This book tells about different kinds of fasting but does not tell you how each one works in detail. Nice introduction. The author is obviously not a native English writer and would do well to have it edited or at least read by a native English person.
This book helped me with a subject that I knew little about: Intermittent fasting. After reading it I feel that I can make an informed decision about which style of fasting will be right for me. I highly recommend it for the beginner like me.
