The roots of Christian faith run deep in Randy Greene's life. Raised in a deeply fundamentalist home, he was forced in college to confront the inconsistencies of the beliefs he'd inherited. Through most of his 20's, Randy found himself emerging from the traps of conservative fundamentalism and into the freedom of orthodox Christianity grounded in Wesleyan thought.
As he confronted the assumptions of his past, he chronicled his spiritual journey in a series of poems and short fiction that expressed his inner struggle at various points. Sometimes angry, sometimes peaceful, sometimes frustrated, sometimes gracious, these fictional narratives form a collection that explores the issues and beliefs at the very core of Christian living.
