Damian Williams is a writer/author and teacher trainer based in Rio de Janeiro, but originally from London. He also co-runs Tailor-Made English, a specialist English language services company.

During his journey through English language teaching, he's worked in Russia, Indonesia, Spain, Italy, the UK, Argentina and now Brazil. Nowadays he mainly works from home, writing materials for coursebooks and working as an online tutor for The Distance Delta, which sees him working with candidates from all over the world. He also enjoys speaking at conferences, giving workshops and, of course, the odd spot of teaching.

His main interests lie in critical thinking skills and how these can be applied to teacher training, and exploiting/influencing the linguistic landscape as an EFL learner or teacher.
