In a faraway land lived a giant. He baked the most incredibly scrumptious and sugary sugar cookies ever and all the people of the faraway land loved them, especially the King. But one day the King’s Royal Purchasing Agent returned to the castle with terrible news. The giant had disappeared. There would be no cookies that day or the next, or the one after that. In desperation the King ordered that he be found and promised great rewards to those who did. And so it came to the ears of a brother and sister squirrel who lived in the forest and they decided that they would track down the elusive giant. This wonderful children’s story is a delight to read. With beautiful illustrations and a lovely story of friendship, it is certain to become a favorite!
