This is Part Four in a brand-new serial from bestselling author Cathy Bramley.
Inspired by her recent visit to Sorrento, Rosie Featherstone has given The Lemon Tree Café a full Italian makeover, and with sister Lia now giving the menu a delicious twist, business is booming again! With the new spring in Nonna’s step too, life truly couldn’t be better.
The only thing left standing in the way of Rosie’s happiness is Gabe’s shock announcement… How could he betray her like that? Determined not to let it get to her, Rosie decides to shut Gabe out of her heart.
But when a family emergency throws them back together again, can she put aside the hurt of her past and embrace the happy ending she deserves?
The Lemon Tree Cafe is an irresistibly charming novel told in four parts – following the adventures of Rosie Featherstone in friendship, family and second chances. This is the fourth and final part.
Cathy Bramley is the author of the best-selling romantic comedies Ivy Lane, Appleby Farm, Wickham Hall, Conditional Love and The Plumberry School of Comfort Food. She lives in a Nottinghamshire village with her family and a dog.
Her recent career as a full-time writer of light-hearted, romantic fiction has come as somewhat of a lovely surprise after spending eighteen years running her own marketing agency. However, she has been always an avid reader, never without a book on the go and now thinks she may have found her dream job!
What a great end to the story, I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.
I loved seeing how it all came together at the end.
I really enjoyed reading this story, was totally drawn in by all of the characters lives and fell in love with the village life, oh and little Noah is so sweet.
This is the fourth and final book in the series regarding Rosie and The Lemon Tree Cafe. It feels a bit like coming home. The characters are all so familiar and I felt a little bereft when I finished the book.
In this book Rosie is reeling from the revelation that her friend and partner to be Gabe, has accepted a job with Garden Warehouse. The company that Rosie feels is the arch enemy, the one that will be the demise of the village retailers. However, she soon learns that business for the other traders has actually increased as they have re-addressed what and how they sell their items.
I don't want to reveal too much about this final book, so will leave the detail hanging. Needless to say, it is another great read by Cathy Bramley and I can't wait to receive the first download of her new book "A Match Made In Devon".
The Lemon Tree Cafe -Part Four written by Cathy Bramley is the fourth instalment of this very readable book as once again we are brought back to the Lemon Tree Cafe where Rosie Featherstone and her sister are both running their Grandmother's cafe who we all know as Nonna. The Cafe is going from strength to strength while Rosie is coming to terms with her past and Nonna is sorting out her love life with Stanley the only way she knows how and that is making sure he does what he is told. This really was the perfect end to this brilliant read and one I am happy to recommend.
Just warm and wonderful... Fabulous heartwarming characters
I have loved getting to know Rosie, Gabe, Nonna and all the characters in this wonderful quad of stories. I loved being taken on a trip to Sorrento, I so miss that place. Sometimes, dreams come true, once you catch a dream, don't let it go! This book oozes characters and life and learning from feisty mistakes! Read L four, you won't be disappointed!
Nice the way everything tide up with all the characters. Next time I won't read the books in stages but will wait for the complete edition as I don't like waiting in stages. The whole series was a nice relaxing read with very strong characters.
Whilst I've enjoyed the series of 4 books I do feel this could have been one book...... 2 at the very most! I must say that the recipes at the end of each book were a nice touch...... I'm no baker, but I've just made the lemon shortbread and they are delicious!!! Thanks for the recipe!
A perfect ending to a perfect series. Cathy never disappoints and this book is no different, I loved every minute of it and was engrossed from the very first page.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end, i read this within 4-5 hours, absolutely gutted when it finished! Didn’t think i would like it as much as i did, definitely recommend 👏🏻
