She's hiding in an all-boys' school, and he's the forbidden fruit in the room next door...
Christiana's friend is dead…and she knows who did it. Now a key witness in a murder trial, she’s been hidden away in the one place no one will think to look for her: Eton Preparatory School for Boys.

Instead of completing her senior year with the popular crowd, she’s being forced to hide in a school with exactly zero XX chromosomes. Even worse, she’s somehow supposed to act like the Neanderthals walking the halls.

But then she meets the guys next door—the smoking-hot ones. And it doesn’t help that one in particular could unravel her in a heartbeat…and potentially blow her cover.

Trey is confused by the pull he feels toward the new guy. He didn’t think he swung that way. But he can’t deny the fiery chemistry between them, and no matter how hard he tries to dislike the skinny new kid, he feels oddly protective… an instinct that amplifies when he learns the truth.

Now all that matters is keeping Christiana safe, because a dangerous killer wants her silenced at any cost...

For fans of fast-paced novels who love sizzling chemistry and a dash of mystery.

Ok people, before I start gushing let's get one thing out of the way
Christiana is a stupid little shit who doesn't know shit about being careful when there is a guy trying to KILL her .. I mean, geez

Now I'm done.. let's begin .. I loved this book so much, it has the aspect I love the most, suspense, a girl disguised as a boy .. and a brotherhood to live for :D Terry was a great love interest ( although I'm a Riley girl myself ) but he is sincere and had an interesting back story, I wish if he discovered that she was a girl in another way but it was fine.. EEEPPPP I can't wait to see how will Kade ( The Lone Wolf ) will find his girl to protect .. this is a really feel good book despite all the killing and revenge thing .. so yeah .. I loved it and I am soo ready to begin book 2 :)

Somewhere on the internet I stumbled upon this book, the blurb immediately grabbed my attention and I knew I wanted to read it right now. And then I did something I rarely do, I bought the book and started reading it immediately. It was great! And the best part is that this book was exactly what I was in the mood for and I really enjoyed it. It was such a fun read and I got easily into the story. It was really an addictive read and it makes me wonder why I don't read more YA contemporary romances.

The main plot line of the book is that Ana/ Chris has seen a murder, but the murderer knows she saw. So she has to go into hiding as part of witness protection and has to stay in an all boys school disguised as boy. I really liked the plot line and seeing it all play out. The premise might be slightly unrealistic, but Jordan Ford totally makes it work and writes in a way that felt realistic. This book has a bit of romance and a bit of suspense/ mystery and it was nicely blended together. I really had a lot of fun reading this one and didn't want to stop reading whenever I picked it up. I did feel the ending was a bit too open, but as there will be two more books in this series I hope we get more answers in that one.

Chris was such a great main character to read about, she believes into doing the right thing even though it's difficult. She really struggles at the all boys school at first and I thought that was realistic. She has to pretend to be a boy, the school bully picks her as his next target and she can't be herself or trust anyone, so she really has a hard time at first. She has to make sure no one finds out her secret and stay safe, but it's hard when all she wants it her normal life back even though that's no longer an option. And she meets Trey who she slowly falls in love with and that might be even more dangerous as she has to pretend with him too.

I liked how the romance, it was sweet and there wasn't a lot of drama. But there were some issues they had to deal with, like how Trey thought she was a boy at first and Chris her secrets about why she's there. There are some great scenes of them together and I really liked them together. And later in the book it becomes more and more obvious how good these two are together and how much they mean to each other. And while there is romance, it also isn't the sole focus of the book. The author really struck a nice balance between the different themes.

I really liked the characters in this book, the book focuses on a few important characters and it really worked. It was easy to remember who was who and everyone had their own personality. I liked how close Trey and his friends where and I can't wait to get the stories of the other two brothers. These three really are like a family and have each others back. I especially liked Riley, not sure why, but he seemed like an interesting character and I liked his personality. I also feel like there's more to Kade than meets the eye and it seems his story will be next.

To summarize: I am so glad I picked this one up as it was such a great read! It was exactly the type of book I was in the mood for and it hooked me from the moment I started reading. The plot of this one was great with how a girl has to go into witness protection at an all boys school and while the premise might be slightly unrealistic I felt it was written very realistically and it was just so much fun to read. The characters all felt real and came alive. The book focused on a small group of characters, but I did feel like we got a good feel for each of them because of that. I liked reading about Trey and his best friends Kade and Riley, who are like a family. The romance was also well done and I liked how it developed. There's a bit of suspense and mystery as well and I really liked that aspect and how it added a bit of danger and suspense into the story. Luckily we don't have to wait long for the next book as I can't wait to read Kade and Riley their stories!

Likes:
1. Reminds me of the movie, She's The Man, which is also about a girl who pretended as a guy and studied in an all-boys school
2. The hero's last name is Calloway which reminds me of my favorite book series

Dislikes:
1. The ending

I hated the ending. It ruined the whole book for me. It is so disappointing because I was really enjoying See No Evil and then the ending left me with so many questions about the trial, the investigators, and what the characters left behind. I really wanted Chris/Ana to fight for Robbie's justice and win against the devil. Now, I lost the will to read the next book because I just want to find out what's gonna happen to Ana and the trial. I am not much interested in finding out what's gonna happen to the lives of Kade and Riley.

4.5/5 Full Review can be found at http://thegraduatedbookworm.blogspot.ca

So I received this ARC for an honest review, and to be honest, I am never disappointed with what Jordan Ford comes out with!! Yet again we are filled with a crazy story with characters that have a deeper past...and of course hot guys!

This novel was honestly jam packed with so much happening in such a short read, I sped through it, devouring every single detail written! Let me say that if you're a fan of She's The Man, then this will probably give you that crave! Honestly, I LOVED the aspect of a girl whose hiding out in an all boys school, pretending to be one of them. How many of you have ever felt like becoming a fly on the wall where you know you shouldn't be?? That's exactly what Christiana was experiencing, even if it wasn't by choice!

Alright, so obviously this novel has more than hot guys and a lot of comedy. When reading See No Evil, I found it to be full of anticipation and on the edge of my seat wondering if her secret was going to come out, and if the person who she saw murder her friend, was going to come after her. It was almost as if I was constantly looking around me, because I felt like I was right there within the story! Personally I love what Christiana did, even though there were odds (and people) against her the entire time. I definitely felt like there could have been just a smidge more of something to make it that much better, however I cannot even put a name to what that would be, as this is already an amazing read!

So throughout this novel you really see more of the relationship of Trey and his "Brothers" who are his roommates. I am super excited to see the next two books in this series as it will branch off into both of their own stories! You can also really see how much all of them are willing to do for the other.

From beginning to end, it was a roller coaster ride! From sneaking around, to learning how to ensure the "man card" was always present, I could not put this book down! It was so fast paced, with a lot of twists coming at you, all the way until the very end! I really loved the underlying messages that were present in this novel about love, family, and honor. There was comedy wrapped all around it with a lot of hot males, that overall made this a pretty great read! I seriously cannot wait to read book two, and the cliffhanger was SO REAL!!

How do I say this? This book is not only insanely good but it left me wanting for more. As usual, Jordan Ford did a great job.
When I first read the summary, I thought: "Okay, I'll read this but I probably won't like it that much." Well,I was a fool for thinking so. How could I ever doubt Jordan like that?
I won't summarize the story. Anyone can do that and I want to get straight to the point.

So let's start with the two main characters. Chris and Trey.
Chris lived something horrible and found herself in a situation that, even though I never lived it, actually made me imagine myself in her shoes. And every single action or thought she had, i could relate to. I think I would have acted pretty much the same way she did. The sort of detachment she shows at the beginning is nothing more than a shell to protect herself from the horrible reality she couldn't escape and from the pain it would cause her.
And yet, when Trey and Chris first meet... Well, you can already tell something epic is about to happen. It doesn't happen right away but the wait makes it that much more enjoyable. Before I talk about this, let's mention Trey.
"Typical guy" is the first thought that crossed my mind when I read his narration. Loyal to his friends, Kade and Riley (his pack), not really interested in anything else, apart from girls and hockey. But the more the story went on, the more depth he got. He too lived horrible things. He too had to fight battles and came out of them alive but scarred. And stronger. And that makes him that much more beautiful and endearing. And perfect for Chris.
The alchemy between those two is subtle at first but it quickly grows into something powerful and so very beautiful. And the way Chris finds her place in Trey's pack is touching.

To mention the setting of the story, it tackles matters much more serious than I am used to but Jordan found a way to make it work. The story did make me cry at times, but this is not one of those books that are overly bleak and leave you depressed, rocking back and forth in an effort not to go crazy ^^ No.
Chris witnessed a serious crime (murder) and is willing to sacrifice a lot for justice. Even though it might have been easier to pretend she didn't see anything. I won't detail the circumstances but let's just say some people I know and work with wouldn't have done what Chris did. Hell, even I would have hesitated. I would have done it eventually but I would have hesitated. Just read the book, and you'll understand ;)
So, as I was saying, tragic circumstances, sad story. But not overwhelmingly so. Those events, even though they are often referred to, are put into perspective next to the rest of the story, the bits of hope and joy that become more frequent as time passes. Like stars in the sky, they make it more beautiful. And the end is like the sun rising. Long-awaited but breath-taking and that much sweeter.

There are so many things to say about this novel but I prefer to stop there and let you discover it. See No Evil is a tragic but somehow poetic reminder that family isn't about blood, but about love and loyalty. That love may indeed conquer all. And that one should never, ever, be afraid to take risks in order to save/protect his loved ones.

I absolutely recommend this novel, as well as any other Jordan (also under the name of Melissa Pearl) wrote. I know I am advertising her, and I apologize to those who dislike this, but I am being honest when I say it is worth your time.

I look forward to Speak No Evil.

Thank you Jordan for your hard work. I absolutely loved it <3

4.5 stars -- I received a free copy from the author in exchange for an honest and unbiased review/opinion.

OMG, this book had so many layers of goodness!! I don't read a lot of romantic suspense...which is kind of weird, b/c I actually really enjoy it. I used to read the Harlequin line, but perhaps it's that I'm kind of picky and really need to get sucked in to this genre, so I guess I don't trust just anyone to give me what I want. Well Ms. Ford has definitely succeeded for me. It's not the whole believability aspect...because I think in romantic suspense you often have to suspend some of your disbelief. It's more that I want to *want* to suspend my disbelief if that makes sense. I want to read it like I'd watch a good action movie, and that's what happened for me in this book.

When I first saw the teaser video for this book, and learned about its premise, all I could think about was the movie She's the Man, and that made me excited (b/c I'm a fan). But while it may have a similar setting, the set up for this story is ENTIRELY different, and so has a very different feel. My heart was taken through the ringer at times with our characters. They all have some heartbreaking backstories, and the struggle that Chris goes through over what is the right thing to do, and having the strength to stick it out and do that right thing is very well executed. I will say that I was SUPER surprised with some of the twists to her side of the story! I did not see them coming, but I felt like they really added.

I occasionally wish we saw a bit more from Trey and his backstory...I'm not sure why, but it kind of came out of left field for me (even though I think I saw it in character profile teasers), and I just...wanted something more for some reason. I really loved Trey, but sometimes I felt like what we saw of him was mostly surrounding Chris and her storyline...but you know what? That's not even true. So I have no idea why I feel this way. Hmmm... Anyways, Trey was an intriguing character for me, b/c he had some very real Alpha tendencies, but he was really sweet and caring and protective too. I loved that he was drawn in by Chris, even when Chris was a "boy".

I really enjoyed the chemistry between Trey and Chris, though I think I had a hard time getting into the romantic part at the beginning...I was totally sucked in by their friendship chemistry, but it was hard to feel the passion for that first kiss (at least for me).

I LOVED the whole dynamic of the Brotherhood. I loved their friendship, and what they would do for each other.

I honestly had no idea how the other stories in this series were going to work, but then Ms. Ford just threw me for a freaking loop with that ending!! I DID NOT SEE THAT COMING! She went in a whole new direction from what my boring mind had predicted, and now I'm clamouring for more!! I also find it interesting that I still have some questions about certain aspects of Chris and Trey's story...so I'm curious to see if they come into play in the future.

So yeah, thoroughly enjoyed this one. Occasionally I wanted a bit more romance, but that's just because I'm a romance junkie and not because we didn't get enough. Sooooo looking forward to the next book and finding out what happens with Kade!!!

It's with much excitement that I publish this book. I came up with the premise for See No Evil when I was sixteen. It's been mulling in the back of my mind for over two decades and finally I'm able to share it with you.

I've fallen completely in love with the Eton wolf pack—Trey, Kade & Riley—and Christiana has been a favorite from the start. I love her strength and stubborn determination. I love the way Trey wants to protect her. I love the chemistry between them and the way they spark off each other.

I hope that you enjoy this story. Romantic suspense is my favorite genre, although I find it one of the most challenging to write. I've worked very hard to produce a book that I hope will capture you, suck you in and not let go until the very last page :)

An interesting idea, but I kept losing interest. I came back to this book 3 times, hoping it would ignite some sort of spark in me. Nope, nothing. It's a shame because I quite like the idea of a girl hiding in an all boys school. Unfortunately not a lot happens, not enough to keep me reading anyway.

It ended quite abruptly for Ana and Trey’s story. We got no closure and I felt unsatisfied with that ending. I don’t think I’ll bother reading the rest of the trilogy as it’s not focused on Ana and Troy despite their story being left as unresolved.

The tone of the story telling was quite immature and 2 dimensional, but I’m a sucker for the girl disguised as boy trope. The premise was interesting, it’s a shame the author cut it short.

I love this new concept that the author, Jordan Ford has arranged for the Brotherhood series. This one is more suspense and intense compared to the previous series. The last one was more of a family and high school drama where this one is full on life changing experiences.

I love all the characters that has been portrayed beautifully by the author. Even the evil ones play a huge role as the story progresses. Ivan The Terrible is such a soul crushing character. He is as worst as Christiana's murderer uncle. Trey is so sweet and caring. Christiana is very lucky to have someone like Trey in her life. I absolutely agree when Trey said that Christiana is strong. She is. Both emotionally and physically.

The plotline just adds up with one another. They are all connected as the story evolves gradually.

I am intrigued by this series because it is so different. Different in a good way. I am definitely interested to read more of this series when I will be given the opportunity to read them soon.

My boys. Oh, I loved these characters.

I didn’t know what to expect from this book. To be completely honest, the plot wasn’t what got me to read this book- I mean, besides getting it as an ARC- but the fact I’ve never disliked anything this author has wrote under both names.

The only expectation I had with this book was that I was hoping it was good. And, it was. Just, not as good. I liked the idea of her hiding out in a boys school but I think the problem I had with it was the pacing. I wasn’t really sure exactly how long Ana was there. One minute, I felt like she’d just arrived and the next I was 50% through.

The book was fast paced and enjoyable but I wish there was more. I would have liked to get to know the characters more and actually see Ana and Trey get to know each other more. I think, there wasn’t enough “Trana”? “Arey”? “Antrey”? (Ship name?!) time. In saying that, there’s not exactly much they could have done together. There were in a prison-like school.

Now, as for side characters. My boys. Awe. For me, there were the best thing about this book. I LOVED them. Riley and Kade. And, apologies to Kade but I loved Riley a lot more. Can I just have him? Please? Please?

I loved the dynamic of the three boys together. They’d made a family out of the three of them and I thought that was so cute. Kade was the funny, carefree friend. Riley was the quiet, attentive, just ughhhh guy. I’m sorry, I really don’t have words. I just really loved these two boys and I cannot wait for Riley’s book. I really liked the fact that the three boys would do anything for each other.

(I never use gifs in my reviews but…) RILEY <3 (Oh my god, if his love interest was called Cate)

description

There is another thing I would like to briefly mention that I found hilarious. (And, if you ask any of my friends, especially one in particular who I gush and rant about books too, you’ll know how funny I found this because they understand how funny I thought it was.)

Trey was having this internal conflict because of how much he was affected by Ana- as Chris the boy. I found it so funny by how conflicted he was feeling. It was like he wanted to let himself like her (as him) but didn’t think he was gay so wanted to ignore it. It was like a “I’m okay with people being gay just not myself” situation.

Another thing, which is kind of related to the plot pacing point up above is that I think some things in the book could have been fleshed out a little better. I would have really liked to find out more about Ana’s previous life- the one she left behind- and also a little more of Trey’s background. I think, with more info on Ana’s past, I would have liked the ending a little more.

To sum it up, the characters are what gave this book 3.5 stars for me. I really loved the characters but didn’t enjoy the plot as much. I just think it was missing something to make it a 4/5 star read for me. But, in saying that, I will most definitely continue the series.

Another short thing I’d like to mentioned and, it in no way effects the rating of my review, is the cover. I think it looks like an NA book and let me tell you, it’s not. So, if you find yourself being deterred from reading this, don’t. It’s clean. And, hey, it matches the Big Play novels (sorta).

I really enjoyed this book. It was so much fun which seems wrong to say considering the seriousness of the situation and the danger the main character is in, but with all the suspense it was a fun read.

Christiana/Ana/Chris is a Miami beach girl, pretty, flirty. She enjoys her life. All that changes when she witnesses her uncle kill her maybe boyfriend. Ana goes to the police willing to testify against him. She's placed into witness protection at an all boys school posing as Chris. At Eton, she's no longer her pretty, popular self, but a wimpy boy, the target of a bully, and attracted to the hot guy Trey in the room next door. Trey, Riley, and Kade are a self-made family, brothers, a wolf pack.

The boys make the book for me. The attraction that Trey feels for Chris is one of my favorite parts of the book. His confusion over the feelings he has for another guy when he's always been really into girls hysterical. The kiss cracked me up. I also love the bond the 3 boys share; their friendship and their inclusion of Chris. The author does a wonderful job with the characters, their relationships, and the school setting.

The suspense and risk build as the book progresses. Chris's life is threatened from several different fronts; she has entered into a family/mob war that she knew nothing about. It's a fast paced, enjoyable read. Definitely keeps you on edge. As Trey and Chris fall in love, her life falls into more danger. Can Trey and his brothers save Chris? Will they even get a chance at a HEA? I enjoyed how the story played out and look forward to Kade's adventure.

I was given a copy of this book in exchange of an honest review.

I'm giving only 5 stars to this story, because I can't do more, but in my opinion it deserves so much more than that.

It follows the story of Christiana, a girl who had to disguise herself as a guy in an all boys boarding school, due to the witness protection program. She was the only witness of the murder and the only hope there was for Justice to be made.

Trey is part of the brotherhood on Eton school. He's a sexy, charming, sweet, hockey player along with his two best friends.

When Chris gets to the school there's an instant connection between them, that Trey can't explain. I would say he was even worried about his sexuality at some point.
I loved the connection they had from the beginning, even before He knew Chris was in reality a She.

I loved the friendship of the guys. They back up each other no matter what. And are always there for one another. That type of friendship, brotherhood, is really hard to find.

It talks about strong subjects, that in my opinion are very important. People might not want to talk about them, but it's a reality of this world.

This book is interesting, is intense, is romantic, is sweet, is addicting, and so many more things. I highly recommend this book and author. I have yet to read a book that I haven't loved by Jordan Ford.

She's amazing as is this book.

This was one of those books I could not put down and found reasons to take a break and just read. You read about crime / drug lord families, but cannot truly imagine what that kind of life might be like. This isn't as dark as what my imagination can conjure, but still scary when you think about an 18 year old girl who witnesses a murder and can't turn to those closest to her for help. The idea that people you thought you could trust may not be the upstanding citizens you always believed them to be? And just when you think your life cannot get worse, you're thrust into a world just as confusing and potentially dangerous as the one you left?

There are definitely some light moments in the story such as when Chris learns that there are still good people around her and that she doesn't have to be alone. The camaraderie of the guys next door. The romance between her and Trey. The guys were truly fun to read about. I really disliked Ivan, but adored Trey, Riley, and Kade. Chris drove me a tiny bit crazy, but I understood why she did and said the things that she did. I cannot wait for the next installment.

Christiana is a key witness in a murder trial, she's been hidden away in the onext place no one would think to look for her: Eton Preparatory School for boys. A eloquently written and developed romantic suspense novel with no plot holes. With character's that are sensational with realistic emotions and flaws. The writing style is invigorating & I love it. The chemistry between the character's Christiana & Trey is undeniable. I fell in love with the Eton wolf pack- Trey, Kade & Riley. And of course Christiana you can't help but fall in love with her & she is my favourite. This Brotherhood romantic suspense novel is highly compelling & captivating. It had me hooked from the beginning till the end & craving more. This is a fast paced novel that will give you a roller coaster ride of a thrill. With many twists & turns to keep you engrossed. Looking forward to reading the next novel in this sensational series. I highly recommend reading this romantic suspense novel as you will not be dissappointed. Go grab your copy now. I voluntarly reviewed an advanced reading copy.

This is my first book by Jordan Ford. I usually am not one to buy a thriller but I was intrigued by the description. This is absolutely a fast paced, thrill ride. I read it in one sitting. I couldn't put it down. There is so much going on, so many twists but the story is well written and flows well. Poor Christiana has gone through so much, I felt bad for her but once she gets together with smoking hot Trey I just wanted to see a happy ending for them. I ❤️ Their love story. This book will keep you reading from the first page til the last. I received an advanced readers cooy and I am happy to recommend this book, 5 big stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First book in the Brotherhood Trilogy and it is off to a very good start , this book just kept you wanting to read the next page. Christina is a high school senior she only wanted one night out,but she got a lot more, she is now in witness protection at an all boy academy . Trey , Kade and Riley are roommates and their tie to each other makes them like brothers, when Trey learns Chris’ secret will he be able to keep it? Who is Ivan why does he kidnap Chris? Wow I would not want her parents! Can Trey, Kade and Riley save Chris? The ending is something you are not expecting.

When I started reading the book, I felt that this is going to be a great and promising start to a new series. I love the plot and the characters. I love the thrill too. I can say that I enjoyed the story and the bit of adrenaline rush included in it. I actually like everything in it except maybe how it ended. It's not bad but for some reason, it didn't sit well with me. Probably because of the age of the characters and the events feels like it shouldn't go together. But I still think that this is a great start to a new series and will be looking forward to read the next one.

I can't honestly say what it was that I disliked about this book but while I enjoyed it, it never really clicked as an awesome read for me.

The idea behind the story was intriguing and suspenseful. I enjoyed both MC's and the supporting characters but as I said before..it never really clicked.

Ultimately though I will read the next book in the series.

OML...what a story. I was a fan of Ms. Ford's Big Play series but this one surpasses them. Very suspenseful. Couldn't put it down. Loved the characters. Looking forward to Kade's book

Great start to this. A unique storyline and I love the bond these "brothers" have for each other and Chris/Anna is a great girl.

Loved the characters and the plot, lots of depth and a really quick read (not because it wasn't long, but because I couldn't put it down)!
4.5 really just because I felt like there is further to go with these characters and I can't wait to read the next. When I get to know them better I feel like it will be a definite 5. Really liked it, I want a Trey!!

Listened to on audible. Storyline is ok, but the male narrator doesn’t fit the book at all. He sounds like he’s 35-40 yrs old instead of a senior in high school.

DNF at 40%

Not what I was expecting at all. Then it started getting a little too dramatic for my tastes. No, thank you.

Jordan Ford never disappoints

Picked this book up for the second time to get me out a major reading slump. I had faith it would pull me out because it’s such a good story and I didn’t not let me down. Great characters with great chemistry.

>Book Review – See No Evil –

>I am an independent reviewer. This book is the first in the Brotherhood Trilogy. The ending is positive, yet unsettled. Ana witnesses a murder and is swept into witness protection until the trial. The agents place her in an all-boys academy, disguised as a boy, Chris. In the academy she is bullied. Her neighbor, Trey, and his roommates, Riley and Kade, try and help Chris. I love how Trey fights an attraction to Chris, who he thinks is a boy, becoming totally confused and questioning his own sexuality.

>My favorite part of the book was watching how Trey handled his attraction to Chris before he realized she was a female. The high school setting seemed a bit archaic. This boarding school didn’t allow computers, phones or tv? Most high schools I know are all about technology. Some classes don’t even have physical text books anymore. The books or support information is all on line. Other than the no-technology rule not being believable, the story was awesome and really sucked a reader in.

>The roommates, Kade and Riley, were interesting characters. They each had a backstory that was only teased, but their individual personalities really came out. Watching male behavior through an undercover female’s eyes was hysterical. Ana was a super girly girl now subjected to male bodily noises and talk, so funny.

>I didn’t quite get how Ana could not realize her family was not only mob related, but also in a mob war. Even if her parents kept everything from her, wouldn’t her friends or classmates talk? She had to have heard something to get her to question what exactly her father did. Ana did admit she was pretty self-centered before her current reality opened her eyes. Maybe she just shut her ears to anything not about herself.

>This book is appropriate for a young adult (+16) audience. I am giving the story 4 stars. I loved the story and how it all played out. I wished for a few more scenes showing her meeting and relationship growth with Bobby. Seeing her home life before her life really changed would have been a great way to highlight how different she has to live presently. Her father’s actions at the end of the story may have seemed more shocking if there were some scenes of a loving family at the beginning of the story. I can’t wait to see how Kade’s and Riley’s stories pan out.
