About the author

Debbie Hoskins, a certified Labyrinth facilitator, fine artist, and author & illustrator lives in beautiful Michigan. Her next book for adults is Walking the Labyrinth: a Guide to Visual Journaling. She has entered a prolific period of drawing that grows out of the design of the labyrinth. She posts a picture with words and thoughts for the week at: Facebook.com/DebbiesHomeStudio.org. She has had 3 solo art exhibitions, 5 unpublished picture books, and exhibited in juried shows in Grand Rapids, MI; Muskegon, MI; Detroit, MI; and Philadelphia, PA. She is grateful for attending the following schools: Columbus College of Art and Design (OH), Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Philadelphia College of the Arts, and a picture book publishing institute at Vassar College. She is proud to have made her daily bread as a Youth Librarian. Librarians have the privilege of taking care of materials that offer art, story, and knowledge to the community. Plus, everyone can use the bathrooms. Her art comes from an intuitive, spiritual place and she is a Grand Rapids Fat Boys burger kind of girl.

I've been drawing labyrinths since 2005, when I went to a SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) MI conference I was looking for a retreat to attend in Fall of 2014 and through a series of coincidences, I stayed at my cousin's house and took Labyrinth Facilitator training.
The book is a result of drawing a lot of labyrinths and wanting a book simple enough to use with children, yet suitable to introduce the practice of walking labyrinths to adults.

I was very disappointed in this book. The pictures are poor quality and look like a child drew them. I am glad I won this book and did not use my own money on it

This coloring book is perfect for clearing your mind of clutter. Along with the inspirational clips and intricate designs, it is perfect for a crazy day when you need to bring your blood pressure down, clear your head and find your quiet place within yourself.
