I’M THAT GIRL...

The girl who thought she was living her happily ever after.
The one who fell for the lies.
A victim of infidelity.

After months of heartache and loss, anger ensued.

They have a name for me in the MC world...

PATCHWHORE.

And this is my story.

If making her ex jealous is what she wants, Devil’s Renegades Prospect Cook is more than willing to oblige.
He only has one rule: He doesn’t share.

She can seek her revenge. Follow through with her plan.
But her body will be his. He’ll own her fantasies. And her pleasure.
But in her eyes, he’s just a lowly PROSPECT—nothing more.
Little does she know, she’s about to be enlightened.

I read this by accident. I only wanted to try a sample after reading its intriguing synopsis: A girl with a broken heart decides to sleep with her ex’s MC brothers one by one...

I had to read this. I had to see how far the author would go with that story. (Although, to be honest, I was a bit skeptical. Judging from other reviews this book had all the elements I usually tried to avoid in a book: possible cheating *shudders*, potential trainwreck storyline, a disaster-prone heroine who could easily turn into an annoying drama queen, a bunch of smelly, ugly bikers, the overused alpha syndrome...)

So I decided to read several pages first, you know, just to get the feel, to assess the risks. Yeah, right. The next thing I knew, I saw the words THE END.

The author pulled it off: the heroine is likable, the story is fun and refreshing, the hero is hot as hell *sigh*, the book is full of funny situations.

Okay, there was an immature moment or two and I did want to slap the heroine once, OK maybe twice...

But the bottom line is this book is really funny and a bit unusual for this genre. This is not your typical MC romance: the hero is prospect and there is a series of disastrous dates with the bikers but apart from that, the author doesn’t delve into the biker world or the MC lifestyle. The focus is more on the heroine’s issues and the love story.

Despite a few angsty-ish situations towards the end, this book is light, fun and mood-lifting. You don’t have to think too hard or emotionally invest yourself too much, just enjoy, laugh and swoon.

The best way to get over one man is to get under another.”

Well...that was smuttertaining. Smutty and entertaining. Totally coining that phrase.

If you haven't read Clubwhore, I'm totally judging you right now. Seriously. You need to get on that. I seriously loved that book. But then again, I love any heroine that goes against the grain and the norm of the typical cookie cutter romance. But if you haven't read it yet (I'm still judging you), no worries, because Patchwhore, while being part of the series is still a full standalone.

Carmen is a woman scorned. After finding out her boyfriend not only cheated on her but also left her for her sorority sister, she's out for revenge. When she finds that he's a now a patch holder at the local MC she decides the best revenge is to sleep with a brother of his...or all of them to really drive her point home. But then Mr. Delicious comes along and all her plans go up in flames just like her ovaries did.

Mr. Delicicous aka Cook aka a lowly prospect is everything she shouldn't want. But everything about the man totally gets to her...and gets her off. She's determined to follow through with her plan, and Cook is determined for another taste of her. Suffice it to say things get real interesting.

This was a super quick and highly entertaining read. Even though Carmen acted like a bitch in heat for a large chunk of the book I still loved her. She was entertaining to say the least. Cook was as fitting to her nickname for him as it gets. DELICIOUS. The man is hot as all hell and a dirty talker to boot. So why not rate higher? Well, I supposed it was just too much sex at times. As much as I loved Cook and Carmen together, I would have loved more development for them aside from all of the sex they were having. God. I can't even believe I'm complaining about this right now. I feel like I should get my pervert card taken away. But it is what it is.

If you're looking for a dirty and smutty romance, this will pertainly hit the spot. Is it your typical MC romance, not quite. It's more of a MC romp. But this girl does love her romps, so I can't complain much. *pervy grin*

I'm sorry to say that this story just didn't do anything for me. We have Carmen who wants to get revenge on her cheating ex by sleeping with his mc fellows. Prospect Cook is happy to oblige, Carmen pushes all his buttons…but he doesn’t like sharing. You’ll have to read this book to find out how this friends with benefits relationship going to work.
This story was a series of disjointed incidences that didn't add up, didn't make sense and the sex seemed to be thrown in simply to make the book “erotic”. It has the backbone to make a great story but I think it lacked the proper execution. This story just left me flat.

Rom-com meets MC gang.

The heroine who was dumped by her cheating boyfriend has come up with a less than brilliant plan to get back at him. She's going to sleep with his higher-ups in his new motorcycle gang.

Cook, the incredibly hunky hero, steps in and arranges her dates for her, and the fun begins. The dates are less than impressive and not too indicative of what the h thinks motorcycle brothers should be. The candidates range from one who smells like bologna to a brother that's 5' 2" and wants to stick his finger in her belly button.

Not perfect by any means, this is pure fantasy fiction with the heroine playing Tinkerbelle with a bunch of lost boys. Cute.

I've read A LOT of motorcycle romances, but this one might actually be the most unique.

In many ways, though, that's because it's not really about MC life at all. The heroine Carmen is completely clueless; she's a uni student whose cheating ex-boyfriend patched into a club, so she decides to sleep with his brothers to get back at him. In the process however, she ends up with Cook, the only one who makes her feel anything. Too bad he's just a prospect and won't make her ex appropriately jealous.

This romance is really MC lite. There's no drugs or anything, just a bunch of guys who enjoy their bikes. I found Carmen mildly bland, but the worst thing by far about the book is that it ends with a soap-operatic Disney-style showdown that seriously made me cringe.

Other than that, there's an intriguing plot (sadly not so well executed) and a hot hero, though we don't really get to know him very well as a person.

Kim. Fuckin. Jones. This chick rocks. I love her words so much! I've read all of her books up to this point and this just confirms why I will read anything she writes. Patchwhore was amazing! I fell in love at the beginning and I could not stop reading. Waiting in line at the grocery store.. yeah I was reading. Work... yeah fuck that. I was reading there too.

Carman is such a sassy little thing. I just love her. And at times I really wanted to throw out bless your heart a few times. She may have met Mr. DELICIOUS while trying to hurt Mr. DICK HEAD but damn did she get so much more than what she bargained for. She is truly an independent woman. She's not some spoiled little rich girl who meets bad boy. She works freakin hard to make sure she has her own stuff. She pays her own way. I have mad respect for this chick because I was and still am the same way. She doesn't need a man to make her. She can make herself. She just wants someone to share life with her. And not break her heart in the process.

Cook. Wow. This man. I love him. He knows what he's getting with Carman. He knows she not wanting to settle down. He even helps her get a little revenge. But this sneaky fucker (which I love) sets Carman up. Not in a bad way. He did things to where she would figure things out her self and get on the same page. Is he bossy? Yep. Is he dirty? Oh hell yes. Does he have a filthy mouth that made my girly bits tingle? Fuck. Yes. He's a loyal man. I loved this so much about him. His family isn't just blood. They are his club. They are his home.

I loved this story so much! It was so much fun to read. There were parts where I laughed so hard I almost pissed myself. There was also a few parts where I even teared up. Kim has the power in her words to make me shut the world out and just enjoy what I'm reading. I love it!

3.5 hot alpha stars.

I am a self proclaimed MC/biker book aficionado and a complete fan girl for anything Susan Fanetti, Lauren Gilley or Cat Mason. In fact biker books make up at least half of my top books for this year.

And this book was fun if not a 'biker lite' look at MC life. The h was feisty enough to maintain the readers interest and despite the title, Patchwhore, a character that could be related to easily.

The H however wins the show completely even though the reader learns only a basic outline of his story, and is never given his name (only his patch....Cook). He is the strong, silent, brooding alpha with the protective, caring underbelly. Monosyllabic and at times menacing he is the kind of sexual dominant that liquifies common sense in those of us of the feminine persuasion.

As a reader I would have preferred a more prolonged ending with a touch more angst to really boost the HEA satisfaction in the wrap up.

The Best way to get over a man, is to get UNDER another
And that's what the plan is. Carmen is cheated on by her boyfriend Jud , with her sorority sister and Best friend Chelsea. And she's on a revenge path
Tit for Tat
Sister for Brother
Only she didn't anticipate meeting Mr. Delicious himself - Cook , who makes her Liver Quiver .
He's Captain Cook to her Wonder Woman. So , the plan is to sleep with every member of Jud's new Biker Club Brothers. Starting from lowest rank to highest in Patch. Hence a Patchwhore. But as Selena Gomez sang - The Heart Wants What The Heart Wants !! Patch be damned when a lowly Prospect can make your vagina soaking wet or Ass red or Thighs clench or mouth water or Heart boom or Liver quiver... *sigh*
The story is as funny as it is innocent. It's very very well written. Carmen and Cook just are so adorable and in love , it's rainbows and candy with lots of laughter thrown in.

“What the hell is beautiful about a broken heart.
It gives you a second chance at something better.”

I highly recommend

Brilliant story, fantastic banter, scorching hot, hilariously funny, I loved all of the characters, OMG Cook was perfection, personified everything I love in a H. Terrific HEA too... Can't ask for much more than that really!

Looking forward to the next one!

You know, I've honestly done a complete 360 on MC reads! From hating them back in 2011,12, 13 ish, thinking why would I want to read about these dirty (unwashed!) scruffy looking men on bikes, that seemed way too religious going to 'church' every day??!!! It took (religiously!) watching 7 seasons of SOA to turn this very British girl into a total MC addict!! God, I was so wrong, it's my fav sub-genre to read now! If anyone wants to recommend great MC reads to me, I'd love it!

Carmen's heart has been ripped out and shattered... Her boyfriend Jud cheated on her... a multiple offender.... She has to rearrange her entire life to try and get past the devastation...

When that doesn't work, and she and her BFF come up with a plan.... stalk him... stalk his MC friends and sleep her way through all his brothers and give him a taste of his own medicine...

In that lovely plan... it leads her straight to a Prospect... to Cook... and He is Sin on a Stick... or a Stick of Sin... whatever.. just OMG MELT YOUR PANTIES....

I honestly have to say that Patchwhore is an amazing story... My fave of Kim Jones so far.  She just really went out there and hit a real story with real feelings and true emotions.

If you are ever on the fence about MC stories... this one is a definite must!!!

This is why I'm reviewing them separately, because I freaking loved this one!! It was so so so good!
More than a five star review for me!

So the start was fun, but also I'm a one person kind of girl so for me it was kind of hard. But it went so differently than I imagined it would go. I loved Cook he was so cute but not in the cute way but the manly cute way. Does that make sense? I love how he is alpha, possessive but not entirely (honestly), loyal.

Carmen was fueled on the need of revenge to make her ex boyfriend feel as bad as she did when he cheated on her with her sorority sisters. So she wants to hurt him by sleeping with his brothers. I felt so bad for her what she all needed to go through, but she managed!

I was instantly drawn to the Mr Delicious from the moment we got to meet him. That was fun and exciting! So not for me that situation, but love to read it!

I need this book on my shelf!!
So I have this book on my shelf that's why I wanted a re read! Loved it just the same!!

So this book is funny as hell… Light reading… Not the typical MC book!
The Mc’s are great…
Carmen is a bad-ass in a Wonder-Woman pajama , but the all thing of having sex with other guys to get even on a cheating ex-boyfriend is lame! (She ends up only “dating the guys” but every time she spoke of it, I would cringe…)
Cook in another hand… Mother of all dominant have mercy! The guy was dreamy… the sex scenes where hot, hot, hot…

I looked at reviews, I tried the sample and decided to buy. So now I’m here to give you a REAL and HONEST review.
Sp oil er ish con tent to justify rating. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but felt since this isn’t in KU I would leave my honest feelings for others to see if it helps them decide since I didn’t see similar reviews. These books should be in KU btw IMO.

The h, Carmen, is a waitress at Waffle House and plans to get back at her ex who’s in a riding club that goes to this bar, which is frequented by bikers of MCs. She plans to get with several of his brothers as revenge because he cheated on her. What a bad plan, if anything it makes her look ridiculous. She only gets with one, the H, Cook, of this story.

ONLY from the h’s POV. Lame.
Con dom use.
Multiple okay ish hot scenes.
No cheating.
Overall, kind of bland.
No real action or high point of story, so no real defining moment of the story besides him transferring.
Abruptly stops.
No epilogue.
Didn’t feel any magic or spark.

The book says it takes two hours to get to the bar from campus, then it changes to like twenty minutes the rest of the book.
It was going well up until 89 percent. The night before she finds out Kyle is being transferred to the Missisippi chapter. Cook doesn’t say ANYthing about him going to. They go home that night, this is the point where she finally tells Cook she loves him. His response is, say it again. He does NOT say it back, though many of his actions make him seem he does. He is very caring in the story. He does a lot of sweet things, so he gets point for that most of the story.
The next morning he tells her he has to go also to finish prospecting because of a mistake he made before, but when he gets his patch, no telling how long it’ll take, he’ll be back and with her.
This is where the book is ruined for me. Instead of having a conversation with her about it, he ends up walking out and leaving cause he’s got to go. He didn’t say he loved her back; this is significant even if most of his actions say otherwise. And he DID NOT ASK HER TO GO. They both have access to money and she wasn’t in classes at that time. So why did he NOT ASK HER to go with him? He knew she had nothing going for her except attending LSU, which wasn’t even in session because it was summer. I just felt like after the love declaration there should have at least been more of a conversation.
In Cook’s defense he calls EVERY day at the same time. She doesn’t answer.
She packs up, drops out of classes at LSU since they’ve started back and moves back to Georgia and enrolls at UGA there. Mistake there also. You don’t just enroll in classes at another college mid semester.
Two months and six days later he somehow knows what bar she is in with her friend Emily and he rolls up with like fifty club members. He says she’s going to be back with him. She’s been hurt and crying for over two months. He says he knew where she was but it’s not said how except he has contacts. He’s all I’ll give my patch up for you and she’s all no I would never ask that of you. But she’s told him several times she won’t be second to anything. Good for her for saying that, but with the way he left I felt like she is or at least was second. She just forgives him like on the spot, and again he did call every day even though she didn’t answer, but I just could not forgive him because he just left and didn’t ask her to go when he knew she was all alone, in a bad apartment, in a bad job and not in classes at the time. I just felt like even though his actions were good up until then that it wasn’t forgivable. I felt her hurt and loss and there’s just no way I’d be able to just forgive him like it’s okay.
Then the book just STOPS.
No epilogue, no what happened after, did she just drop out of UGA then? Did she move in with him back in Louisiana? It just abruptly ends and there just wasn’t enough to satisfy me or to make me want to forgive him. Had he asked her to go, I think I might have felt differently. I understand getting the patch was important for him and he needs to have things that are important to him too. But Carmen had a good point that she felt second and he didn’t ask her to go.
He still does NOT tell her he loves her back. He says say it again, but still doesn’t say it in the last chapter.
Don’t recommend.

Thank you Kim Jones, again, this has to be one of the best MC books I have read, see my shelves, I read a ton.
Cook.” Mr. Delicious. Prospect. Founder of the Orgasm Giving Foundation"

"breakfast in bed. I’m thinking a donut around his cock. It’d have to be a big donut…"

"I want unlimited refills on whatever drug he slipped me. Then I’m going to get a Pez dispenser and pop them suckers all day long. Sex cannot be this good. He gave me ruffies. Or Mickey. Or Molly. Whatever the kids are calling it these days"

All my MC reviewers that share the same books, PLEASE read.

I was at the phase of laughing so hard that I was in hysterics, the quiet in the library or when your best friend in school falls(while holding to the railings) down the stairs and lands ass up with the wrong day of the week panties, that should have been thrown away 3 years ago!!!!!!

Seriously, The Eagles club, let's just say all of the MC enforcers need to take a page from his book(please I beg you all, (READ JUST FOR THIS)

, cook my insides just melt he is so damn hot and sexy and devious. Carmen, well let's say she can be Reds little side kick of innocence but wacky.

“It’s not appealing. This girl next door is ugly. Stop watching Taylor Swift music videos. They’re messing with your head."

Bologna … spit bottles … big feet, tiny fingers and a tickle fetish? Come on!!! He asked if he could put his finger in my belly button

He looks … scary. Creepy clown, girl from The Ring, Texas Chainsaw Massacre scary

Hell I'm just going to re read it!!!!!

What a surprising little read this was! I loved it!

The blurb does not do justice for this book. It doesn't even mimic the tone of the book; not really, anyway. There were some moments of wet-inducing dirty talk, and there was some grin-inducing flirty banter. Many times I literally LOL'd, and other times I looked like this:

description

as I read it.

The hero was a phenomenal guy; loyal, kind, gentle, devoted, protective, wise... oh, god! I just loved him.

The heroine was hilariously shameless, knew how to push his buttons just right, and independently dependently went for what she wanted. I found her to be incredibly amusing.

Most of the secondary characters were so likeable, and instead of feeling like they were clobbering up the storyline, I felt like they enhanced it.

I have many books on my Kindle by Kim Jones, and though this is the first I've read, it will not be the last.

That's one Cook I'd like to have in my kitchen!

Another fascinating story from Kim Jones giving us an insight into the lifestyle of RCs and MCs.

This book portrayed a story of revenge for the female lead: Carmen. Scorned by her ex-boyfriend, Jud, who is now a patchholder of the Eagles RC, Carmen decides that the only way to get over him is to get under his brothers and in doing so, she voluntarily becomes a Patchwhore as she works her way up through the club ranks.

Without much of a plan, other than revenge, Carmen finds herself in uncharted territory until she is befriended by Kat, a waitress who already lives within the RC/MC lifestyle and knows the local members. But it’s not Kat who turns out to be Carmen’s largest proponent in her plan, that would be Cook, a Prospect with the Devil’s Renegades MC. Cook offers Carmen guidance and in doing so, the two become close and eventually their unexpected friendship becomes sexual. Carmen is delighted to have yet another man to use to make Jud jealous but she is stunned when she Jud laughs at her for dating a Prospect. Determined to move on with her plan, Carmen asks Cook, and Kat, to help her. Despite having reservations, Cook supports Carmen and in doing so, protects her from unknown dangers. Whilst her plan was to sleep with as many members as she can, Carmen’s non-relationship with Cook has its boundaries and that means she can’t have sex with anyone else but Cook and unbeknownst to Jud, he assumes that more is going on when he sees her with many different brothers.

As the story progresses, each chapter becomes a new date and a new attempt for Carmen to punish Jud. Whilst the series of dates starts off interesting, their impacts soon waivers as it becomes clear that Carmen has no interest in these men. Whilst her decisions are poorly thought out, Carmen unwittingly has the Devil’s Renegades MC President, Ronnie, working in the background to scupper her plans and it’s not long before she realises that her dates are being deliberately cut short.

The story has a split feel to it. One one side it focuses on Carmen and her plan to be a Patchwhore and on the other side we get a sweet romance building between her and Cook. Cook is the perfect character to compliment Carmen’s, less than favourable persona. Whilst she determinedly works to call Jud to heel, Carmen is blind to the feeling she has growing within her for Cook. I loved the interactions with Ronnie and also the feeling of club life when Carmen starts to ingratiate herself with its members. What I didn’t enjoy was the way that Carmen was happy to become known as a Patchwhore just for the sake of revenge. I probably would have accepted someone who had become a Patchwhore out of desperation and need but for Carmen, a bright student who comes from a wealthy family, with a self-less need to succeed on her own, to actively wish to become a Patchwhore just took the story a step too far. That said, I once again loved Kim Jones’ writing and the story, when taken lightly, was an enjoyable one.

My Thoughts:

If you are in a reading funk or in need of a super hot and quick read, pick up Patchwhore. I read Clubwhore, and loved it. So, I was really excited to read Patchwhore. I was not disappointed. I decided to sample the story, and realized that this was a book that I did not want to put down. I devoured it in record time.

For one, I liked the unique plot line. The summary drew me in, but the characters are what kept me hooked! Carmen was devastated when her long-term boyfriend, and the man that she was suppose to one day marry betrayed her with her sorority sister. Then she found out that he had also cheated on her with half of her sorority sisters! Now, he is posting pictures all over facebook showing how happy and in love he is, while Carmen is still heartbroken.

Carmen's best friend, Emily, gives her the courage to follow through with her plan for revenge. This is what leads Carmen to Pops, a biker bar that the MC Clubs frequent. When she spots a gorgeous biker with a hot body, chiseled good looks, and dazzling blue eyes, she sets her eyes on him. At first Carmen hits it off with Cook or "Mr. Delicious" as she deems him. However, when her ex-boyfriend throws it in her face that Cook is nothing but a lowly prospect, Carmen decides she needs a new way to make her ex pay.

While Carmen plans to have sex with all of the officers in her ex's club, she can't get Cook out of her head. Cook is an alpha and gives her the hottest sex of her life. He truly "rocks her world." "Mr. Delicious" has his sights set on Carmen, and he isn't willing to share her! We end up with one hell of a wild ride as these two characters steam up the windows and bring in the heat, as well as the sweet and swoon-worthy. Cook stole the show with the way her brought both the sexy, in-charge, possessive alpha attitude, and tempered it with adoration, devotion, caring, compassion, loyalty, and love.

My Rating:

I give, Patchwhore, by Kim Jones, 4.5 Mr. Delicious, 'Quiver My Liver,' Ravishing, Sexy, Seductive, and Spellbinding filled stars!!! If you love the raw, real, and arousing genre of MC Club romance, Patchwhore, is sure to rev your motor!!!

I just finished and can’t get these characters off my mind. Such conviction, such emotion, and God so much hilarity I nearly pee’d myself a few times. You’re going to want to read this one for sure. It’s a keeper!

Carmen is one of the best female leads I’ve read in a while. She’s tough as nails, sharp as a tack, and her independence engulfs me. What a great person! She’s looking to make her ex mad by sleeping with all of his friends. What a ghastly idea, but man oh man does she have some fun with this and she makes some new friends along the way.

Cook is prospecting to get into a motorcycle club, but almost from the beginning you can feel his power. He’s not just any Prospect, mark my words. He’s hiding something and things are about to get real. He’s tough, he’s clever, and he has eyes for Carmen. Mr. Delicious never looked so damn good!

The supporting character cast is kind of large… Why wouldn’t it be we keep ending up at a biker bar, so duh… there’s a shitload of bikers! My favorite character BY FAR is that crazy bartender, Kat. She befriends Carmen almost immediately and her wit and charm ooze all over the pages making me laugh out loud several time. My least favorite is that rat bastard Jud. He had no class what-so-ever and if he died a slow and agonizing death, I’d stand by and watch to make sure he suffered.

So, this is one of the books where there’s some tension, some hilarious comments, and a ton of steamy, hot sex. It’s extremely well written and the pacing is seamless. The storyline is outstanding and the characters are very relatable. I loved it with my entire patchwhore heart!

I truthfully expected this book to be bad when I started reading it. I read clubwhore and did not particularly like it. I read this when I was bored and was desperate for a book.

Now, I am sooooo glad I read this book! This is probably one of my favorite books I read in awhile. The way usually MC books are dark and deal with some type of war between another club or an outside party. This book has none of that. The book has comedy and romance. It is such a light and airy read.

Cook is one of my favorite Hs to grace a book! The way he caters to MC, how he is willing to do just about anything for her, and has a great time with her. My only compliant is I just wish we got MORE, more of a background more of his thoughts.

Carmen got on my nerves at points, I can not deny that. She was very annoying when it came to her ex and was almost obsessed with him. There is a difference between wanting revenge and constantly keeping up with him trying to make him jealous. Also, what was the deal with her ex? He had a whole girl and even (SPOILER) got engaged to her but was still up ol girls ass? like uhh okay>

And dear old Ronnie and Kat! The way my love for these two has surpassed carmen.

Overall, I reread this book constantly! I love it despite my love/hate with Carmen, the book is still amazing and I wish I could continue their story.

Patchwhore is a "one-day" read! Not because it's short - because it's not - but because it is THAT GOOD!! Ever since Kim Jones's release of Clubwhore, I have looked forward to Patchwhore. And hands off ladies (and gents)! Cook is MINE!!

Carmen wants to make her ex jealous - since he was cheating on her with several of her sorority sisters - by sleeping with as many of his MC brothers as she can. But she didn't count on the hierarchy inside the MC world. And her first victim is Cook, a prospect. Cook is a prospect, but he's not as lowly as she thinks he is; and he's not about to let her go.

This book is serious, and romantic, and heartwarming, and funny (Carmen's "date" attire alone is book worthy). Kim's excellent research into the MC world's pecking order makes this story all that more enjoyable. LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!

4.5 stars!

This was a hot, fun read :) I don't think I've ever read anything from this author, and I didn't read the first book, but I really liked this one. I really loved the hero and heroine and how what was supposed to just be sex, turned into more. It did lose half a star but only because I thought the ending was a bit rushed and wanted more leading up to their HEA (wasn't completely happy with how quickly the heroine forgave the hero regardless of the big grand gesture; not because I didn't think he deserved it but because I wanted more detail!) but I'm really looking forward to reading more from this author.

This one was pretty good. It was super sexy and a really easy read. A little more tame than I was expecting, especially after Clubwhore. Cook is so freaking sexy. Loved him. I really liked Carmen as well.
