Today NLP is close to a hype, reading this theory in 1993 was thus somewhat 'avant la lettre'. Today I have a somewhat different perspective on this theory, however I can understand why people seem to be attracted by it,
... so for those who are, this book is a good introduction, clearly written and very comprehensible.
