About the author

S.M. Donaldson is a born and raised Southern girl. She grew up in a small rural town on Florida’s Gulf Coast, the kind of place where everyone knows your business before you do, especially when your Daddy is a cop and your Mom works for the school system. She married one of her best friends at the age of 20 and has two sons. She is a proud military wife, has always had a soft spot for a good story, and is known to have a potty mouth. At the age of 31, she decided there was no time like the present to attempt her first book. Sam’s Choice was born and she hasn’t stopped since. If you are looking for a good, steamy, Southern set romance with true Southern dialect, she’s your girl.

I recieved an ARC of Sergio Spiraling in return for my honest review!

Wow! I am blown away. This is one of the most touching, heartfelt and overall oveing stories I have read in a very long time. It's not a HEA like so many stories are today, but it's an amazing tale.

The main character is one that we have meet many times in her Marco's MMA Boys series. He has always been very misterious and I have always wanted to know more about him and what makes him tick. I was thrilled when I found out that she had wrote about his background, but I had no idea how moving it would be. I pray that he makes many many more appearances in the future.

I can't give to many details with out giving it all away, but I will touch lightly about the basics about what it's about. The main character is your typical cocky, womanizing MMA fighter. It's that straight forward.. or so it seemed. Going back in time you see what caused him to be the jaded and eragent person he had become.

This story touches on war, PTSD, and the unexpected and sometimes all consuming tragities that we all to often try to overlook. I love love love that the issues that where addressed in this story were touched on and feel that SM Donaldson did it in a beautiful way.

I highly recommend this Novella as well as all the Books in the Marco's MMA series!

This little novella hit me unexpectedly
with the emotions. About 38 pages in you
get hit with the something you didn't see
coming that has you reaching for those tissues
there was little spice but its a quick novella
so that's expected, but the feels, plot, and
storytelling are novel length worthy.

This book follows Sergio. He has had some up and some major downs in his life that turned him into the hard exterior that we know.
It also goes into the backstory on how he knows Liz.
There is so much more I want to say about this book but I don't want to spoing anything but I will say its not the typical mma boys story.
It left me needed more.
