Poor summary of an excellent book. It reads more like a critique than a summary. Lots of important content left out. The book in question is not a great candidate for a summary - too much content for 30 minutes unlike a lot of the filler-packed business/self-help books out there. Luckily a trusted mentor suggested I read the book else I may not have gone beyond this poor summary.

Very different perspective than 'Getting to Yes', good info. Can't wait to try some of the techniques!
