Twelve Steps to Spiritual Awakening offers a thoughtful perspective on the Twelve Steps, presenting them as more than a path away from alcoholism and brokenness.
What I appreciated most is the book's emphasis on the deeper spiritual ideas behind each step. Herb K. combines personal experience with traditional and universal spiritual wisdom, making the discussion feel personal while still offering broader lessons.
The journey from struggle toward peace, purpose, and fulfillment gives the book an encouraging quality. It invites readers to look inward, reconsider familiar ideas, and explore spirituality as part of everyday growth.
Overall, this is a meaningful read for anyone interested in spirituality, self discovery, personal growth, and finding greater purpose through the Twelve Steps.
