Short, but a really good checklist of how to take on a big one off challenge.

Excellent book, this one seems to have more rigour and technical thought than most self-help books. Slightly leavened by anecdotal stories from various Comic Relief sporting challenges.

I'll be purchasing this one to use as a reference work in the future.

Amazing

Good insight into the man behind the man. I enjoyed this book because of the systematic approach to achieve greatness and the motivational tools that can be used in modern life.

Love this book! Great tool for anyone running a team for a big challenge like a marathon, boat race, century, etc. Practical and helpful information!
