from the library which he ignored until now - and that he shuffled words around hoping they would masquerade as independent research - and that finally be didn't even give his rough draft a cursory once-over, I would believe it.
