A fast paced action book that will keep you guessing. The characters are intelligent and exciting. The use of the dolphins is an interesting feature. The training and use of dolphins as a compliment to the action is fascinating.

Could not put this story down until the last page was gone.

Except for one chapter with gratuitous sex, I enjoyed reading this book. The descriptions of current Navy operations was excellent.

Great read

Really well written, a totally engrossing ride, will definitely look for other titles from James. I've had the book for some time but only just read - I wished is started sooner.

Kick-ass navy dolphins and a former SEAL dolphin whisperer, assisted by his door kicker CIA girlfriend, team up to take it to terrorists bent on a mass destruction event in NYC. Sensitive and fascinating look at the capabilities of marine mammals in warfare.

A military thriller, with dolphins, what's not to like? Relatable characters, chock full of action, just my kind of read!

Great read. Neat dolphins

I was interested in this book because of the dolphins. I wanted to see what Mr. Grundvig would do with a story about trained dolphins. There were many things going on all at once, but it comes together well. He allows us to see the plight of Somalia. At times we dislike the pirates but then we can understand their problems too. I wanted to find out how the story would end and stuck it out. I thought the story was drawn out and could have been shortened, but I am glad I followed it to its conclusion.

There maybe a great book in there somewhere, but I couldn't find it and gave up. Great premise, but not well executed.
