It’s mostly 3-5 main points, already mentioned in the first book, explained on around 150 pages, but in a rather funny and entertaining way (though sometimes quite exaggerated).

After 7 and half years I am leaving Norway. I wish I could’ve read this book before but anyway I know I would have never adjust myself to all these sad, depressing and absolutely useless social norms. They don’t live happy lives themselves, they feel excluded in their own culture, depressed and lonely. So I tried and after becoming a father here, my Norwegian wife and I are moving to South America to break that cycle, we don’t want our daughter to conform to these suffocating social conventions and just be herself, be loud, be warm, be happy, be her true self!

Ahain, I wish this had been available before I met my Norwegian wife-to-be. It explains a lot of things. Even now.

Less humorous than the first edition but just as useful information (with a fair bit repeated)

This book repeats too much the previous book I had read from this series (the social guidebook to norway - an illustrated introduction), which was pretty disappointing.

I would rate 3,5 - prefer part 1 to this :)) but still it is a good guide book ☺️
