I'm giving this book only 1 star because about three quarters of the book was the previous book His Redemption. The author would have been better off doing both stories in one book. I never ask for refunds from Amazon but I almost want to for this one. There were maybe four or five chapters about the couple other than that it was the same story. Also, the introduction of these 2 characters was minimal at best. This series is fun but I would be hesitant before I bought another book because characters that have been previously introduced have been skipped for stories and random people are showing up and getting mates. Plus, the price is too much if the story is not going to be fleshed out more.
