erm i am the walking breathing version of this book 🤓☝️
this may or may not be a very unhealthy obsession... I DONT CARE

my fave song living rent free in my mind:
Just jump up, kick back, whip around and spin
And then we jump back, do it again
Ninja-Go! Ninja-Go!
Come on, come on
We're gonna do it again
We just jump up, kick back, whip around and spin
And then we jump back, do it again
Ninja-Go! Ninja-Go!
Come on, come on
And do the Weekend Whip, yeah

Note: I received a copy of this book from LEGO and DK prior to the official publishing date for the purposes of a review.

The Ninjago Character Encyclopedia is certainly a comprehensive volume. Its 176 pages covers all of the Ninjago characters and their variants, a majority of the sets, and the weapons they use to fight.

It's a beautiful book - full color with crisp, detailed pictures of the minifigures and sets. They definitely pop off the page and act as a great reference for collectors.

The text is equally in-depth. While the writing is definitely targeted at a younger audience, it's still informative and occasionally funny. For fans and collectors, there's a lot of neat little tidbits. Not being a huge fan of Ninjago, I learned a lot about the storyline that I wasn't aware of previously. I would almost consider myself an expert after reading this.

The book also comes with an exclusive Green Ninja ZK minifigure, which adds to its collectibility (and also makes it a good deal thicker as a side effect).

For LEGO collectors and hardcore Ninjago fans, I would definitely recommend this book. It could also be a good way for younger kids who aren't big on reading to get interested in it if they like the LEGO Ninjago toy line. Aside from that though, it's not breaking any ground or providing an interesting narrative experience.

I won't rate this because it's not really my thing, but it is my son's very favourite book at the moment and he would give it 5+++ stars. He is a very active boy, doesn't normally like to sit down for too long, but this book can hold his attention for quite some time.

My rating of 4 stars is based on the fact that my 9 year old loves this book and would probably give it 5 stars. I would only have given it 3. This book is quite thorough. For children who love Lego and Ninjago it's great. And it comes with an exclusive minifigure as well.

It gave a lot of information about Ninjago. I did not know that there was a clown skeloton. I also did not know that the Sithe Of Quakes was made up in three different lego pieces whoever is reading this and you're a Lego fan you should read the character encyclopedia of Ninjago.

We purchased this book when we had to replace the library copy the boys destroyed. It is ragged and only available under supervision, but they love poring over it.

This book first introduce the history of Ninjago and the vehicles that are used by ninjas and villains in the Ninjago universe. Then, it introduces the ninjas Sensei Wu, Kai, Jay, Cole and Zane. Then it introduces the villains, which includes skeletons, snakes, etc. Lastly, it introduces the places the ninjas train, which is at the dojo. It also introduces the skeletons' hideout in the underworld and the snakes' too. The content is wonderful. This book is suitable for people that like ninjas and Lego very much.

This is a recommended book if you like Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu. I really like this book because it tells you all the character likes and dislikes. Sometimes the character's personalities are very funny. Great book.-Lauren 9yo
