4 starts because

I find it very hard to find good books. Even though I think it wasn’t the best writing the story had me captivated and the writing was. Good enough to keep me reading

Is there an editor in the house?

This might be an interesting story, but it was a struggle to finish because of all the grammatical errors. I can only hope this was a rough draft. I think every possible homonym mistake that is possible in English was made. There were also some glaring errors, such as one person having "an outer body experience".
The book starts as a basic human growing up not knowing she's a witch/werewolf/dark lord. However, halfway through, SPOILER ALERT, it slides into the Biblical tale of Adam, Eve, and Lilith, which the author spells Lilth. By that time, there is not enough book left to flesh out the story, so we are stuck with a bare-bones recitation of the story with the action not really connecting with the new characters.
I hope that the author will find a really good editor for subsequent books, and work more on pacing and integration of characters in the story or stories, if she continues to use more than one storyline per book.

Great, easy read!

I became lost in the pages of this gem! You almost instantly fall in love with the characters. It was action packed and never had a dull moment. A new classic for sure! I will most definitely read this again and follow the author for new installments.
