“She just wasn’t a girly girl. She’d always known it. Growing up with her four brothers and a strict father had reinforced that. But unless she missed her guess, Tucker Fields had noticed she was a woman.”Katherine Garbera’s writing style was remarkable. I enjoyed the method she used that allowed Andi to feel vulnerable, sexy, and desired without undermining her strength.
“He took a deep breath. He needed to tell her about his past, needed to make her understand that when he hurt her it wasn’t because of anything she did—that it was all him, because of the choices he’d made for his life.”He is an incredible character. I was mesmerized by his attraction to Andi. The author pulled all the best Alpha male traits together to create Tuck. His ability to anticipate her wants/needs is impeccable.
