Assigned reading for class and while the variety of case studies presented was appreciated, the depth was lacking. Most of them seemed engineered to take you along on a narrative without presenting other factors, systems, and biases at play.

This is genuinely a great textbook. I learned a lot from this and I will miss my organizational communication class.
