Some helpful tips for resistance training and other workouts. Some of the information is more focused on weight lifting goals, but I found the resistance training information helpful, as well as some of the explanations of how to increase repetitions and weight to improve the speed of progress. Helps me understand some of the approaches of my trainers. I'm more of a beginner with weight training, but it was helpful.
This book is great for the fitness minded on every level. Full of insights and information anyone interested and involved in fitness can and should use. My biggest obstacle in using this book, however, lies in the fact I cross referenced information and suggestions because of gender. Female fitness stats vary considerably. I found it thought provoking and great discussion points for my own trainer.
